Most leaders are stuck with the question, "How do you get people to act exactly as I want them to?" However, truly effective leaders understand that leadership is relationship-oriented, creative, and constructive and encourages the release of human possibilities - enabling others to break free of limits that are created organizationally or self-imposed.
