*Please be aware that this episode discusses the death of a sibling.

Brooke Montgomerie has always been one to 'give life a crack'. What many people, who knew Brooke from a young age, wouldn't have known is that she struggled with her self-confidence and often thought that she wasn't able to achieve targets she set.

When Brooke was 30, her younger sister, Simone, tragically passed away in a horse riding accident. Through grief, Brooke began to challenge herself in ways she never thought she could; all the while honouring her dear sister.

"We have two lives, and the second begins when we realise we only have one" - Confucius.

If you are concerned about someone who is struggling and finding it difficult to see their way out of grief or mental challenges, then we highly recommend Question. Persuade. Refer.
