Your senses are a portal to a beautiful life 🌷

Finally checking in with you after what feels like way too long. Today I was inspired to hit record and riff on why I believe it’s important we all do our best to stay in our bodies (as opposed to numbing out on all the available tech options).

Moving toward sensation - rather than away from it - is, imho, a vital part of a meaningful human experience. Yet there are so many options we have to distract ourselves... but they lead us away from feeling. 

And feeling is a gift (even when it doesn't feel that way). 

There’s going to be more where this came from, so stay tuned. I’ve got so much exciting stuff just waiting to bust out - it’s not far off and I’m so impatient! Soon, soon. 😌
