You know, we could talk about awhole lot of things and talk
about men's health and wellness,and really what I want to focus
on in this particular episodeis, you know, just being really

These are things that plague usevery single day, absolutely.
When I was talking to Chesteryesterday on the phone, he said
something that was really,really deep.
I'm not going to steal yourthunder, brother, I'm going to
let you say it.
If you don't say it, I will,okay, but we're going to talk
about a whole lot of thingstoday.

Why don't you tell us aboutyour credentials, your
background, brother?

and what inspired you to get into this business?
Uh, so, man, I'm gonna say this, man, and I'm gonna be very
transparent with this um,initially, how I got into
fitness, uh, I had experiencedsome tragedy in my life and
through that tragedy I tellpeople a lot of times tragedy
can make you a champion, becauseyou can sometimes use that pain
to push you into being a betterperson or becoming a better
person.
I've been married for over 22years.
Congrats, bro.
I got four kids.

And just had an anniversary right.

Definitely Just had an anniversary yesterday
actually.

Old ball and chain.
I still ain't figured it out ifI was the ball or the chain.

I'm thinking you're both.

But yeah, man.
So 22 years of marriage and youknow four kids, and my wife
actually had five live births,but we lost one of our children.
And she was three months old.
Oh my God, and that was a hardtime for me Even talking about
it.
It could take me into thatplace, but I'm going to control

my emotions at this moment.
But it was very hard for medealing with that because it was
a daughter and anybody knowswho's a man who have girls you
totally cleave to the girls.
I mean, you know, as a boy and Ihave a son, he's my only son

(03:57):
but it's easier to deal withboys because I'm a man, but with
the girls it's like you justautomatically fall into this
love with them in such a waythat is different from your son,
because you could be moreaffectionate towards her versus
on your son.
You ain't kissing all of yourmom, and all of your son.

You know what I mean.

So you just kind of just, you know, fall into that
place with them.
And so, yeah, when thathappened to me when she was
about three months old, ittotally changed me and I needed
to let out this anger and rageinside of me, because I'm a true
believer, I believe in the wordUltimately, I believe in the

principles and theprincipalities and and and god
himself.
But in that moment in time Iwas confused because I was
uncertain about why this washappening to me.
Um, and my brother went out tothe military.
When he came back, we had aconversation because he had to
come back for the funeral orwhatever.
You know, I'm, I'm just askingmy brother, like because he's my

voice of reason, like what,what is going on?
Man?
He's just like with thestraightest face ever.
I see my best friend blow up infront of me, oh wow.
So it was almost like, justlike I, I connect with you, but
at the same time, this is whatwe have to deal with this is
what happens.

Is the world yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:22):
yeah.
So, um, you know, months afterthat, we, we would talk, and
when he had came back from basictraining, he was a little bit
more solid.
Me and him did everythingtogether.
We were nine months apart, youknow, and I was thinking about
that with my mom and dad.

I said damn, I was just about to ask was he a?

Speaker 1 (05:39):
delayed twin right after next day, I you know was
conceived, my dad threw it.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Right back in Got it.

So someone's from Uchura Right, yeah, so.

Nine months apart.
Yeah Well, he went off To themilitary and came back After he
came Waiting.
He's like Chester man.
What the hell Are you doing,man?
I'm like what man?

Chris, what the hell I'm getting money.

And so when he came back, it would be funny because
they would be going to the gym.
Like Chiz, you going to go tothe gym, I'm like hell, no man,
I'm outside, I'm going to dothis, y'all can do that, I'll
come and scoop y'all when y.
But anyway, after a while itkind of hit me because I noticed
that the decisions that I wasmaking weren't really good
decisions and at the end of theday, if I kept making those
decisions, I was going to putmyself in a situation you know

(06:33):
what I mean.
And so I started kind oflistening more to what he was
saying in reference to you needto do something in reference to
you.
And once I started, I was justdoing calisthenics in my
mother-in-law house she wasabout to sell us the house at

(06:53):
the time and you know, justtrying to take that pain and
push me somewhere else, andwhich it did.
And I was able to conquer thecalisthenics and stuff like that
, and to the point where I wouldbe conversating with my brother
more.
And I understand now at this agewhy my brother said what he
said, because he was over theregetting war ready, you see and
he's seeing all these men withdifferent walks of life and

getting more ready, and helooking at his own brother like,
just if a war broke out, theygonna have their way with you.
Like point blank, period, man,you know.
And when you think about itlike that, that's, that's the
only that.
I think that would be the onlyreason why he would say what he
said to me so harshly like, bro,what the hell are you doing?
Yeah, you looking sick out here.

Yeah, right.
And because you're not properlynourished when you're in the
hood, bro, your nutrition isoatmeal pies and swiss cheese
just mcdonald's.

Yeah, man, you may want honey buns.

Yeah, jumbo honey buns, I mean rock sodas man, I
mean you just poor skin, yeahpoor skin bro like the corner
store, is everything.
You know what I mean when you'rein the hood.
So it's like once you starteating properly for your body
type, that's when you're gonnagain weight.

(08:11):
But if you never do that,you're always gonna be small
framed because you're nevereating enough, but anyway.
So once I uh got the concept of, you know, doing the
calisthenics, and then I startedtrying to get the concept of
how to put size on, because Iwas small and I wanted to gain
size and my brother had gainedsize.
So now it was a competitionBecause, like I said, we did

everything together.
So now we're going back andforth with that and so I would
be pegging him for information.
He would give it to me and Iwould utilize it.
And then, boom, after Iconquered the at home workouts,
I said I'm going to get me apersonal trainer because I want
to know as much as I can aboutthis for myself so I could be my
best self.
You know, what I find is theonly thing that you could truly

do for yourself is taking careof yourself fitness wise, health
wise.
You know, and most definitelyyou know, intellectually feeding
your mind.
You know, and most definitelyyou know intellectually feeding
your mind.
The only thing that's going tochange your physical makeup and
appearance is that, yeah, you'regoing to grow your mind, but if
you're not taking care of thebody, if you're not putting in

the proper things that go insideof the body and if you're not
working the body to the pointwhere you are going to see these
goals and changes, you're justgoing to look like a cartoon
character.
I'm sorry, that's just thebottom line.
It's nipple, nipple, bellybutton.
I could draw you right now,it's no definition, nowhere.
I mean it's nipple, nipple belly, but but anyway, so um yeah,

(09:35):
when you look good, you feelgood yeah, most definitely man.
And and and I agree with deonsanders look good, feel good,
play good.
And I say this to all mybrothers and I and I don't mean
to harp on this, but this istrue I have sympathy for women,
and the reason why I havesympathy for women because they
go through different hormoneimbalances and stuff like that.
They're carrying a little bitmore than what we're carrying

that some of this stuff isgenetic or they're predisposed
to have this type of body orwhatever it is?
Is there any truth to that?

I feel like that's more of an excuse.
I'm sitting next to a brotherright here who been fighting for
his whole life and still fight.
Not one time that I'vementioned to him anything in
reference to fitness, workingout, cooking, drinking or
whatever did he ever say hecould not do it right?
You see what I'm saying.
We as a people have to have themental fortitude, as he stated

in uh before that.
We have to have the mentalfortitude to push past our
certain circumstances like orwe're just going to keep making
excuses.
I tell people that all the time, when you make up in your mind
that you want to get healthy,when you want to become fit, you
have to understand when youintroduce that into the universe
, into the atmosphere, it'sgoing to be all kind of hellfire

and brimstone to come againstit.
Come on man.
All kind of situations going tocome into play, especially on
the day your first day that yougot to go work out.
Oh, I got a flat tire.
Oh, I woke up late.
Oh, I'm not feeling.

Well, can I tell you something?
Go ahead, so help me with this.
This is personal.
I was going One of the guysthat you train, santana he
trying to get me Out of my funkBecause I was training, I was
working out, and then I stopped.
Then you know, he's got thewhole Gym, raj set up At his
house.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Oh beautiful.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
Right.
And here's the crazy thing Igot a gym right here.
I seen that.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
So you already know, I'm on you anyway.
You just don't even.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Go in that room, man Every piece of equipment there
is brand new.
Yeah, Still got.
Just got collecting dust.
I'm not doing shit.
You don't even go in that room.
I passed by.
You see, what my wife did.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
She turned into like a plant nursery for now because,
she might as well, because it'sjust a wasted room, right.

Speaker 4 (12:17):
Um, so here's what's personal about what I'm going to
say to you.
Like past two, three months,I'm not sure what it is, but
mentally I'm not there.
I know exactly what it is Towhere my brother Santana would
be like man, come work out withme, he'll call me, he'll hound
me and I'm not showing up.
I started going, I was doinggood for like two weeks and then
I just like dropped everything.

(12:38):
Right Now I can't find themotivation to get back Mot, the
strength, the desire, even whereI just don't care.
So how do I get back?
How?
Because I can't be the only oneDealing with this, and I heard
you say something Real quick.
A little while ago.
You say it's the opposite.
You say it's you Work out soyou look good, and then you feel
good, and I'm waiting to feelbetter so I can go back to the

gym.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
I would say, first and foremost, take baby steps.
I mean, just go in the gym andjust walk on the treadmill,
because burning body fat goingto make you look better anyway.
You don't have to do no highintensity workout, you don't
have to do no strength training,but doing something is better
than nothing.
That's just a little bit ofadvice to you, but mainly what I
would do, because what itsounds like you're suffering
from is just low testosterone.

(13:22):
The moment we get to age of 35,our testosterone levels start
declining rapidly.
If you're not getting yourtestosterone levels checked,
they're already in a tanker.
If you look up symptoms for lowtestosterone, you have an
excess amount of body fat,you're very lethargic, your
libido can suffer.
It's just a lot of differentthings.

Speaker 4 (13:42):
So that's a whole other conversation that I want
to go into, because it declinesand it's just what it is it's
something that you cannot avoid.

Speaker 1 (13:50):
It's something that all men cannot avoid.
It's it's like our body gettingprepared for menopause.
That's our menopause all ushaving low testosterone.
At what age does that reallybegin?

Speaker 4 (14:00):
it starts happening at 35 okay 35 our levels start
declining.
So what's your take on TRT then?
I love TRT, I do TRT, mybrother does TRT A lot of the
people who.
I train.
I was going to say tell peoplewhat that is.
A lot of people who are trained.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
I recommend TRT.
It's testosterone replacement.
Oh really, that's what it is.
You go to a place like AgelessMen, body symmetry or something
like that, and they're going totest your levels and they're
going to give you exactly whatyou need to bring your body back
to homeostasis.
You got to understand if thetestosterone level is low.
Testosterone is what makes usmen.
That's what makes a dog a dog.

(14:35):
You know what I mean.
But if the testosterone levelis low, the dog is going to go
back in the in the house.
He ain't gonna want to fightoutside you know, know what.
I mean.

So I have a point of clarification, maybe just help
us clarify this.
This is not to it's notsteroids.

It's not to make you.

Here's my question.
It's not to make you Supermanand give you more than you need.
It's just to bring your levelsback to what they should be.

Absolutely Everything is about keeping the body at
homeostasis.

What does that mean?

Homeostasis meaning keeping the body at balance.
Gotcha, my body being at fullbalance meaning like, no
additional sugar, no additionalwaste product, no additional
sodium Because I'm drinkingenough water.
That's hydrating my body,that's bringing my body to
homeostasis right, not havingall these artificial sugars, all
these artificial sweeteners andstuff like that.
Keeping my body more alkaline,you see, and then also making

sure I'm, you know, doing my trt, which is keeping my body and
my mind and my muscles strongand keeping the fight in me to
get up to do it every single day, I know you didn't know shit
about this.

My first sport was track andfield Right.

So I ran track in high school.
I ran track in college.
When I graduated from college,I ran for the Team USA.
I made the world team.

So, here's and I was going to ask you this question.
Here's the issue that peoplelike me are going to have a
stigma against, Because whenyou're a professional athlete,
right, there's a stigma againstPEDs.

Performance Enhancing Drugs right so.

TRT when it first came out, Especially like big in
the UFC.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
Scared everybody.

Everyone was like you know people, people had dad
bods and then they looked likethey were superheroes and then
they banned TRT, and then theyhad dad bods again, right?
So for me, when I was runningtrack, it's like if you got
caught, if you pissed hot, thenyou were banned.

For life.

So like I was scared.
To take a Tylenol or drinkcoffee right, because your
caffeine level is too high, youget banned yeah, really yes,
yeah, it was very serious withathletes and then olympic
athletes.

They go through these crazy crazy, crazy, crazy
protocols in order they'll comewake you up at six o'clock in
the morning to go piss in a cup.

So I definitely understand where you're coming
from.
So here's my question, right?

So my question is so someone like me, like I know
that TRT could probably help me.
I've never gotten my levelstested.
I need to go to a doctor.
That's a whole other podcast,right?
So someone like myself who will, I will never take TRT.
Well, I shouldn't say never,I'm afraid to because of my past

What can I do, whether it'snutrition, whether it's I need
to go to the gym?
I know I need to go to the gym,Like what are things that I can

do, naturally to get to,because I'm tired all the time?
I've got an eight-year-old,six-year-old and a four-year-old

I just attribute it to that.
But I'm 45, right?
So, like, what can I do withoutgetting the extra help through
pharmaceuticals to get me tohomeostasis?

Well, quite honestly, and this is for each of you,
you got to have direction inyour eating.
Yeah, because let me ask youthis how many times did you eat
a day?

Just tell me Three times a day.
Probably you can talk aboutsnacks too.

I'm just talking.
Oh, four meals, probably three,just be eating.

No, no, no.

That's a bad sign.
That on average.
How many meals?
No, probably definite, you knowfor a fact breakfast, lunch
dinner and probably like anothersmall meal before.
I go to bed, so at least, three.

We'll say three, junior two, that's it so man,
let me explain and see whenyou're not eating enough right,
you slow the metabolism down tothe point where your body starts
turning into a deep freezer.
You know what a deep freezerdoes?
Stole meat.

So when you start walking around looking like
Refrigerator Perry, you know why.
All right, you have to speed upthe metabolism.
Water speeds up the metabolism.
Everybody's always looking fora detox.
All you need to do is drink theset amount of water for your
body type.
Within seven days and you canmark my words within seven days,
you'll lose anywhere from fiveto ten pounds just drinking a

set amount of water for yourbody type.

Now are you talking about?
Because, like Stefan mentionedearlier, I used to be in MMA In
order to cut weight.
I mean, I had teammatesdrinking, don't fight this nigga
.
I had teammates drinking like.
I know that when it was time tolose a lot of weight, they were
drinking like two gallons ofwater a day.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
And they probably was eating no carbs 100% Because
you got to think about it.
The body is a container, right?
If I remove the carbohydratesand I'm just drinking water and
eating protein and veggiesprotein and vegetables it's no
carbs to it.
So it's really not.
So it's no watch this.
It's no bread and nocarbohydrates in the system to

(19:34):
absorb the water, so that's whythe water and everything come
right out you.
That's why it's so easy to loseweight when you eliminate your
carbs yeah, but you can't stayin that deficit for a long time,
because if you stay in thatdeficit for a long time meaning
the body stays in the deficitwhere it's not getting enough
carbs you'll start gainingweight.
Is that ketosis?

what yeah, okay and you not.

And the thing about it is you're not even eating the
carbs.
You're like man, I don't stopeating carbs.

We're not supposed to have it.
We're not supposed to have adiet where there's no carbs in

No, why do they keep saying cutthe carbs.

That's the keto.
Well, because there's so manyfads?
Yeah, that's because that's atrick.

You can actually have carbs and lose weight.

So I want to go back to one thing.
Right, here's one we haven'taddressed yet.
He said it three times, wehaven't really touched on it.
He said your body type.
So what's the first thing weneed to do to even find out what
kind of body type?
Because my problem is notlosing weight, my problem is
even putting on a pound, right,because look at me.

That's exactly what I'm saying.
You got to do the researchthat's behind the skin.
Even if you went to ageless men, they'll have alternatives for
you.
They don't necessarily have toput you on TRT.
They can recommend somethingelse to you, but at the end of
the day you got to know what'sgoing on.
You'll know what your bloodtype is too.
A lot of times, eating for yourblood type is a more of a
benefit to you.
You're going to feel betterfrom doing that.
Like I'm old blood type, so I'msupposed to have a lot of beef,
red meat and stuff like that.

They always call me to give blood to be honest with
you.

And I do give a lot of blood and they, every time I

I say, ma'am, I ain't got the gift card yet, but I

You know, I'm just givingbecause I feel like it's the
right thing to do and plusbecause I compete and stuff like
that you know I have to dodumps every now and then.

So then, how do people find out, like, what's
their body type?
How, how do you even go aboutthat?
Is it research on the internet?
Do I need to go to a place likea clinic, like what you
mentioned?

Speaker 1 (21:39):
No, you got a primary care physician.
Your primary care physician cantell you what your blood type
is.
You know what's funny.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
I ain't got one, me too.
That's how much I don't go tothe doctor, me too, I don't even
got one.
There's certain things you gotto do.

Speaker 1 (21:53):
As you get older, the doctor, that initial time
you're not going to have to goback to the doctor over and over
and over.
I'm not one of those people whostay in the doctor's office,
but you need to know thisinformation, right?
What is my blood type?
Where are my levels at?
Those are two things you needto know every year.
You know what I mean becauseit's going to help you for the
next year.
Get that from the physical, yeah, yeah you do, right, you do,

and, and you can request certainthings from your primary care
physician.
You, you can actually requestfrom your primary care physician
for them to do a blood panel onyou.
A blood, what A blood panel?
A blood panel, gotcha.
And what that blood panel willdo is it'll tell you, based off
your blood type, what you'reallergic to or what could be
causing inflammation to yourbody.

and I don't know if it wasanswered, stefan People that say
I'm genetically predisposed,predisposed to just I'm fat,
mom's fat because you're hungryall the time.

It's so many stories of peoplewho lost 100 pounds, lost 200

only answer is to give that oh,I'm genetically inclined man.

because I had a teammate.
So when I was in college I hada teammate who we were side by
side like when I was in college.

college, I think by we get ourbody tested, our body fat tested
every year.
I think it was like three pointeight Right, and he was.
He just always had a littleextra on his stomach, but I mean
he was in shape.
He was running 400 meter dashesfaster than anyone in this room,

Right, but some people theydon't look like they're in shape
but they're in tremendousphysical shape.

He probably ate like shit in the off season and had
that trans fat.
That's what it is.
Certain fat won't move.
You see what I'm saying.
And when you eat like shit,some of that fat just ain't
going to go nowhere.

But then me like I'm telling myself.
When I was in high school and Iwas in college, I would
literally show up to practicelate with McDonald's in my hand
because I was broke, so I couldafford.
I would take a couple bites, Iwould rest it on the side of the
track, I would run while I waschewing and swallowing the food,
beat everybody, pick it back up, eat some more food and then do

And have an eight pack while you're doing it.

And I think I got down like 3.2 with the, with the
pinchers on the body fat, right.

But then my friend who wasn't eating as terrible as
I was, looked like an averageguy.
He didn't have the samegenetics because you so
everybody has a different bodytype too.
You got like ectomorph,endomorph, like it's so much
when it comes to bodies andtypes and stuff like that and
then genetics.

So then, is it fair to say that there are some
people no matter what they do,they are genetically predisposed
.
They'll never look like asuperhero.

No, I wouldn't say that.
It's just they will have to bemore disciplined.
It's just like you have to findout what you're doing that is
impeding you from losing thebody fat, from changing the tone
and shape of your body.
A lot of times people are notgetting enough protein in their
diet.
You got to think about if thecontainer is filled up with fat.
What is it going to look like?

And I'm going to be honest with you Most people who
run track eat like shit.

Because they feel like they're running all day.
We can eat two doublecheeseburgers.

Playing soccer and it's allthat artificial sugar you're

So if I start eating Like mymom and dad, yeah, I'm just A

Gauge yourself day by day,because if you win the day,

So what's, what's, uh, what'sthe challenge for that?
How do you help those guys out?

Speaker 1 (35:33):
for most men who trying to gain weight, majority
of the time they don't eatenough, just like you already
told me.
Only once a day maybe.
Uh, since I've been here, Iprobably not ate.
I ate on the way.
I ate before I left the houseand I ate just a few minutes ago
.
So I already had three mealsalready and I'm gonna eat
another meal before I leave.
That'll be four and then when Iget home I'll have more meals.

(35:55):
So with me constantly feedingmy system, I'm definitely going
to be stronger, more agile andhave more endurance than someone
who doesn't.
You also got to think aboutthis man.
You're a protector.
The word of God says be aprotector and a provider.
What does he say?
First, protection doesn'talways mean a weapon, but my

body could be formed as what?
So me being physically fitcould be a form of protection.
For who?
My family?
Yeah, because they're gonnalook at me and say, oh lord,
that nigga I did say that I saidthe exact same.

I can get to 215, 220.
But at the same time it's notgoing to be bad weight.
It's going to be good weightbecause of the way that I'm
doing it and the type you canmaintain too.

second you stop eating.
It sounds really challenging tohave that that many meals.
I guess is it.

just enough meals we're not eating.

I think I gotta get full, sothat's not what you so, so so
the thing about it is right whenyou properly are eating you
know what I'm saying you youeating properly, right?

He's gonna be my first examplebecause I'm gonna start working
with him probably sooner than Istart what you got, but, at any

event, once I start introducingto him what he should be eating
daily, right, immediately hisbody type is going to change.
It's a study that has beenproven.
If you eat the same thing forsix to nine months, it totally
changes the dynamic of the body.
It totally changes the dynamicof the body.
So if the body was more of afatty body for years, eating the

same thing for six to ninemonths is going to change that
fatter-looking body to a moretoned-looking body because it's
getting the proper nutrition.
The reason why you're not goingto get full is because only time
you get full is by having toomany carbs in one setting.
That's when you're full.
It's not the protein, it's thebread, yeah, so if I'm having
three, four hundred carbs in theone setting, when I get up from

that table I'm full.
But we ate good today.
Yeah, but you had macaroni andcheese, you had stuffing.

You had biscuits.
Yeah, you had cornbread with it.

Love it, you might have had some it's a boiled pork

completely full and you knowwhat's going to happen.
More than likely, people whoeat meals like that will not eat
for the rest of the day.
That's that one meal for thegonna have smaller portions.
You're gonna weigh your food.
You can tell when you seesomebody if they get enough
protein or not, because the bodylooks different.

(38:41):
You can tell when they eat morefat and when they're not
drinking enough water too.
When you're hydrated in yourbody, for one, you're gonna see
veins in your arms immediatelywhen you hydrate, yeah, because
you're hydrated.
Yeah, so you're gonna see veins.
Mainly man, what it is is justhaving direction with your food.
I mean, that's one of the mostimportant pieces of it all.
Like I tell people all the timegoing to the gym is cute, yeah,

(39:02):
it's cool, but all right.
So I'm not gonna say it meansnothing, because you're still
strengthening your body andyou're still doing something
versus a person having asedentary lifestyle.
So you are doing something inbenefit to your body, which is
helping your body, but but inorder for you to see change
that's what I mean In order foryou to really see change, in
order for you to really see tone, in order for you to see more

(39:24):
muscle and in order for you tosee more striations, you got to
eat right.

Speaker 4 (39:27):
So break down your approach to balancing that
physical fitness, nutrition andmental health.

Speaker 1 (39:34):
Okay.
So first and foremost, I willput mental health at the top,
and anything that we do, we haveto have our mental together
first.
When you're stressed, yourcholesterol levels are up and
it'll impede you from losingweight.
So you could be doing all theright things, even eating the
right things and even workingout the right way, and still no
change because of your stresslevels.
I'm not saying you gottabelieve in God or whatever it is

(39:56):

You have to have something tobelieve in Find that true north.
Yes, find what you can connectwith that is going to make you a
better person.
You should always be trying tobetter your best.
Secondly, I will say nutrition.
We have to hydrate our bodiesbecause that's what keeps off
our body Additional sodium,additional waste product and
additional sugar, which will befat, all right.

(40:16):
So the way I'm going to breakthis down is, when it comes to
water, when I'm hydrating mybody, I rid my body of any
additional sodium, waste productand sugar.
If I do not hydrate my body, Istore it daily, meaning, if I
didn't hydrate my body yesterday, which it takes 24 hours to
hydrate the body, so the waterthat I'm drinking for today is

(40:38):
essentially for tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
Interesting.
I didn't know that.
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:42):
That's why, when you think about it, sometimes you'd
be like, huh, I've been drinkingwater all day, I ain't sweating
shit.
Right, it's being stored Becauseyou ain't drink no water today
before you had one cup the daybefore.
You had one cup the day before.
Yeah, you killing it today.
And so today, tomorrow, you'llsweat better, but today you
ain't sweating because yesterdayyou drank half a cup.

(41:04):
Right, take 24 hours to hydratethe body.
So when you think about it,when you don't drink enough, you
store.
So what happens to the wasteproduct?
For us and for women?
It sits on our lower intestines.
So when you're not hydratingyour body most people who don't
hydrate their body they're goingto have some form of pudge
right here.
It's going to be on that lowerintestines.
And when you think about it,the longer it sits in our lower

(41:26):
intestines, it's just like thefood in the refrigerator that's
been in there for three weeks.
If the food in the refrigeratorthat's been in there for three
weeks and it has not beenremoved, when you open up that
lid, what does it look like?
That's what it looks likeinside of you, damn.
And because our body is anincubator, it looks worse the
longer it sits on my lowerintestine.
What else does it do?

Speaker 2 (41:46):
give off toxins that's why he stank.
Yeah, and every time you fartyou clear the room.

Every time you fart, you clear the room, and as it
continues to sit on that lowerintestines.

It starts moving towards that.

Every time you fart, you clear the room and as it
continues to sit on that lowerintestines, it starts moving
towards that colon.
And year after year, monthafter month, day after day,
you're going to go to the doctorand they're going to tell you
something that you do not wantto hear.
That's Charles.
Yes, that's colon cancer.
That's my cousin yes, that'scolon cancer.
And all it has to do with ispoor hydration.

So not only do you have coloncancer because you're not
hydrated, but you're eithergonna have sugar, diabetes or
high blood pressure.

And then one thing about westernmedicine it's never meant to
heal, it's only meant to pacify.
So we can keep you on it and wecan keep drawing from you and
we can keep pulling from you tothe point where most people go

bankrupt when, when they retire,trying to stay alive from
medication and doctor visits,they just said here, take this
blood pressure medicine.
You know what he's saying.
Oh man, we, they ain't comingon this weekend.
Man, baby, go earn them hotwings.
You eating hot wings and shit,because your symptoms have been
pacified so you feel like you'reregular.
