This week, I tell the full story of the day I did something most sane creators would never do. I deleted my Instagram account. Wiped out. Gone. At the time I had about 13,000 to 15,000. And I started completely over from scratch, from zero.
Why the hell would I delete my Instagram? Because my account was dead because of some really boneheaded, uneducated moves.
A dumb decision I made years earlier crushed my reach, limited my engagement, and put a permanent ceiling on every post I made. And I felt it, every time I posted.
If your Instagram feels stuck, stale, or invisible, this episode will help you understand exactly why that is happening and what to do about it.
Inside this episode you will learn:
If you want to understand why your content is capped, why your reach seems stuck, or why Instagram is not suggesting your posts to new people, this episode flips will be super enlightening.
I wish someone had made an episode like this before I nuked my account 3 years ago!

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
