In Psycho Cycle, Los Compas talk about their experiences with doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.  They talk about toxic relationships, self-destructive behavior, and encourage you to work on your self-esteem and break the psycho cycle.

Choose Your Family Wisely was inspired by one of our compas, Jon Morra, who made us think about the importance of choosing your family no matter who they are or the negative backlash you may experience.
