Well, I'm going to start it offand talk about the elephant in
the room for me, the Super Bowl.

This is now.
Pitchers and catchers havereported Family's got a trip to
spring training coming up in alittle over a month So I'll be
talking about that at some pointBut the big news is things just
keep happening Donald Trump isflooding the zone as people are

saying and just issuing, youknow, executive orders and
statements and policy changesand, you know, the left is, is,
mine is blowing up.
They're going after Elon andDoge and, you know, the, they're
going to the courts and thingsare just crazy.
But You know, this happenedafter I issued my podcast last
(01:42):
week was the president'sexecutive order regarding the
second amendment.
People have been waiting for himto do something about the second
amendment.
And so let's just kind of gothrough that, you know, cause
we've kind of gone through andI'll, I'll kind of take a step
through this after I read what,you know, what's been happening
in regards to the secondamendment, but Here's the, the,

what the executive order says bythe authority vested in me as
president of the cons, by theconstitution and the laws of the
United States of America.
It is hereby ordered sectionone, the second amendment is an
indispensable safeguard ofsecurity and liberty.
It has preserved the right ofthe American people to protect
ourselves.
Our families and our freedomssince the founding of our great

nation because it isfoundational to it is
foundational to maintaining allother rights held by Americans.
The right to keep and bear armsmust not be infringed.
Plan of action within 30 days ofthe date of this order.
The attorney shall examine allorders, regulations, guidance
plans, international agreements,and other actions of executive
departments and agencies toassess any ongoing infringements
(02:44):
of the second amendment rightsof our citizens and present.
present a proposed plan ofaction to the President through
the Domestic Policy Advisor toprotect the Second Amendment
rights of all Americans.
In developing such a proposedplan of action, the Attorney
General shall review, at aminimum, all Presidential and
Agency's actions from January2021 through January 2025.

Who was President during thattime?
Hmm.
Yeah, that purport to promotesafety but may not impinge on
the Second Amendment right, butmay have impinged on the Second
Amendment rights of law abidingcitizens.
Rules promulgated by theAmerican Department of Justice,
including by the Bureau of theAlcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and
Explosives from January 2021through January 2025 pertaining
to firearms or federal firearmslicensees, me, agencies, plans,

orders, or actions regarding theso called enhanced regulatory
policy pertaining to firearms orfederal firearms license,
Reports and related documentsissued by the White House Office
of Gun Violence Prevention.
The positions taken by theUnited States in any and all
ongoing potential litigationthat affects or could affect the
ability of Americans to exercisetheir Second Amendment rights.
Agencies.
(03:49):
Classification of firearms andammunitions.
The process of applications tomake, manufacture, transfer, or
export firearms.
Section 3.
Implementation upon submission.
The proposed plan of actiondescribed in Section 2 of this
order.
The Attorney General shall workwith the Domestic policy advisor
to finalize the plan of actionand establish a process for
implementation.
And then it goes on and talksabout, you know, this, you know,
(04:12):
doesn't violate any other lawsor anything like that.
So You know, amazing, right?
What all he's, he's essentiallyattacking everything the Biden
administration is Potentiallydid during their term.
So let's take a step back PamBondi gets nominated to to be
the Attorney General.
(04:33):
A lot of people in the 2Acommunity expressed concerns
about her second amendmentstance, how firm she was on the
second amendment because ofthings that she did or supported
or defended like red flag lawsraising the age of firearm
purchases is all in, on theFlorida, a lot of it all
following, um, the, the schoolshooting there.
(04:56):
Then, you know, she getsconfirmed and then she comes out
with a new policy statement andit said in there, one of the
things said, shifting ATFresources to free resources to
address more pressingpriorities, the Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco, Farms, andExplosives shall shift resources
from its alcohol and tobaccoenforcement programs to focus on
(05:16):
matters relating to otherpriorities set forth herein.
No resources shall be divertedfrom the ATF's regulatory
responsibilities, such asfederal farm licenses and
background checks.
So again, to a community kindof, Hey, you know, they're just
going to keep doing the same oldthing, going after FFL dealers
and the industry.
And it looks like she's going tobe pursuing some of the same
(05:37):
initiatives as the as theprevious administration.
And You know, there was some, I,I posted in my newsletter, an
assessment on, on that statementand based on the way the first
administration was handled whatthat was actually trying to do.
And so it was, it was morenuanced than, than a lot of
(05:58):
people may have been doing it.
But the, the one statement was,you know, Pam Bondi works at the
pleasure of the president andthe president has been very
clear and.
You know, he comes out with thissecond amendment order.
And then now it's, it is clear,you know, the department of
justice, Pam Bondi I thinkthey're falling in line.
(06:19):
I mean, and not that they wereout of line, but I think they
are lined up to support thepresident's initiative because
what happened well.
Very first thing is the ATFstarted, uh, pulling back some
cases that they were, uh,trying, and this is a case
Cologne versus the ATF.
And this is about pistol bracesand it's down in Florida and
(06:42):
they filed this week.
Following a change inadministration on February 7th,
2025, President Trump issues anexecutive order titled
Protecting Second AmendmentRights.
Among other things, the orderdirects the Attorney General to
examine various actions ofexecutive departments and
agencies to assess any ongoinginfringements of Second
Amendment Rights of our citizensand present a proposed plan of

action to the President throughthe domestic court.
policy advisor to protect theSecond Amendment rights of the
Americans.
And the order specificallydirects the Attorney General as
part of that process to reviewall rules promulgated by the
Department of Justice, includingby the Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms, andExplosives from January 2021 to
January 2025 pertaining tofirearms.

Then it goes on to say, sorry,get my pages mixed up here.
In light of that development,the government respectfully
moves to postpone the March 5thoral argument and to hold this
case in the.
Abbiance pending review of thechallenge rule and the Abbiance
will conserve party and judicialresources and promote the

efficiency and orderlydisposition of this appeal,
including by ensuring thatlitigation is focused on
enduring agency action andinformed by the views of current
agency leadership.
The government respectfullyproposes to update the court
with a status report every 60days.
So they're doing it.
They're going back and they're,they're going to start looking
(08:06):
at all these things that the ATFdid.
And are they legal?
Do they infringe on the SecondAmendment?
And do we need to reversethings?
And at least Stop thislitigation of some of these
cases and this is the very firstone that's happening to and I'm
I am sure we're going to seemore of these so very positive

news happening on that front.
It looks like that, you know,this this administration is
extremely pro second amendment.
If you ever listened to Don jr,his son he's actually on the
board of grab a gun.
And they're taking it public.
And so he is a stream pro secondamendment.
He's probably the most gun guy,biggest gun guy in the Trump
(08:50):
family.
More so than the presidenthimself.
And he understands these issues.
He hangs out with the two waycommunity.
He went to the shot show.
So he's got this son in his ear.
So I think that is a verypositive.
And I think that we're going tosee some very positive.
Things coming out of thisadministration as it pertains to
the second amendment and theprotection of our rights.
So good news it keeps flowing.

We're winning and we got to keepfighting though.
We can't let our guard downbecause the left doesn't give up
