In today’s episode I am sharing Part 2 of The Power of Crying. When we Release, we Heal; with a particular focus on why some of us cry more than others and what drives this behaviour.
As it turns out this was not an easy question to answer, with a range of conflicting research and ideas delivered by Psychotherapists, Clinical Psychologists and Biochemists. I have compiled it all here though and hopefully have made some sense out of it for you.
As always, the best expert of you is YOU! So always take any new research with a healthy dose of 'is this true for me'!
