In this episode, host Megan Dias discusses how she's spent the last few days in hibernation mode, nursing her and her daughter through a round of fevers and coughs that created quite a beautiful segway into her holiday break.
It forced her to shift into her body, to relax and rest a bit sooner than planned, and created space and inspiration for deep reflection and visioning.
This isn't the typical annual review; this episode explores the power of noticing where you are NOW and remembering what life was like before. It's about taking time to acknowledge and appreciate what changes have taken place, what desires were present in those early days that have come true, and what desires have been released or have shifted.
It's about the good, the bad, and the in-between and being proud of whatever progress you have made.
Have you taken time to consider how far you've come? This is your reminder to set some time aside to reflect and to really dig into where you are RIGHT NOW.
Consider what it's taken to get there. Consider the struggles, the wins, the good, and the bad. Take the time to be with it all, to look at the BIG picture, lifetime revenue, lifelong goals, and overall vision. And also sit with the small steps, the little shifts, the tiny wins.
All of it is worth noticing. All of it is worth celebrating.
