Zack Alexander is my guest today. Zack has an interesting life trajectory that has led him to where he is today, a Men's Coach and a Trauma-Informed Shamanic Healer. After becoming severely ill and bedridden for 4 years where he couldn't work, or couldn't go to school. He healed himself through holistic medicine, he decided to do what society expected him to do, succeed in life. He became an academic star, applied to Harvard Law, and got a full scholarship to one of the top law programs in the country. After realizing that that didn't make him happy he explored shamanism and found his calling. He now helps tons of people deal with all the many different aspects of trauma through his online program.
