Host Lisa Anna Palmer interviews  Jason W. Freeman, author of “Awkwardly Awesome: Embracing My Imperfect Best,” about authenticity and the courage to be yourself. Jason shares his journey and what led him to get up on stage against all odds. 

He talks about how living his dream of sharing his journey while embracing his speech impediment and unique walk helps people from around the globe to view their own dreams as closer and more attainable. He also shares techniques leaders can use to be more authentic and create safe spaces for employees to be themselves and be more creative.
