Good news! There’s still 9 months left in 2024 - plenty of time to re-align with your vision and get that train back on its tracks 🙂 This is your loving kick-up-the-bum to review where you’re at, and take this year by the waist and dance the way you want!
As we close out the third month, and the first quarter, of 2024, it’s a great time to check in with your vision for the year. We’re close enough to the start of the year to have plenty of time left to recalibrate and move towards what we desire for the rest of the year. Yay!
Not sure about you, but I felt a sense of relief when I realised that, lol.
Here are some journal prompts to help you realign, if that feels supportive.
Journal Prompts:
🌷 What are my goals for the year?
🌷 What is my word for the year?
🌷 Am I on track?
🌷 Where do I need to recalibrate?
🌷 What do I need to release or let go of or stop doing?
🌷 Where do I need to forgive myself?
🌷 Are there any habits I’d like to build? Eg review my word of the year every week!
🌷 What do you want to be celebrating at the end of 2024?
In the meantime, if you haven’t checked out my invitation to set embodied intentions for the year (or any season of life) the invitation still stands ;) Grab your free audio here.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
