Iâm quietly in love with this episode. Not only are we exploring the basics of âembodimentâ - what it is, why you might explore it in your own life, how to do it, and some examples - but mid-episode I have an opportunity to share a very real, very practical example with you, as it presents in my own body.Â
If youâre hearing this word âembodimentâ lately and youâre curious to explore it a little, this episode is for you.Â
Equally, if youâre comfortable with embodiment practices and concepts, I invite you to listen in and see if there are any new ways of conceptualising or experiencing embodiment to add to your toolkit. I think thereâs always more to explore⌠different ways to hold that crystal up to the light, if you will ;)
According to the Cambridge Dictionary, embodiment is
âsomeone or something that represents a quality or an idea exactlyâ
This is a great start. But letâs go deeper ;)Â
In the meantime, if you havenât checked out my invitation to set embodied intentions for the year (or any season of life) the invitation still stands ;) Grab your free audio here.Â
