This episode of Genes & Your Health presents the results of the Gut Microbiome Wellness Index 2 study, which examines the differences between the gut microbiomes of healthy and disease-affected populations. Drs. They also covered factors that can contribute to returning the gut microbiome to healthy status after a disruption.
