Jessica holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, with postgraduate studies in neuroscience, neuroplasticity, brain-body medicine, and heart biofeedback. She is also the founder of the Nervous System School.
Jessica talks about the vagus nerve and how it regulates the body’s response to stress, the connection between gut health and the nervous system, and some practical strategies for resetting the nervous system for healing and well-being.
