I'm Megan Skidmore. For 2 1/2 years I have been
talking about evolving faith journeys.
I started to tire of the heaviness of this focus.
I had the clear message come through.
It is time for Beyond the Shadowof Doubt podcast to evolve into

Well, hey everyone, I'm so happyyou're here today with me and my

(01:42):
friend Michelle. And I'm so grateful, Michelle,
for your time. This has been a long time in
coming for us. I'm really looking forward to
getting to know you and especially know more about what
brought you to the place that you're at in life right now.
And also more about your spiritual practices, grounding

(02:02):
practices, just your observancesand, and how that and how what
that looks like for you. Let's start with you just
introducing yourself, telling usa little bit about your
background as far back as you want to.
Go Well, I was born. No, I won't go quite that far,
but. OK, I will.
Let you know that I am I startedmy career as a salesperson I've

(02:27):
been pretty much that's my wholelife in sales.
I sold everything from ice creamto automobiles, rust proofing
and shoes and furniture. I've sold everything, but I
spent my, I the majority of my career in telecommunications
sales and I was in that industryfor about 25 years and I
travelled all around the country.

(02:49):
I was a national account managerand I had friends in every city
and, and accounts as well. And it was a good gig for a
while because I was a party girland I took people out to dinner
and drinks. And so it was perfect.
I got into the party a little much and eventually did stop

(03:11):
drinking, which I knew I would eventually.
And and how it all happened, it just kind of fell away.
But sober now for almost 7 years.
And I started a business after Igot left telecom, and I was
going through a really intense awakening, like my awakening was
about, it was very physical. And so much happened and I had

(03:36):
to learn so much just to maintain and be able to function
in the real world. And so it was really, really,
really, really a lot. And started in 2016.
And then in 2021, I was just getting ready to go into a moon

(03:56):
ceremony and a friend of mine messaged me and said, I have a
message for you from God. And I'm like, oh, do tell.
Why didn't he come to me direct? This is weird 'cause I have a
channel, right? Anyway, so she sends me the
message. And it was, it's time for you to
really get clear on what you want.

(04:18):
Make it real and from the heart. And I was like, Oh yeah, I get
to move, 'cause I was living in Mexico.
And I, I mean, I wasn't living in Mexico then.
I was living in Los Angeles and I wanted out.
That chapter had ended and, but I was still there, you know, and
been a couple years and I was really struggling there to
afford it. And, you know, I just wasn't

(04:41):
getting my value for all the money I was investing there.
So anyway, the next day I got a message from another friend
saying why don't you move to Mexico?
And I was like, hmm, I never thought about that.
But that's kind of easy because I'm right in LA and that was
like Thursday and my 60th birthday was on Sunday.

(05:03):
So I kind of just let it roll around.
And then on my birthday I was like, OK, we got to make a
decision, you know, either we'regoing or we're not.
And so I thought, well, if I don't do it now, when when will
I do it? We all have these bucket lists,
you know, these one day lists that when we do something and we
never do it. Oh, and then we old like my mom,

(05:25):
she's 92. She never took that cruise she
wanted to take and she still talks about it.
And I don't want to be that woman.
So I'm like, OK, I'm doing it. I'm going to go, I'm moving to
Mexico. And so I, I spent the next week
just giving myself permission because it was so at the time,
it felt really out-of-the-box for my family.

(05:48):
And although my father and mother are immigrants from
Canada to the US, so it really isn't that crazy.
And I've lived in like 4 or fivedifferent cities in the US for
long extended periods of time. But anyway, so then I got to
Mexico and I was exhausted because I had sold or given away
everything I owned. And I lived in this home.
I lived in LA for like 20 years. So there was a lot of stuff.

(06:12):
And that's a whole another story.
And then I ended up in Mexico exhausted.
But I'm like, oh, let's go back to work because I had to put
everything on my coaching business aside so that I could
focus on the move. And then every time I tried to
work, like I sprained my ankle, I sprained my wrist.
And then I like, announced I wasgoing to do this event, and my

(06:32):
whole face and neck broke out into a rash.
I was like, OK, I've got it. Not yet.
Oh my goodness. And as soon as I cancelled that
event, it all went away. And then I was about a year and
a half later guided to start. It's time, you know, to get, I

(06:53):
got activated. And so I created a membership
and I had a membership called Activate Your Sole Purpose.
Because that's really what I do is I help people to really can
reconnect and remember why they're here and what they're
here to do. I really believe that each one
of us has a sole plan. And it's no mistake that we came
here at this time. We came here with a plan to be

(07:17):
of service to humanity. All those that are here, whether
you heed the call or not, you'rehere for that reason.
And it may be a little purpose. Maybe you just are here to smile
at people whenever you see them, you know, and make them feel
uplift their day. Maybe that could be your
purpose. I'm here to uncover whatever

(07:38):
that is so that you can live a really meaningful life.
Especially for older women, findthat women over 55 that have
given their life to everyone else and they just kind of feel
like now they're going to settlein or, or, you know, societally,
now you're supposed to settle inand, you know, become a real

(07:58):
mother and all that stuff. And a lot of women don't want to
do that. You know, something's rising up
within them and they want to start a new life.
They want to start a new life for them.
Yeah, really help them to go in and and figure that out and get
started. So I want to I have lots of
questions here. You, did you start your coaching

(08:21):
business while you were still working in LA in corporate or
had you, were you doing those simultaneously or was the move
to Mexico kind of the jump into your coaching business?
Well, no, I after I left Telecombecause I got laid off, it was
unexpected and yeah, it was a very painful.

(08:44):
So you had lots of time to focus.
I had to figure it out. It was hand.
It was handed to you, basically.I had.
To to you. Well, it sounds like you really
have figured it out. And before we talk a little bit
more about what you do today, you've mentioned some things
that have kind of hinted at your, we'll call it maybe a

(09:07):
spiritual foundation or faith foundation or religion.
Can you share with us a little bit about that?
Like you said, you had a friend who came to you with a message
from God. You know, can you share with us
a little bit more about that aspect of your life?
Did were you raised with some type of religious structure or

(09:27):
was it fairly open? And what did you know what did
that role play for you kind of throughout your life and in
because sometimes part of this you talked about women
especially kind of getting older.
We've done what you said societytells you to become a mother.

(09:50):
And in my case, you know, my faith of origin taught that
that's what my highest purpose was.
I think along with this kind of free like awakening our our
foundational beliefs are interlaced among part of that.
Well, I didn't have religion. It probably was one of the gifts

(10:12):
my parents gave me because I work with women who grew up in
religion. And now they're, you know,
waking up and it's a whole different ball game, right?
It's not anything that they wereraised and they're trying to let
go of that so that they can moveinto these new energies.
So I wasn't really given any of that.
But with that said, I was a veryI'm a double Scorpio, so I'm a

(10:37):
very deep, mystical woman. Haven't you ever heard of that
term before? What?
Double Scorpio? It's my ascendant and it's my
sun sign. Yeah.
So when I was in second grade, Iremember learning about the
universe and I remember being really unnerved by this because

(10:59):
infinite universe and we're justteeny tiny little spots like a
speck. And that just made me feel so
powerless and so small. And I remember that night I
couldn't sleep and I went down to my dad and I told him what I
learned and I said, what do you think about all of this?
And he didn't really seem to think much.

(11:22):
I could tell it didn't keep him up at night, but.
OK. So that there was a seed planted
there, you know, like with the mystical and the galactic.
And I think that looking back, that was such a pivotal moment
for me. Always just fascinated by, I

(11:42):
guess, metaphysical stuff, like any chance to do anything.
I was all in. And then when I turned, I moved
to California with my fiance, and I was 39, I think 39 when we
moved, so maybe probably 38. Anyway, we broke up, didn't work

(12:02):
out. And so I was right on the verge
of turning 40. And I really thought I wanted to
have children with this man. I never wanted to have kids, but
for some reason, I wanted to have a child.
And so when it didn't work out, I was so devastated.
I was literally an open wound. Yeah, it was really, really,
really hard. And I ended up moving to from

(12:26):
Orange County to LA and I met a spiritual, my spiritual teacher
and I was really guided there, like I've been guided my whole
life. Little things have just pointed
me in different directions. My sister says I'm the luckiest
person ever, but I think I so I've got something looking out
for me. So that was the beginning of my
spiritual, really going deep into my spiritual practice.

(12:49):
That was at 40. And then I was very dedicated to
it, but I wasn't doing all the work, and I was drinking very
heavily. So there was a real duality to
my life. You know, there was this real
belief that there's something bigger than us and doing all
this metaphysical work. But then there was on the other

(13:11):
side, this drunken woman who wasjust being reckless and
hedonistic. I like that word hedonistic.
And then, yeah, but then after Igot laid off, then I was like,
OK, I got to reinvent myself. I'm 55.

(13:31):
I wasn't expecting this. And what do I want to do?
Because I felt like it was really clear that that
relationship was over. And I really had this deep
calling to be of service. It was just annoying.
I didn't even know what it meantbeing of service.
I just knew that I had to find some way to help others that to

(13:52):
to share this wisdom that I had acquired over my you know, yeah,
long, long, long life. And so I just started following
the signs. I started meditating and I just
really started on my personal development path.
And with the with the higher, you know, the people you always

(14:15):
want, you know, Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins and those type of
people. And then as I got on this path,
it just became more and more spiritual versus element, you
know, with my singer and all these crazy spiritualists.

(14:35):
And and, you know, now I really consider myself like an energy
master, and that's another story.
Yeah, but that's kind of my background.
Does that answer your question? Yeah, it does.
And I want to go a little deeperon something you said, if that's
OK. You know, one of the things that
I talked about on this podcast is the role that doubt can play

(15:01):
or does play in our lives. And yes, for me it began more
from a religious source, but it comes up regardless of what that
background is for you, you talked about you had a an
awakening when you were laid off.
You had to reinvent yourself. That was something, you know,

(15:21):
you had to be purposeful about. You had been gaining all of this
wisdom, but there was this duality of self that you were, I
don't know, could we say wrestling with maybe a little
bit or just navigating, maybe that's a better word.
And you know, what was that liketo come to this fork in the road

(15:44):
knowing, OK, this is not a part of my life anymore after you had
been laid off? Now I have some choices.
Like you could have just as easily ignored those messages,
that intuition that knowing thatyou shared, that you had felt
and been cultivating up to that point in your life.

(16:07):
Can you share with us a little bit about what that transition
was like? Because for sure, I mean, you
had to evolve into your next self in order to just take those
steps towards what you felt yourcalling was.
Well, let me tell you that it's been a really rough Rd.

(16:27):
This body that I have OK it, it's had a lot of illness.
I don't think illness is the right word, but I will use it
for this. In 2011, stroke, I paralyzed on
the left side and I had to learnto walk and I was out of work

(16:47):
for about four months. So that was probably when I
first started waking up because knowing now what I know that my
guys were trying to get me from stop running amok, you know, to
get me sober and get me on a different path.
The alcohol was really a self medication.
I started drinking when I was like 12, really had quite the

(17:09):
love affair with it. I really was.
I consider myself like a professional party girl.
But anyway, so the stroke got mesober.
So at that time before the stroke, I was reading this book
by Catherine Ponder and it was called opening to receive and I
never did finish that book. I think I got to like this

(17:30):
Chapter 2. And then it was like, if you're
going to receive, you need to release, you need to clear your
space so that things can come in.
And then there was like this release mantra and I was doing
it every day. It was like a long mantra and I
was doing it every day. And this was like in September,
my stroke was in December and all this stuff was coming out of
my life to be cleared. And then about 3 weeks and then

(17:55):
in December, like old boyfriendsare coming out of the woodwork,
like just stuff was coming out to be healed.
And then in, in December, I was drunk, really drunk at my house
one night by myself. I was crying to God saying I
know I'm here for more than this.
I know this isn't what my life is supposed to be like, but I'm
really powerless. I, I don't know what to do.

(18:16):
I need your help. And then three weeks later I had
that stroke. And then I and then I got sober
in the hospital and I was there between the hospital and rehab
about a month and I stayed off alcohol for I would say about
two months, maybe 3. And then I started drinking

(18:36):
again, but not I was drinking like a bottle of wine a day at
least plus the weekend party. And I never went back to that.
I was just drinking more socially and but I was still
smoking a little bit of pot hereand there and just self
medicating. That's probably the best way to
put it. So when the, when the layoff

(18:58):
happened and I was really unprepared, I had money because
I, my company had gotten acquired and I knew that there
was a good chance I'd be gone. They really laid off like
everyone. I don't know what they were
thinking, but anyway, what do you do?
So I had some money saved and put away.
So I was good for a little while.
So I already kind of knew that Iwas here for something bigger

(19:21):
because I had asked about it, right?
I had told God, I know I'm here for something bigger.
I don't know what it is, but please help me because I'm
killing myself right now. And so when I went through that,
that just kind of woke me up andit told me that there was a
reason for me to be here. Because I do remember in the
hospital after I had the stroke,my family was there.

(19:44):
It was around Christmas, so my family's in town, and I remember
looking around the room, 'cause I had had the stroke and no one
really knew what had happened. They just knew I was paralyzed
and everything happened while I was in the hospital.
And I remember looking and goingfrom person to person in this
circle and asking them, you knowI love you, right?
You know I love you, right? You know I love you, right?

(20:05):
Because we didn't know if I was going to get through this.
So I wanted them to know I love you and I'm OK.
If this is it, if this is the end of my life, I'm OK.
I was 49. I had a good run, you know, so,
so don't be upset because I loveyou.
And that's the most important thing for me, for you to know.
And don't be upset because I'm good with it.

(20:27):
I'm totally good. I don't fear death.
If it comes, it comes. It will come when it's supposed
to. That was kind of how I felt
about it. So I knew that because I didn't
go, I didn't actually die, that there was a reason for me being
here. I just was not in a state to be
thinking about that because I had a brain injury.

(20:47):
So yeah, I'm noticing a pattern from gifts, I guess we could say
from the universe to you, Michelle, you you got forced
into the hospital because of thestroke, which helped you to get
sober. Then when the layoff came,
however many years later, it waskind of a forced fork in the

(21:08):
road to really have the opportunity to choose what you
wanted to do moving forward. You talked about how your guides
were. You felt them, they were trying
to get you on the path that was meant for you.
For someone who isn't familiar with that terminology or what

(21:28):
you mean by that, can you give alittle insight into what that
means for you? You have the benefit of
hindsight, of course, and so maybe in the moment you didn't
necessarily connect some of the dots, but but I think that's how
it is, right? Because nothing we, we can't
foresee the future. I can't.

(21:50):
Maybe you can. Maybe you've figured that out in
your spirit as you've learned ofyour spiritual gifts.
But anyway, just like what? What was that like?
Share a little bit more about that.
Yeah, so I didn't know. I didn't know I had guides or I
mean, I knew. I think we all know.
This is kind of what I believe is that we all know.

(22:10):
We come here knowing even thoughwe've forgotten.
We all know like all the information is within us.
So there's things that we do unconsciously because we have
this knowing. I look back now and I see that
that we have guides and I, I'm consciously aware of my guides
now. I used to have a very and I've

(22:31):
that relationship has really evolved dramatically since I
woke up and I've gotten several new sets of guides as I
continued to raise in consciousness.
But this is the thing. You don't just come here alone.
You know the there's an expression you're born alone.
You die alone. Yes, you do.

(22:52):
But there's a purpose and a reason and there's an energetic
support team. You, I, we all come here with a
plan. There's something for us to do
while we're here. We're here to learn Certain
lessons are so our soul can go on.
And I'm, as you can tell, I'm incredibly stubborn.
I'm incredibly resistant. Those are two words, actually.

(23:16):
If you look up stroke, Louise Hayes says a stroke is about
being resistant to change. And that's me.
I'm like this stubborn as it gets.
So I always, and I was sick mostof my life.
So my body has always been my messenger.
But what I know now about the guides is that you have this
team of energetic beings and they can be angels, they can be

(23:41):
ancestors, they can be all kinds.
They could be archangels, they could be all kinds of different
beings. But you have an energetic team
of beings. And if you could see them,
there's like a whole team that fill a room and they're your
cheerleaders. They're basically like, yay,
you're just so happy for you. Or if something bad happens,

(24:02):
they're like, oh, learn the lesson, learn the lesson.
So they're there to help supportyou, to keep moving you forward.
But they are your cheerleaders. They can be.
They were my best friends for like the last few years.
I because I became clairaudient in 2019 and after I got sober, I

(24:23):
got sober in 2018. And then because I was so
heavily medicated, my body now all of a sudden became who I
actually who I truly AM. I mean, I am truly a
hypersensitive person. That's why I started medicating
so young, because I couldn't take it.
I couldn't take puberty. I couldn't take the toxicity of

(24:45):
my family energy. So I.
Numbing, numbing that's that wasyour coping this mechanism.
Tell us what you mean by clairaudient.
I know what you mean, but for those that are listening that
may not. How would you describe that?
So we each have Claire, there's four, there's several Claires,

(25:07):
but the four main are seeing, hearing, feeling and knowing.
So clairaudient is hearing, clairvoyant is seeing.
Their cognizant is knowing. And the feeling one is clear.
Do you know that one, Claire? Sentient, is it?
Oh, is that what it is? Sentient something Clair

(25:29):
sentient. So have one dominant and then as
you move through your ascension process, your other Claire's
start to open up. So mine was very profound.
The Claire audience, I, it was like I would have conversations,
like real conversations where people sometimes hear words or

(25:53):
see visions. I hear I have conversation
consciousness with a plant, withanything that's alive.
Crystals, it's I can feel their energy.
So I really love to focus on thejoy, the bliss, even those
moments that, you know, on kind of the other side of claiming

(26:19):
our journey for ourselves, right?
Those are the most beautiful moments.
That's where we have increased spiritual sovereignty, autonomy.
We are able to self differentiate.
You know, it's very evident. It's very clear, you know what
your gifts are. And clearly there is some joy

(26:41):
there is there's high energy emitting from you as we're
having this conversation, even though it's by Zoom, I can tell
I can I can see it and feel it. And can you share with us some
of your particular moments of, of joy and bliss?
As you have, like my title of mypodcast says, you know, you are

(27:04):
living beyond the shadow of doubt.
And for different people that that's going to mean probably a
little bit different things. But in general, as you have
claimed that that journey for yourself.
Well, I didn't really talk much about doubt, so let me just say
just a couple. Things go for it.

(27:24):
We've been programmed from the time we were very small, that we
are small, that we are limited, that we can only achieve so
much, that we are here to work hard, get married, have children
and then retire. That's kind of the plan, right?
At least that was the plan for my family.
And and if you wanted to do anything else, then huh, that's

(27:50):
like not no, good luck with that.
But but that's not really going to happen.
And so the list. Yeah, that's not and the plan.
My father was an immigrant and he was working the American
dream. And so he, his dream was that to
get married, to build a family that he never had to retire, and

(28:14):
then to have this great retirement, In fact, we kind of
scraped. He was an engineer, so he earned
a decent living, but he was so focused on his retirement that
he put almost all of his money into retirement.
Like he maxed it out 'cause thatwas the most important thing for
him. And he had a beautiful
retirement until he died angry and but, but it was his dream.

(28:39):
So one of the things that I think is so important is we're
on this journey is to really know number one, that you have
this whole team of, of beings that are rooting you on, that
are cheering you on, that want nothing but your success.
And that we weren't put here on this planet to work hard and
suffer. That we were put here to

(29:00):
experience joy. We were put here to to play, to
have fun, to create. We are creators.
So when you start to doubt, that's really just layers of
programming that needs to come off that you need healing that
needs to occur so that you can release it because it's it
doesn't serve you. There's no reason to doubt.

(29:21):
You are protected. You are safe, you are provided
for. That's the that's the contract
that we have with God. No matter what happens, you're
protected, you're safe, you're provided for even when you do,
even when you don't. I, I hate the word mistake, but
even let's say you don't make the highest choice for yourself
and it takes you on a path that is not really this suggested

(29:46):
path. Then just like Agps, you get
rerouted. Oh, she went this way instead of
that way. OK, no problem, let's reroute
her. And then they just put things in
your path to get your back onto your path.
And so just know you can't make any mistakes.
Don't ever doubt yourself. You are more powerful than you

(30:07):
know. That is 100% true.
Yeah. And, and so I'm a really serious
person. And I think that's my drink and
smoke so much pot and stuff because I'm so responsible.
I'm the oldest and I have tons of Capricorn and Saturn in my
chart. And I am really responsible.

(30:28):
I always do the right thing. I always have.
I have really strong integrity and it's hard for me to play and
just let loose. And I think that's what drinking
allowed me to do. And I've been sober now almost
seven years. And I was saying just within the
last year, I've started to play again.
I've started to learn a new way to play sober.

(30:49):
So when you say that about me, that that makes me so happy
because that's not my innate need, you know, is, is to play
and joy and all that. I'm in fact, when I was on the
author adventure this past weekend and I was channeling
with Kira, she said actually shewas asking me questions and I

(31:09):
was channeling and I told her, Isaid, yeah, there's a chapter on
play. I'm guided to play more.
I need to play more. And I have like a swing at my
house. And have you ever as an adult
gotten on a swing and started swinging?
It's so, so silly, but it's so joyful.
Oh yeah. It's.

(31:29):
So joyous. I used to get on the swings with
my kids, and I suppose I would if there were any around here in
the neighborhood, but. In my yard, so whenever I get
fun, I just get into my swing and my assistant put little
flowers on it. It's on the tree.
But I have a magical place now, and that's probably part of it

(31:50):
too, is that I've just been really, I had this knowing.
I've always had the knowing the knowing ship or something
bigger. And so when all this happened
and I got on my path, I just started following the signs and
I just did whatever I was guidedto do.
I didn't really, I don't want tosay I didn't question it and I

(32:11):
don't want to say there weren't moments of, you know, extreme
terror because that wouldn't be true.
I mean, I've been through a lot,but I'm on the other side of it
and I'm at a point now that I'm just, I'm just living this
extraordinary life beyond my imagination that I never could
have. I never could have created for
my tiny little mind that God has, you know, let me to.

(32:34):
Share a little bit more about that in our last few minutes
here. When you say you have built this
extraordinary life, give us the.Well, I moved.
To your digest version I guess. Yes, I will.
I moved to Mexico in 22. I lived in and then I was guided
to come to San Cristobal de Las Casas and I kept looking on the

(32:54):
weather map. I'm a real weather girl.
That's why I lived in sunny LA and it was raining and cold and
you know, and to me cold is like60 and I'm like, I can't move
there. I no, I'm not moving there.
And I started looking for other places.
I found another place that I wanted to move to and my guides

(33:15):
were like, you can move there ifyou want, but this is the place
and crystal ball's the place. You have like agreements here.
You're going to grow, you're going to transform, you're going
to evolve, you're going to be able to do your work there.
And so finally I relented because it doesn't serve you to
go against what your guides tellyou to do, especially when

(33:35):
they're so darn clear. When I do, I always regret it.
So I moved to Saint Chris and not knowing anyone and just at
the beginning of rainy season and it was beautiful at first.
The first couple weeks I was like, oh, it's great. 70 and
sunny, beautiful, so happy. Then the rains came in.

(33:56):
Woo. And that was whole.
It was like San Francisco in thewinter.
It was cold and wet and dark andGray.
And I was like, I can't I I wentinto sacred space.
I told my guides, I can't live there.
I can't. It's too dark.
It's I didn't sign up for this. It's dark.
It's cold. No, just find me a new place.

(34:17):
And then the next night I was laying down to sleep.
And just before I went to sleep,I heard this voice and it said,
I hear you want a new place. And I said, yeah, I can't be
here. It's too cold.
I didn't sign up for this. Well, this is your place.
This is where you're here to do your purpose work.
You have agreements here, so youcan leave if you want.

(34:38):
You can go anywhere. You have free will.
But if you stay here, you'll be able to do your purpose work.
And I was like, oh, OK. Well, I didn't come on this
long, painful journey to leave because of bad weather.
That seems kind of silly. So I, I went out shopping that
weekend and I discovered wool and I bought a heating pad and I

(35:00):
just resigned myself to stay. And that was in May of 23.
So going on two years now and then and then the next day,
well, then I'll get to the storeright now.
So then the next day I told God,well, if I'm going to stay and
you want me to build this community and all this stuff, I

(35:21):
need a house. And then I heard, well, what's,
you know, make a list. So I made a list of everything I
wanted in the house. And then I said, OK, here's my
list. And then God said, OK, now
envision it. What does it look like?
So then I envisioned the whole house, what it looked like.
And then he said, keep envisioning it every day.
The house will find you. And this was like June and I had

(35:45):
till September. The house will find you.
Don't look for it. The house will find you.
I'm like great. So I just kept, you know,
envisioning it, envisioning it and then it got closer to the
time I had to, I had to leave and it wasn't showing up.
So I started looking, I started looking for places and when
you're manifesting, if you look for options, you will always

(36:06):
find options, but you won't findyour place.
You need to keep in your knowing, you need to keep in
your face. And I didn't do that.
And so I kept finding all these options and then I kept hearing,
no, is it the place? Does it look like it?
No, No, no, no, no, no, no. So I was homeless there and
bouncing from Airbnbs for a couple months.
Then I found a place and my guide said three months, sign

(36:29):
for three months because your house is coming.
And I'm like, Are you sure? Six months.
And they said it's coming, it's coming, it's coming.
And that was the end of 24. And I moved in November and I
signed to the end of January. And then the day after
Christmas, I slipped and broke my femur.

(36:50):
My body is like my greatest messenger.
It is your greatest messenger. I had to have emergency surgery.
I had to spend the whole month of January in bed.
Then I in my. January of last year.
Yes. And I had my visa at the end of
the month. And so they said don't worry,
the house is coming. And I said, Are you sure?

(37:11):
Because I want to be in bed here.
I don't know all this is going to happen.
And they're like it's coming, it's coming, it's coming.
And I'm like OK so anyway I was in bed that month and that femur
break just like my stroke and all these other terrible things
that happened to me are literally the greatest gifts

(37:32):
ever. So what happened during that
time was while I was in bed, I needed 24/7 care.
So I had these women that came and were with me 24 hours a day.
They fed me, they bathed me, they emptied my bedpan.
They loved me unconditionally. We didn't speak the same

(37:52):
language so there was a lot of non verbal communication
happening. It was literally I healed my
infancy like this. This part of my life I didn't
even know needed healing was completely healed, and these
people came out of the woodwork to help me.
He's really. Beautiful.
I only lived there six or eight months.

(38:14):
People, How can I help? What can I do?
I had already built this community, and so I cried every
day in gratitude because so manybeautiful things were happening
around me. And then the house showed up.
And that's where you're at rightnow.
And I moved in. I couldn't, I was still on a
Walker and I had my my bedroom and everything's upstairs.

(38:37):
So these are the first stairs I climbed.
And I was still a week later, I had a party to thank everyone
that had supported me during this break.
And I was literally hobbling around on a cane like I was
stood the whole entire day. This house has healed me.
This house has been AI a magnet for these incredible people.

(38:59):
I have this community of healersand service providers and
conscious people that want to make the world a better place
and they just are attracted to the house.
And I have these gatherings and all these beautiful people show
up and people bring their friends and their friends and
and it's just become this beautiful, beautiful experience.

(39:20):
I host retreats here for women over 50 and we it in sacred
space and we healers come. I have a healing room, I have a
infrared sauna room, I have a gym.
You know, there was all this stuff on the list that I mean,
that wasn't on the list that I got.
I didn't even know I needed because when I saw the house,

(39:43):
I'm like, wow, this is quite a house.
Why do I need all this? And they just kept telling me to
sign. And so I did.
And so. Wow, I hope I get to see it one
day. Michelle, That's, that's really
exciting. That's a really beautiful story.
Thank you for letting us have a peek into your world and your
journey and your story. I'm so happy here.

(40:05):
Can you tell I love this place? Yes, I can, and I love the
bright colors that I can see in the art work behind you, but
also in the top or dress or whatever it is that you're
wearing. That's one thing I love about
Mexico is all the bright colors.Yeah, she's hugging herself and
looking into the stars. That's so pretty.

(40:27):
So one of the last questions I ask my guests reflects again the
theme of my podcast. Tell us what it means to you to
live beyond the shadow of doubt. It's pure freedom.
It's pure bliss. It's pure joy.
It's a a frequency that emanatesout.

(40:53):
So it's a beautiful frequency. And it's just not about me.
Because when when each of us raises our frequency, we impact
the world around us. We send out a light and we
create this beacon of light and this beacon of hope in the
world. So it is my greatest joy to this

(41:17):
miraculous place and to be an inspiration to others because if
I can do this, I can do it like there's nothing.
There's no difference. We're all equal.
So there's no real difference between you and me.
You know, I just have done. I've been on this path maybe
longer, but. I love how you brought in that

(41:39):
frequency element. That's so true.
As we are approaching or we realize we have these doubts
that come up or just contradicting themes or or
beliefs and whatnot. That's a definite lower
frequency, a lower vibration. And yeah, what a beautiful

(42:02):
journey. Probably messy, maybe
uncomfortable at times, maybe even ugly at times.
Who knows? But the beauty, the joy, that
bliss you're talking about that higher frequency on the other
side like that. There's no comparison.
That's that's really. I love that that way you
described it or explained it. So I have some for fun questions

(42:23):
just so we can get to know you on a more personal level.
I'm just looking for one word answers can.
I just say one more, of course, because what does make me
different from so many people ismy devotion.
I'm incredibly devoted. I can count on one hand the
number of days over the past nine years that I've missed in
sacred space in the morning. I sit with God every morning,

(42:46):
and I am in complete faith and knowing.
And that's the key. You can't doubt, can't waver.
You can't look for options. You need to keep coming back to
I am safe, I am protected, I am provided for.
God would not give me a dream that I couldn't make real.
You have to be in that energy orit's not going to happen.

(43:09):
I love that you said you could count on one on two hands how
many times you've missed in the last night.
One hand how many times you've missed.
That's fabulous. It's a complete devotion to God.
It's my It makes me. If I don't do it, I don't have a
good day. I feel fully scattered and lost.

(43:30):
Yeah, I feel that. OK.
And on that note, I'm going to throw out some for fun questions
for you. I'm ready now.
I'm so glad you shared what you did though.
Tell us what your favorite book is.
My favorite book, My Guiding Light, is by Michael Singer.
I forget the name. It's not Untethered Soul, it's

(43:52):
the surrender experiment that ismy all time favorite.
It's the most inspiring book you'll ever read because when
you read this book, it the shit that happens in his life, the
miracles that happened just because he's surrendered.
It's unbelievable, but it lets you know it's possible for you.

(44:13):
Awesome, I'll have to look it up.
Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
I have an extroverted introvert.I kind of guessed that.
I thought I bet she's somewhere in the middle, maybe an
ambivert. Who is your favorite artist?
I would say. Picasso, That's fitting.
Are you a night owl or a morninglark?
I love to get up at like 4:00 AM.

(44:36):
Really dark morning. Yeah, dark morning.
I love the darkness. OK, tell us your celebrity
crush. For years I was really crushing
on Craig Ferguson. That is fantastic.
The Scottish comedian. That's hilarious.

(44:58):
OK, do you do still or carbonated water or diet soda or
some other fun beverage? What's your prefer?
Talking to someone with chronic digestive issues and that only
at one point could eat 10 thingswithout inflammation.
My body won't. And I could only drink water and
I didn't get warm water. I don't drink cold because your

(45:20):
body is 98.7. So if you drink cold water, your
body's like, what are you doing?I mean, you know, if you drink
more water, it's so, it's so much more nourishing.
Awesome. Noted.
And tell us finally the furthestplace that you have travelled.
To the dark light. To the dark light, OK, you can't

(45:45):
just say that and leave a saying.
What do you mean? Do you mean like the Northern
Lights going up to the Arctic Circle?
No, I'm a galactic being. I travel, I travel the galaxies,
although the dark light is within us, but it is the
farthest. It's the farthest, but it's

(46:07):
right within you. So I've been.
I was guided in at the end of last year when I was in ancient
pilgrimage that I was to teach the dark light.
And I know what that was. I thought it was like the void
or the, you know, the, yeah, thevoid.
I'm just going to leave it. There, but it's more like the
great beyond. No, no, it is a place before the

(46:32):
light. It's an incredibly ancient place
where your soul was conceived and your soul was incubated and
into who you are now. It contains all everything about
you and I'm and I'm just really fascinated by this place, but it

(46:53):
holds so much information. Wow, well I think of all my
guests, you've probably travelled the furthest then.
So Michelle, if folks wanted to connect with you or learn more
about your work, find out more about your retreats that you
said you do, what would be the best way for them to connect
with you? Facebook.

(47:14):
Or my website michellewarnica.com.
OK, awesome. Michelle, it has been a
wonderful, crazy, unexpected, glorious journey today.
I didn't know all of this about you.
And so I feel extra privileged that I get to know this about
you, a little bit more about your story.

(47:36):
And I guess I didn't mention this at the beginning, but we're
part of the same authors, Mastermind, Joan of Arc
publishing mastermind. And so I love getting to know my
my fellow authors. Speaking of that, where are you
at in the process of writing your book?
I have the title you. Have the title.
And the book cover and it's called being human when you're

(47:59):
from Another planet. OK.
And I've written a few chapters so far and I'm continuing every
day but my guides are like you need two hours and to find a 2
hour block. It's kind of tough.
Yeah. OK.
So that's something to keep on our radar to watch for further
down the line. I really want to have it out

(48:21):
late summer, early fall. That's my intention.
OK. Well, Michelle, thank you so, so
much for your time and for sharing your beautiful light.
Thank you. Thank you.
