within reach. Let's begin this meditationby finding a comfortable position, allowing your
body to relax and your mind mindto become receptive. Close your eyes gently

and take in a deep conscious breaththrough your nose, allowing the air to
fill your lungs completely. As youexhale through your mouth, release anything that

doesn't feel good, creating the spacefor what does. Inhale once more,
imagine every single molecule of oxygen travelsthroughout your body, empowering life. Let

every intake of air remind you ofthe abundance in this world, and that
exhale sending out your intentions and desires. Imagine the wide net of the universe,

catching and supporting them, launching theminto reality. Continue to breathe deeply,
finding a natural rhythm. Each inhalationreminds you of the limitless possibilities that

exist in the world. Each exhalecarries your dreams and desires out into the
cosmos. Now, in this dreamystate, I want you to imagine a

movie screen on the back of yourclosed eyelids. This is your personal cinema,
a creative canvas where you can visualizeyour dreams coming to life. Begin

by recalling a pleasant memory from yourpast. Let this be something that you
once dreamt of and made happen.See it play out on the screen with
vivid colors, sounds as it evokescertain sensations that feel good. Relive this

moment and feel the joy it bringsto your heart. To see yourself on
the screen. Now, shift yourattention to another screen that's right beside the
first one. This screen represents yourdreams and desires that you've yet to achieve.

Visualize what you hope to manifest inyour life right now. See it
as clearly as you can, playingout like a scene from a movie you
memorized long ago. Capture all thedetails, the sights, sounds, textures,

and emotions. Feel the excitement andrejuvenation that this manifestation brings you as
you continue to breathe in a relaxedway. Switch your focus back and forth

between these two screens. The pastmemory and your current dream. Allow the
