Real World Couples: Isaac + Alexa on Personal Responsibility

Welcome to another episode in the Real World Couples series, just in time for Valentine's Day - I'm super excited to share this one with you!
 
Isaac, Alexa + I first connected last year when Alexa heard me on the Here for the Truth podcast with Joel and Yerasimos.  She reached out to connect and invite me onto their podcast to talk about conscious relationships and sexuality.  We had an amazing conversation, I'll link to it below!
 
Today, I get to feature their beautiful relationship with you, the product of much inner work on both sides, with each of them taking personal responsibility to heal what needed to be healed inside of themselves.

I love this episode because they are so vulnerable with their stories, how they met, and how they're living their day to day lives now together, and I think this is such a beautiful model for all of us as an example of how to do relationships very differently than we have been taught.  It is possible!

We get into what conscious relationships truly are, the importance of ongoing shadow work, masculine/feminine polarity, and so much more.
