For the past 21 years Eira Argenal and Oscar Aragón have been putting committed to empowering youth through education, language training, leadership transformation and financial education in their country, Nicaragua. Eira is a trained lawyer and Oscar a Physician, and together they are the Directors of their company, Alianza Americana (and wife and husband!). This couple will share with the listeners how they manage to keep balance in their lives, the importance of communication not only at the workplace but within the family and how important it is for them (and us all!) to be lifelong learners.
