*TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️* in this episode I have a guest who runs their own podcast which is called "The sword of atheism" which is available on Spotify as well. We are just having a talk essentially over mental health are passion for jujitsu and other aspects in our lives along with the struggles that host has with his mental health and my own.
