of magic is everywhere, waiting for you to notice that
the meditation tides of this practice wash over you with inspiration.

I'm Michelle, your guide on this journey. Think of me
as an ally and fellow explorer, reminding you that the
extraordinary exists within the mundane. The more often you listen
to this practice, the more your heart will be open

to the beauty and wonder of everyday life. Get comfy
and come to stillness. As you relax and settle in,
close your eyes and take a deep breath, drawing in
calm and possibility. Exhale slowly, releasing tension with each breath.

Feel your body softening, your mind quieting. Each breath out
a little lighter, each breath in, a little brighter. Take
this moment to honor yourself for showing up. All you

need to do is listen, breathe, and open your heart
to the wonders that surround you. Einstein once said, there
are only two ways to live your life. One is
as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as

though everything is a miracle. You get to decide and
to day you may choose to view life with an
outlook of enchantment. As you continue to breathe deeply, allow
your awareness to expand. Let it shift to your surroundings,

the space you occupy right now. Whether you're at home,
at work, in nature, it doesn't matter where you are,
But you begin to see the world around you through
a lens of appreciation. You notice how everything aligned for

you to be here, alive in this moment. Consider the
intricate systems that make up your life. How you can
easily sip a drink, hear the sounds around you are

even close your eyes. Every function of your body, and
every connection you have to the world as part of
the magic. Now open your mind to the things that
you encounter throughout a day. Imagine your routine, observing the

tasks as if for the first time. Think of brushing
your teeth, the quiet rhythm of this task, the water flowing,
the sensation of minty freshness. All these normal things are

so much more. Think of when you step outside and
feel the breeze against your skin. Are the warmth of
the sun? Are the wet droplets of falling rain? Notice
the subtle magic in the way nature supports and nourishes you.

Every step you take, every moment that seems ordinary is
actually brimming with wonder. It becomes a game to identify
the beauty and wonder. Let yourself play the role of investigator,

sifting through each moment for sparkling mysteries. Allow wells of gratitude,
and this new awareness of the beauty around you to
elevate your mood, delve into imagining what a day is like.

When you become a seeker of magic, you may notice
that in the simplest of things, there's beauty. In every
breath you take, there's wonder. The act of being alive,
of existing in this moment is a miracle in itself.

The more you notice these small magical moments, the more
you will find them. Your routine will transform from a
series of tasks into a dance of appreciation and presence.

the magic woven into it, the same you once did

the things that must be going right for you to
be present and aware and alive in this moment. Step
into your day, knowing that magic and all its mysteries
are always present, waiting for you to notice them, embrace them,

and see them in all that you do. Take a
final deep breath in, once more, filling to the brim
with gratitude for the simple pleasures and small moments that
make up your day. As you exhale, feel a sense

of lightness, of openness. Your heart and mind are ready
to receive the incredible things unfolding all around you. When
you are ready, slowly bring yourself back, wiggle your fingers

and toes. Carry this peace and sense of wonder within you,
knowing that magic is waiting for you wherever you go. Again,
