We all have our way of viewing life, many of us are brainwashed. I used to be brainwashed and have been graced with some ability to step outside of society's conditioning; though I am still working towards mastery of this. I still have moments where I crumble.

Things that can make me crumble are talking about past traumas and being fake. These things can make me lose my sh*t. Bonding with others over trauma is a habit I am unlearning and speaking up without fear is an approach of mine to change this.

Then again these things have inspired me to find ways within myself towards emotional mastery. My desire is to be unshackeble in my emotins regardless of what is happening or being said around me.

There have been people throughout history which I mention a few in this video that have reached a point of not needing to bond with others over trauma and that stay within their authentic selves. They stay within the trues of life to them unapologetically, they were misunderstood though stood for a different approach to life that is more beneficial thatn the brainwash conditoned way many live today.

Some people in my personal life have shown me to transform is through unconditonal compassion and sitting completely present with what is happenning (something I forgot to mention in this episode).

So how do I get to this point where I do not need to bond over trauma to create a connection with someone else and remain within my authentic self? How can we all do this?

Well, this is something that be discovered through full embodiment of the feelings of authenticity, in the flow of nature with feeling ones clarity with direction.

Thank you for watching, I love you.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
