Hey y’all!

I hope this message finds you well.

For this love note I want to chat with you about choices.

During our healing journey, it is important that we cultivate practices and routines that help us further reconnect with our authentic selves and treasure. Our true treasure is a balanced and aligned mind, body, and soul.

When we put our attention, focus, and energy on things that ignite our complacency, we cultivate a powerful synergy that keeps us moving in the same patterns; fortifying our comfort zones. When we put our attention, focus, and energy on things that ignite our deepest passions, we cultivate a firm and solid foundation in our selves; we learn to trust our intuition and the universal pull into the unknown.

As I mentioned in yesterday’s love note, Hues, neither option is necessarily wrong. However, if your choice is to evolve and continuously elevate your frequency, you must make the necessary adjustments or things will continue to move around you as they always have.

Both come at a cost: staying in the exact same pattern and spot as you are now or relinquishing everything you have always known to be true to make space for your wildest desires to manifest.

The company you keep isn’t another, it’s you. Your thoughts, your habits, your actions. The beautiful thing about this realization is that at any given moment you can bid your current company farewell and welcome in the new.

How freeing is that?

Until next time
