Hi, I'm Lori the host of the podcast that invites us all to slow down, take a deep breath and start to view the world through a brand new lens. In each episode I share my unique take on living mindfully in a modern world. We talk about a range of topics and more empowered ways of handling life’s ups and downs. I believe that when we limit distractions, take time for daily reflection, set realistic expectations and organise our own lives in a holistic way, we gift ourselves the space to show up as our most mindful, most wholehearted version every day.
In today’s episode we look at how to manage toxic people and situations through a mindful lens. We also look more deeply at situations that you might not recognise as toxic or harmful to our wellbeing and what to do.
I am taking a short break from the Live Mindfully Podcast. The content will continue to be available and I will be back in the future with special topics, guest speakers and to record a Mindful Minute.

In today’s podcast I am sharing the power of crying and as an non-crier myself, this episode was so much deeper for me than any I have recorded so far. This episode taught me the power of releasing on not just a physical, but on an energetic level as well and how much emotion and energy is held in our tears.
When you release, you heal. It’s that simple.
