Lisa Diacik believes that our loved ones are always near, and we only need to meet them in the quiet moments our busy lives often overlook. She is convinced that we can create this space—and that our loved ones are eager for us to do so. After the transition of her son, Jared, Lisa began receiving messages from him almost immediately, though she initially struggled to believe it. As Jared said to her, “Mom, I am your teacher now.” Their relationship is forever changed, as she now hears his laughter, wisdom, and even his sarcasm from beyond.
Lisa's journey began when Jared was born with a congenital heart defect, leading to a heart transplant at just 4 months old. As a teenager, he was diagnosed with cancer, and the ongoing challenges of his health—along with the balance of conventional and holistic treatments—created an unbreakable bond between mother and son. Despite these hardships, Lisa and her family were blessed with nearly 25 years with Jared, and she reflects that his wisdom surpassed any human she’s ever known.
Today, Lisa is dedicated to helping others cope with loss through coaching, particularly focusing on parents of children with special needs who have devoted so much of themselves as caregivers. Additionally, Lisa continues to offer holistic nutrition and cancer coaching, as past clients have requested her to keep offering these services that remain close to her heart. Driven by a belief that knowledge is power, Lisa continually expands her expertise to support those in need.
