if you wish to set the tone for a night
of sleep. This meditation is fluid and easy to adapt
to what works best for you. You are experiencing a

profound transformation, a beautiful and sometimes challenging shift. Your body
is changing moment to moment, breath to breath, and these
changes may sometimes feel intense and overwhelming. Know that it

is perfectly common to feel a wide range of emotions,
but your experience is still very much unique to you,
and you know yourself better than anyone. So trust that
inner voice that tells you all will be okay. Trust

my voice as I tell you you've got this, even when
you question if you do. Now it's a time to
mother yourself. So let's hold the space for you and
all your feelings in need. The more you take care

of yourself throughout this lifelong relationship between you and your child,
the better life will be for both of you. This
meditation is a sanctuary you can return to whenever things
feel difficult, or whenever you want to center yourself and

imagine the best for you and your baby. Now, more
than ever, you need and deserve these gentle pauses to
tend to yourself. Let us now take a moment to
settle and breathe. Find a position that helps you get

as comfortable as you can right now, whether you are seated,
lying down, or nestled amongst pillows, know that you are
safe and held here. Be kind to yourself, be patient

with your body. Gently close your eyes if you haven't already,
as you do, imagine a warm, rose gold light surrounding you,
a beacon of peace within the sanctuary. Feel this light
infuse you with warmth and calm, representing the strength and

love you carry within A radiant glow that connects you
with your baby. You may visualize this light whenever you
wish to feel at peace and reconnect it with what

matters most, your state of mind and health. Take a
deep breath in, and as you exhale, let out a
sigh of gratitude for this moment just for you. Continue
to inhale and exhale, slowly, savoring each breath of life.

As your awareness shifts to your body. With so many
changes coming so fast, parts of your body may be
carrying more tension. Your body is working harder than ever
before supporting the life of another, so give it the

space and time to let everything go. Feel your forehead soften,
your jaw unclenched, Your shoulders relax, heavy and warm, singing
effortlessly away from your ears. With each breath, the tension

melts from your arms, your hands, your fingers. Your chest
rises and falls in a steady, easy rhythm, mirroring the
gentle flow of each conscious breath. Your legs grow heavier,

your feet resting fully, surrendering to the support beneath you.
You may place one hand on your heart and the
other on your belly, once more feeling this vital connection
of love. Surrounded in these gentle rose gold waves of

undulating light, feel yourself becoming lighter. As you journey through motherhood,
you get a special opportunity to pay attention to all
the softness you will share. The softness of a baby

blanket freshly laundered, the soft skin of a new born,
the soft melody of a lullaby, and the soft gaze
of your baby's eyes. The delicate soft touch of tiny fingers,

the soft coos of contentment, and a soft embrace when
you hold your little one. Even when hard moments arise,
softness is there a gentle reminder of the love that

surrounds you. You deserve the softness, and as you embrace it,
you find yourself opening to all the gentle winters of
your pregnancy. In the state of tenderness, your heart opens

and you discover a well spring of inner strength to
further empower the strength. Let's move into a series of
positive affirmations, repeating each one silently after me. Feel them

flow through you, and let your mind catch and hold
on to the ones that work best for you. Right now,
I am filled with a love that is boundless and
balanced for myself and my baby. I am worthy of

the same gentle care and love that I give my baby.
I honor my body, recognizing its strength and wisdom in
as life changing journey. My womb is a peaceful and

nurturing safe hate. I trust my maternal instincts, knowing they
guide me with clarity and love. I am a powerful creator,

bringing forth new life with love and hope. I release
any fear or doubt, replacing them with trust and confidence.

I see myself as a radiant mother, glowing with strength
and compassion. I prioritize my peace and share the serenity
with my baby. I surrender to this miraculous process with

awe and gratitude. I am enough for my baby, and
my love is boundless. I trust my intuition and listen
to my inner voice, knowing it comes from deep wisdom.

baby and I are connected, and each day I allow
myself moments to cherish the beauty of this connection. I

am growing life, and with it comes personal growth that

softness and slow down when needed. I deserve peace and

has done, and trust all that it will continue to do.

Carry the sense of peace and strength with you throughout

your pregnancy. Remember, you are supported, you are strong, and
you are doing an incredible job. You are creating the
safe haven for yourself that your baby will cherish and
gravitate towards throughout a lifetime. Your child is so lucky
