2022, where did you go!? For this last episode of Season 1 of ME + MOTHERHOOD I took a little longer in order to reflect on the year that’s been. Reflection is incredibly powerful, and important, and I encourage you to do it for yourself! It reveals important information for us to respond to.
For me, 2022 has been a year of self-exploration and uncovering for me what it means to heal, thrive and lean into the person I am becoming. In this episode I chat about:
- A wrap up of the year and what I've learned, including my most significant personal challenge this year.
- Finishing the year with gratitude.
- What's coming up in 2023!
We had our first Mother’s Circle in GLOW today. It was beautiful, cleansing, grounding and above all else, connected us as women having a human experience amongst all of life’s ebbs and flows. There was a lot of end-of-year overwhelm. This time of year is a lot. Too much. As a Society we need to change it! Or as individuals we need to make new choices for our health and wellbeing. When you can, take time amongst the noise to sit in quiet reflection.
