As a real estate agent, having essential conversation with home buyers and sellers is crucial for smooth transactions. Discussing compensation, including how you’re paid, your services, and negotiating terms, is especially important. Industry practice changes make it vital to stay informed about their impact on daily business. Knowing what to say and what to avoid in these discussions is key.
