let the tides of your imagination cast you on a
healing journey. You are listening to Blissful Body, a guided

your lungs expand as you focus on a feeling of lightness. Exhale,

releasing any tension that may have accumulated overnight or throughout
the day so far. You may sigh away any shame
or self judgment you might carry. With each breath, imagine

a gentle wave of acceptance washing over you, embracing your
body just as it is. Take a moment to appreciate
the fact that you're here, alive and breathing. Your body

carries you through countless moments, and even if challenges arise,
remember that your body is a miracle in motion. Even
if something isn't how you want it to be, your

body is accomplishing millions of things to keep you alive
even without your attention. Let's take another deep breath inhaling
the vibrant energy that surrounds us and exhaling any doubts

or insecurities. You are exactly where you need to be
on this journey. Every step, every choice helps you nurture
your well being. As you continue to breathe, forge a

deeper connection with your body. Tune into its rhythms, its sensations,
and its wisdom. Your body communicates with you, and in
this moment you're listening, let go of judgment and step

into this sanctuary of self compassion. Dreaming is a form
of planning, and in this safe place, you have the
power to envision your healthy self. See yourself thriving, moving

through life with vitality and confidence. Imagine yourself dressed in
the clothes you've always wanted to wear, standing in a
setting that resonates with your joy. See yourself engaging in

activities that you've longed for, Feeling vibrant, strong and free.
Embrace the sensation of empowerment that comes from making choices
that align with your well being. Imagine the smile on

your face, uncontrollable and genuine, the happiness of embracing life fully.
This freedom and joy echo simple moments of pleasure. When

you feel enthusiastic about the world around you. You see
yourself throughout the day doing your best to make decisions
that nourish your body, balancing movement and rest, balancing nourishment

or the occasional indulgence, staying fulfilled, focusing on all that
you have whenever thoughts of lack arise. There is no
need to deprive yourself, and should you make a choice

you didn't intend on making, see yourself making an adjustment
later in the day that balances it all out. Being
healthy is easy with this delicate balance, a give and

take nurtured by a sense of personal fulfillment. There is
no need for perfection, and you may approach these choices
with the enthusiasm of getting to do something good for

you throughout the day. You may release obsessive thoughts with
the affirmation I'm doing my best. I am on the
path to better health. Notice how these words make you feel.

Breathe into them. Investigate the tone of that chatter in
your mind. The voice that speaks to you the most
in this life will always be your own. Make sure

it is kind and supportive, forgiving and adaptable. Knowing each
little choice will lead you to your goal. You do
not need to take big actions or overwhelm yourself. Just

one simple adjustment at a time, slowly easing into practices
that become routines, free of pressure, full of joy for

the changes you are capable of making. Revel in the
newness of small changes, the feeling of a liveness that
comes with stepping a bit out of the comfort found

to be selective of the thoughts you entertain and the
energy you engage with juice, positivity, self love, and empowerment.
