This week, I have the pleasure of talking with sister duo Elora (aka Cal Grant-Smith) Canne & Jude Kurten. Elora is an author. Jude is an energy healer. Together they shared a sacred adventure in the Australian Outback and wrote a book: Sisters in the Outback: An Uluru Adventure.
They start out by discussing the significance of Uluru as an energy vortex, a living breathing, landscape, and its cultural and spiritual importance - and Jude reminds us to expect magic!
Then we dive in and chat about:
- The importance of grounding oneself by walking barefoot and the connection they felt with nature.
- Being open to learning and leaning in to absorb the energy of the natural world.
- How we can begin to let go of the small, everyday irritations and be open to the flow of life…
Elora and Jude also stress the importance of being intentional, slowing down, and taking our time as we move through the natural world.
