Why Your Attachment to Outcomes Is Sabotaging Your Results

Had a client breakthrough this week that gave me chills. Brian had been dieting since he was 8 years old. Every program, every pill, same pattern for decades: lose 50-60 pounds, binge for 6 months, gain it all back.

The difference wasn't a new meal plan or workout routine. It was understanding a principle hidden in Matthew chapter 6 that most people completely miss.

Here's the thing that'll mess with your head: Brian lost weight by stopping his attempt to lose weight. His attachment to the outcome was poisoning his intentions and blocking the very results he wanted.
