Robert L. Carter, a 39 year old Houston pastor faces allegations of sexually assaulting a family member repeatedly nearly over a decade. They said he assaulted in 2008 when she was 7 years old. He would lure her in with candy for sexual favors. He assaulted her in a grocery store parking lot on the way to school, on the church premises where he worked or he waited til the other family members was sleep at the house. He told her that if she told anybody in the family they wouldn’t believe her. He got her pregnant at 16 years old. She had the baby in the closet and he took it to a fire station and gave it away.
