Today’s episode is more personal than the other recent episodes in this series on Embodiment x Business, because I’m walking through some recent examples of what this means to me, in my life and business.
What does it look like - in real life - to create an embodied business?
Today I'm sharing some real, recent examples from my own experience.
To set the scene, an embodied business owner:
- listens to her body and her needs
- pays attention to her intuition, her inner wisdom, and takes steps that align.
- is willing to be uncomfortable and get closer to her truth… and take corresponding action
- honours her human community and the planet
- is aware of her resonance, the resonance of her clients and her offer and her business and is intentional about aligning all of them
This is the foundation, and it's different to the way many - perhaps most - businesses operate. So it goes without saying that embodied businesses operate differently. Today's episode is a handful of examples from my recent experience, decisions and challenges.
