Speaker 1 (00:09):
Yo, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (00:20):
Everybody?
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Welcome to a new episode of My Canic Cass. I'm
Canada Dave. On today's episode, we have two special guests
joining us. One of them is are a partner. So
shout out to Scotty of Canady Extracts for joining Thank
you for joining us. And we got Steve, a co
founder of Alien Tech. Thank you for joining us as
well to welcome back Scotty. How you doing man? How's
everything Ben? We haven't had you back.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
In a minute about That's good. That's good.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
I'm glad to hear that. I'm excited to dive into
this conversation today. We're gonna be talking about some of
the products you're entering up in the upcoming competition with
Best in Grass, which you placed in. Also, congratulations from
winning the seven Leaf.
Speaker 5 (00:55):
Award Process of the Year.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
I'm not mistaken. Applause going before you right now.
Speaker 5 (01:03):
Yeah, we got our studio audience behind you don't even
know it's actually we're actually in an arena.
Speaker 4 (01:09):
So how's it feel?
Speaker 3 (01:10):
I mean winning these awards, I mean the competition is
tough in the state of Michigan. It's like how how
how does it feel when you win these it's got
to be a boost for you and the team, right.
Speaker 6 (01:18):
I mean it kind of just you know, edifies what
you're doing. If you're doing it right, then you know,
you get rewarded for it. So I think it's a
good uh scenario to get edified for what you're doing.
Speaker 5 (01:30):
Absolutely, then from your community too, you know, there was
amongst your peers. You know, these are people you know
that are around you, people in the community. So it's
like it's even I feel like even more honorable because
it's like thanks. You know, everyone's recognizing you. And it's
such a competitive market, you know, so it's cool.
Speaker 4 (01:43):
Yeah, it's always great being recognized for your hard work product.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
This industry, this industry as tough as it is, right, It's.
Speaker 4 (01:51):
True, it's not easy. People owe money, people are going
out of business. There's a lot of bad ship.
Speaker 7 (01:57):
An integrity it just seems to stand before where everything
else scam stands with integrity.
Speaker 4 (02:03):
That's actually one hundred percent of the time here.
Speaker 7 (02:06):
And when you do that, you know, the community and
the industry to really notice. Like Scott, I've known him
for a long time and he's just been killing it
the whole time.
Speaker 5 (02:18):
The brand, the type of person you like resonates. You
see all these shitty brands start to go under, you
know what I mean, eventually they do, karma will catch
up with you, you know.
Speaker 8 (02:25):
What I mean.
Speaker 5 (02:29):
I'm not going to call everyone out, but and Steve, like,
tell us a bit about you, man, like what got
you into cannabis a little bit, because like you know,
if you haven't listened to the podcast, you don't know
who Scotty is. You better recognize because he's homeie. So
but like Steve, you know you're new, so let's introduce
you to the community. You know.
Speaker 7 (02:43):
We opened Alien Tech this winter and I am twenty
years in traditional market, if you will. And I've been
breeding and female hunting pretty much my whole career, okay,
And the last couple of years we've been like kind
(03:04):
of dipping our toes into metrics, seeing what we wanted
to do, how we wanted to attack it, watching it
fall apart. It's been pretty interesting. I'm not gonna lie.
You know, like when you go from a world of
three thousand to five thousand dollars pounds all the way
down to now you see people selling their crops for
(03:26):
three hundred and dollars and you're like, whoa man like
I don't even know.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
How you could survive.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
That's fat efing cheap right now.
Speaker 7 (03:37):
But along with like the same kind of ethos that
Scott is, integrity and quality stand above all. And if
I can create a product or feno hunt something or
collaborate with someone in the industry that puts their best
(03:57):
foot forward and I put my best foot forward, everyone's
gonna notice.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
Absolutely.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
That's really you gotta watch you get in bed with
any industry, but especially this one.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (04:08):
Yeah, it's all not paying on time, stuffy. Yeah right, yeah, exactly, Yeah,
I know that's where you got to be nowadays. Getting screwed.
Speaker 7 (04:19):
I've even heard of guys getting screwed on the cod
which is wild.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
Yeah. Yeah, yeah, the wire will come through on Monday.
They give the rubber man.
Speaker 5 (04:30):
We got that one. We got that one for like
three months.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Yeah. It's tough, dude.
Speaker 7 (04:34):
And it's like with the legal system here, you really
don't have a backbone for him. And you know, you
guys follow poetry of plants shout out in Nelson.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
I think it's name is Nelson.
Speaker 7 (04:47):
Yeah, he's been like trying to show the glaring inconsistencies
and metric where it's like, dude, you know these guys
are literally tanking businesses, going and getting another license, isn't
opening up the next week and screwing growers.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
And that's tough.
Speaker 5 (05:07):
Yeah we can. I just have to do one of
the the cherry bombs I always shout out on the
WACA bank but you know me.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
Man, I have Yeah, And then you're about to light up?
Speaker 8 (05:16):
Is this a collaborator going to be and this is
actually one of the items we're going to be entering
in the Best of Grass entry to Mark.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
So hold up on the can camp for everybody.
Speaker 5 (05:30):
Give me two second.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
You so if you want to talk about what's in
this Gotti and then like what what? Because it says
crotch Rocket. They read this award winning Moonrock live resident
in t ac infused Keith Premium concentrate, Canna.
Speaker 5 (05:44):
Gar there it is perfect.
Speaker 9 (05:47):
So yeah, so what exactly is actually the moon Rock
which you can show that on a camp So it's
literally gorgeous, man, the live resid moon Rocks, you know
with thc A and Keith Blend with.
Speaker 10 (06:03):
You know his top you know, top shelf flower.
Speaker 4 (06:06):
So then that's exactly what's in exactly right, And.
Speaker 6 (06:11):
What's great about the moon rocks The way we do them,
you can literally break them up and actually put them
in a joint and smoke them and obviously you'll be
able to see that right now.
Speaker 4 (06:20):
It has a really good smell.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
What flower is this?
Speaker 11 (06:24):
This is?
Speaker 5 (06:24):
This is fresh frish.
Speaker 7 (06:25):
This crowd rocket really reminded me of like the most
gassy runs, Like it had a really candy back, notoe,
but like real gas. And then the color on it
was like a deep purple into a pink. So like
when you break these moon rocks up, not only is
it like inside, it's so light on the outside, and
(06:47):
then you got like this purple lush on the inside,
like remind.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Like an old school that's.
Speaker 7 (06:54):
There's like a little bit more artistry behind moon rocks
than most people would actually do.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Full this one, Yeah, breaking up a full screen on
the can of camp. Let's see this because that sounds
unique with the purple on the inside. So what okay,
she said, has a run's taste to it or like
very gas.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
Yeah, I'm kind of covering up my hand. Well you
do see the purple? You do see it? Dude?
Speaker 4 (07:21):
That looks like a really good moon rock. You guys
aren't kidding.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Yeah, that looks a little bit by going too. It's
not the garbage snow caps that we.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
Seem sorry for taking anybody out with fake thank you.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
I love hearing that that is something that me and
Greg are completely delicious.
Speaker 7 (07:41):
You know that this whole like spray turp revolution thing
has actually been one of the greatest compliments in the
world because I get people that are like, what turp
did you spray?
Speaker 5 (07:53):
That's the worst thing natural.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
But that's where.
Speaker 5 (07:57):
We're at now that people are just like.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Oh, I gotta I gotta take it as a I
try not to like.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
Go negative with anything because that is a.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Right.
Speaker 7 (08:06):
You aren't catching me smoking some of these infused products
out here, like I would smoke Scots and it's like.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
Man, I'm not smoking.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
You know, I didn't say anything.
Speaker 5 (08:19):
I look, well, what's the point listen? And I love.
Speaker 7 (08:23):
The memes that are coming out right now on spray backs.
This is this is so funny.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Got a comedy video, nice, it would be a good
par It'll be it'll be funny.
Speaker 2 (08:37):
It's I mean.
Speaker 5 (08:39):
But you're not lying. It's so popular. It's almost like common, right,
now like it's almost like like infused as a cell point,
where to me, it's like next you know what I mean,
you want to make sure it's they said from cannabis some.
Speaker 7 (08:52):
Pretty interesting stuff Like coming into the market, a lot
of people wanted to talk.
Speaker 5 (08:57):
To me, does infused with concentrates.
Speaker 7 (08:59):
I'm open to have a conversation with anybody about weed
or selling weed or whatever.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Right, this has been my whole life.
Speaker 7 (09:06):
That's some of the guys that do the term stuff
haven't approached me. And like you'd be surprised at the
quality of weeds they're buying.
Speaker 5 (09:17):
They're eating like it's straight trashh it's good, and they're just.
Speaker 7 (09:20):
Spraying fire and then they're taking like dumb fire and
reflavoring it.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
But why because it sells. It sells really.
Speaker 7 (09:31):
About and you look at something like that and you're
just like, like you look at buds where like I grow,
I have one of those strains I.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
Specifically grow, And I was like, that tastes so good.
Speaker 2 (09:44):
Why would you change that as a girl, And they're like, no, no,
this sells, And I'm like, but you also.
Speaker 5 (09:56):
Tastes like that, and tell me if you agree. But
this is my theory on the botan terps because now
we're in this era of vaping and everyone left these vapes,
so they correlate these artificial watermelon vapes like whatever that
with good flavor because it's so flavorful. It's fake, right,
It's not like it's like having real food versus like,
you know, just fake turpees. Right. So it blows my
(10:17):
mind that people were like, oh no, it doesn't taste
like my berry berry tobacco vape. So that's what I
wanted my weed.
Speaker 4 (10:22):
It's like damn hands too, I was reading so one
and a half grands.
Speaker 7 (10:28):
Yeah, nice, it's it's really you know, you're not the
first person to say that argument, and I actually don't.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Mind it because the reality is is time's changed.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
Exactly, and that's where I don't like it myself. But
you're right, that's where we're at.
Speaker 7 (10:43):
I said when The Clear came out with their first
distali pin, which this kind of puts me back today. Yeah, yeah,
twenty thirteen, Colorado All hand Clear was done, and when
that happened, I said, like, this is going to be
the future and we're going to lose flour. And I
still think that. I mean, like I really think at
(11:04):
some point because of how legislation and everything wants to
go with this stuff. When you look at a vap product,
it's probably the only like meter dosage way to ingest THHC.
And so that's like scientifically like your.
Speaker 4 (11:20):
Best legal defense in every aspect.
Speaker 5 (11:25):
And it just sucks because it's soalthy, but it sells.
You know, it's like just because it's I.
Speaker 7 (11:29):
Don't think it has to be unhealthy because as we're
coming across like some of these rosins and live resins
and things like that, and we're learning more about.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
It, talk about this pray stuff. Oh yeah, yeah, I'm
just saying it's so unhealthy, but I mean that's it's
the same thing.
Speaker 6 (11:43):
Well, this is the big dupe in the market, as
you've got people that say on live resin and they're
literally distillate with live resin, but there's no regulations that
controls actually what people are putting.
Speaker 5 (11:55):
Oh we've seen rosin cars that are doing the same
thing distillate and.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
They're actually resin in there.
Speaker 6 (11:59):
And the thing is there's a little loophole and hopefully
this is heard by whoever that by the powers to be,
someone can actually make resin send it to the testing
lab and has a test to the solvents solventless. But
the thing is is that because you tell them that
it's solventless, they don't test for freaking solvents.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (12:18):
So because it's one last test, they'll save the money.
Speaker 10 (12:22):
But like, damn, I mean, that's that's a loophole.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
That's happening. Crazy, what's happening.
Speaker 6 (12:28):
They're going to test it for microbes, but because resin
doesn't get tested for micros because you're doing it so
cold that any there's nothing that can survive anything over
negative ten.
Speaker 2 (12:39):
So off.
Speaker 6 (12:40):
But I can see I can submit this and say hey,
it's rosin. They're going to test it under the rosin parameters,
and then now I can sell this more because I
lied to the market and says, hey, this is rosin.
Speaker 5 (12:52):
It's happening, and it because the people don't even know,
they're just gonna take it. They like, you have.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
Integrity and you respect the industry.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
You would I wouldn't do that, you know, it's.
Speaker 4 (12:59):
Crazy enough people would even do that though, all right, it's.
Speaker 5 (13:02):
Crazy, man, what people will do for money isn't either.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
There's everything under the sun on this market.
Speaker 4 (13:08):
If they're not getting paid and they're running on the
blast stuff.
Speaker 2 (13:12):
That's to them.
Speaker 6 (13:13):
They're like, oh my gosh, there's my light bill, there's
my you know, the money that I lost.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Here's some of my investment back.
Speaker 4 (13:19):
And I get that. I get that.
Speaker 6 (13:21):
That makes sense, you get you get people that put
their livelihoods into this, you know what, They risk it all.
So at this point they're like, if I can get
away with this for a little while, Fuck man, I'm survive.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
I can survive, you know.
Speaker 5 (13:34):
But at the end of the day and place.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
To the consumer, you're lying base at that point, and
once the customer finds out or they throw it on Reddit,
like you're done.
Speaker 7 (13:46):
You can ask Scott like, if I have something I
don't want, it goes straight to him.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
So sha, yeah, yeah, I won't put it out. I
don't if he's not happy with how the Flower girls.
It doesn't mean I got seventies trains. Yeah, and we're
constantly rotating.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
The tur are still good, the THAC is still good,
the CBN CBG all the other components of that Flower
is good.
Speaker 10 (14:08):
But it's just for the consumer aspect and bag appeal.
Speaker 6 (14:11):
If you're not happy with it, it's like why put
it out there naked extracts one time deal record.
Speaker 7 (14:17):
I want to try that one maybe three years before
you see the new versions of you know, like stuff
like that.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
Like, well, I.
Speaker 5 (14:26):
Respect both of y'all being honest industry and folks on
you know, folks on quality.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
I do want to say real quick, because we're smoking this.
This burns really smooth, dude, even the whole time. That's
something that that's like one of our biggest complaints on
anything infused. Man, if you buy a donut or infuse
with live resident flower anything and it burns like that,
it's the most frustrating.
Speaker 10 (14:48):
Thing, especially if you paid a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (14:50):
Exactly, this is burning really good all the way down.
Taste good smooth. I think that's a good, uh good
choice you did on the collab between you two. I'm
excited to see. So is this is this since it's
a moon rock cannigar. If I'm not mistaken, they had
an infuse category and they had a moon rock category.
Speaker 6 (15:08):
Yeah, so that's going under infused pre role Okay.
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Okay, would be just just going to under the moon.
Speaker 4 (15:16):
I'm assuming you're entering this too, this good ship.
Speaker 5 (15:21):
Yeah, and Honestly, this is great because you do see
good companies work with companies in this industry a lot
of times. A lot of times some of those bad
players sticked with each other.
Speaker 7 (15:29):
I got some people that like, I've always liked to
work with Scott one of them, and then like, I
want to give Scott's Scott's actually, you know, get thrown
me so many bones, like I'll be like, man, I
need a transporter. My guys not available. Scott will send
me a list like here, these guys will work out
for you. You know where I got a question about man, Yeah,
(15:53):
I got a question about something metric And Scott's been
in this a lot longer than I have, and he'll
tell me if I'm doing it right or doing it wrong,
and I need to switch it up because you know,
this is this is our lively, this is the line.
And unfortunately, as crazy as it is, you can find
all these loopholes, but one foul number entrance or one
(16:16):
tag cut off on accident, you know, you lose everything or.
Speaker 5 (16:20):
You mis so crazy like right the wrong. And I'm
not knocking the CIRA you completely because I get they're
just doing their jobs.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
I think next to completely out your whole livelihood.
Speaker 5 (16:29):
But there's issues in this industry that I think that
need more attention than others. And I think right now
we're too focused on like someone making a call and
be like, oh, well, we got to go check it out,
Like why don't we? Like, I feel like there's so
many things that need to be addressed, and I don't
know how to solve them. So I wish I did.
I'm not sitting here preaching the CIRA either. I just
when you hear things about backdoor dist that you hear
about these these loopholes, it's like, these are giant loopholes
(16:52):
that are causing the good companies to get the ones
who won't lie to fall behind and get screwed. Why
these ones who don't give a ship get ahead? And
it's just like that's that's bothersome. So I appreciate that
you guys are doing your clab, but it's also like, damn, but.
Speaker 2 (17:06):
There's the bad players THC. Flower Man.
Speaker 6 (17:13):
We won't say no names, but you know that that
is wild to.
Speaker 5 (17:20):
Shots fired.
Speaker 7 (17:22):
Well, Like if you think about it, that Moon Rock joint, right,
there's sixty one percent, sixty eight.
Speaker 10 (17:26):
Percent, it's almost seventy cannabino.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
It's fifty five.
Speaker 4 (17:30):
Tat you got CBG cb Oh, yeah, you have those
CG there's actually a little bit.
Speaker 5 (17:35):
I don't like the THC flexing thing, and it's like
only but I get it too. So it's like a
double headed sword, right, I get that people want something
to measure it is.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Right.
Speaker 5 (17:43):
We're used to alcohol. We're used to more means more high. Right,
we used to more means more. But you know, but
the problem is it's such a unique experience to each
use your cannabis, right, Like, what do you like about it?
Do you just like that feeling? Because then yeah, sure
you've got highest t seed, save your most money. I
get it. But for people like me, it's like I
need the fle You know, a lot of connoisseers out there,
a lot of people who eventually keep smoking. They don't
(18:04):
want just cheap ass bud that.
Speaker 6 (18:05):
Tastes like scar smokers in that smoking it's a great,
great example nicotine.
Speaker 10 (18:11):
They want the experience.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
Wine.
Speaker 6 (18:13):
Yeah, I say, whiskey with it, smoke a good scar
whatever it is, cognac.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Or you know, whatever you smoke scars.
Speaker 10 (18:21):
No, I will I try not to, man, I put
enough stuff in my.
Speaker 5 (18:25):
Body dudereach breach, but.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
I will do it socially.
Speaker 6 (18:31):
I'll smoke a good you know cigar, but I'm not
going out of my wind and do it all the.
Speaker 8 (18:39):
Time smoker like but like's crazy everyone and out throws
cigar and and go take her on man and get
it's nice.
Speaker 5 (18:52):
I'm actually looking.
Speaker 10 (18:53):
At cubans, dude, And I've smoked some cubans too.
Speaker 2 (18:56):
Mane you just feel like.
Speaker 4 (19:03):
I want you dude, so good, very good.
Speaker 5 (19:06):
You let me smoke one in your backyard. Actually did
this guy's.
Speaker 2 (19:09):
Pretty accompless accomplice?
Speaker 5 (19:12):
Yeah, man, I really can't countiment enough on the even burn.
Speaker 7 (19:18):
Yeah, and it's a while I think about if you
just rose a joint like that, we would have been
done to rotation.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
You know. It's just like he said, you waste your money.
Speaker 3 (19:25):
Otherwise it's like it's guys, that's a good release.
Speaker 6 (19:30):
You should release us like right before the deadline, because
I don't want to people know about this too much
because that means.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
They're just going to becoming low key.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
You're listening getting neesd Just think if you listening like yeah,
we don't listen you're getting the four one one.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
Yeah, we don't want to.
Speaker 6 (19:51):
We don want to your secret away before you know,
it's okay to put with like you know.
Speaker 5 (19:55):
People streaming line lower key with you know, and that's through.
Speaker 7 (20:01):
It's one of those things where like right now, man,
when it comes to like recipes and stuff like this
and like what we're going after and trying to have
a competitive edge, it does only take the wrong fucking
podcast or saying the wrong thing to say.
Speaker 2 (20:17):
The wrong process.
Speaker 7 (20:18):
No, but you know what I'm saying, like if you
no no too much on what you're doing.
Speaker 5 (20:23):
Man, No, It's true because people talk, man, and people
not even the podcast. People just talk.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
It's like it's like high school almost.
Speaker 5 (20:30):
There's like people want to set the tea. People if
they don't have something to talk about in their own lives,
they talk about other people's lives man, And I get it.
You avoid your own life. I get it.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
It comes out like two days later and I'm like, fuck,
I talked too much.
Speaker 6 (20:44):
I just remember beating at Best of Grass last year
and when everyone's expecting everyone else to win and when
they said first place cannedy.
Speaker 2 (20:52):
I mean, people were like dud, what the fuck? What
the fuck?
Speaker 12 (20:54):
What?
Speaker 2 (20:55):
I actually loved hearing the hate more in it.
Speaker 5 (20:58):
Wait for which one pass.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
I was there when they called my name the first place,
and then I got the second place, the moon Rock one.
I mean they were like what the fuck, but like
literally in the crowd, and.
Speaker 5 (21:11):
I was like, I want to know who it was. Well,
I want to know what product they get? Superior, that's
the big thing. It's like everyone thinks they got that gas.
Like can we just be like, hey, this.
Speaker 7 (21:20):
Is my product, like you know, yeah, but the product
big table everybody can product speaks. I say that everyone
this is a big table and everybody can eat, you know,
and everybody likes it different like that, so you can't
and everybody likes a different chef.
Speaker 2 (21:33):
But the.
Speaker 6 (21:35):
Castles while they're sitting flay in front of you.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
You know, it's like, what the fuck? Man, I want
to somewhere the flame bro.
Speaker 10 (21:41):
No, you only get the nuts man waists.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
You get the snickel Fritz.
Speaker 5 (21:45):
Yeah that's his word, dude, that's so funny.
Speaker 7 (21:52):
Say that all the time for so long, specifically because
just frantic, because I.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
Was like I thought her can see.
Speaker 5 (22:07):
I don't know.
Speaker 11 (22:10):
That was just fantastic, so, uh, you know, just to
kind of continue to talk about you, Steve just a
little bit because, like you know, again, I want to
talk about Scotty too with all your new products, but
especially because the new tech.
Speaker 5 (22:21):
Yeah, but I'm just gonna kind of go back and forth.
Are you doing other products are the market besides flower?
Speaker 2 (22:28):
So right now?
Speaker 5 (22:30):
Are you looking to We have Scotti.
Speaker 7 (22:34):
Coming out with Scottie. There's a couple of different Uh,
well those.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
List on the market already. LUs.
Speaker 5 (22:43):
How many clubs y'all doing? Actually that's a great question.
That's a great question.
Speaker 7 (22:46):
But man, I bet yeahs did I just send you well,
you sent me what I think four four last week
for Strawberry Cookie.
Speaker 6 (22:59):
I just did rocket fuel space cakes with him. They
both smoke at the.
Speaker 4 (23:04):
Rocket fuel sounds amazing.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
Yeah, it's a fuel GMO.
Speaker 10 (23:11):
It's like almost like an Ogi gas.
Speaker 6 (23:14):
It's really it's got a nice punch, almost got the
lemon back and it does have a.
Speaker 2 (23:19):
Little limon in there too.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
Yeah, it's like it's like a sowery like gas.
Speaker 2 (23:26):
Oh dude, it's coming through. It's right now. It's got a.
Speaker 4 (23:28):
Room of it.
Speaker 7 (23:29):
Right, that'll come like two months from now. I think
we just flipped it two and a half months something
like that. You'll see it on market.
Speaker 5 (23:37):
Okay, so that's cool. So you're growing more flower than
he's folks helping you with a lot of your content.
We got. We got the's like real friendships, and we
also do business fels like you know what I mean.
Speaker 7 (23:52):
We've been like shopping in the market that is going
to start. You're gonna start seeing little bits of it
this summer. We're just like lightly testing it to see
what we want to do with it.
Speaker 10 (24:03):
We've got three females, just choose between.
Speaker 7 (24:05):
No, there's there's actual three separate phenoes that are all
individually amazing And I got really lucky on a and
like they're they're so distinct they can't even be confused
with each other.
Speaker 5 (24:21):
Are one or one of them kind of close to
like we got we got a strawberry apricots.
Speaker 7 (24:27):
If you've ever had like a strawberry apricot red bull,
like it's like perfect citrus with strawberry like sweetness.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
Like fire.
Speaker 7 (24:38):
And then like like an apricot sweetness, so like that
peachy almost orange, and then and then the other one
is strawberry candy, which is like you ever have those
little candies Grandma had, like the soft inside. I didn't
like that in my and like like the strawberry candy,
(24:59):
like you'd the hard and have the like gooey inside
on it and.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Just wrapple a little strawberry rapper.
Speaker 7 (25:05):
It tastes just like that, like a sweet artificial strawberry,
Like I'm a candy.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
Yeah, yeah, you know.
Speaker 2 (25:13):
Actually, because they already released strawberry you.
Speaker 5 (25:17):
We are so sorry. Cannedy did not mean what he said.
Speaker 7 (25:21):
Wait, you're about to die on this because that's what
we're calling it, his grandma strawberry candy because somebody already
took strawberry candy.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
So I was like, we'll just call grandma. That's what
it's like. I'm just like I'm gonna run it like.
Speaker 5 (25:36):
I like it.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
Man.
Speaker 5 (25:36):
I got like this this packaging, this right here.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
This right here in the shut up, shut out bean fiends.
I did this pheenale hunt of their dut By booth.
Speaker 7 (25:48):
And this right here though, is like nowhere near like
what most people have found in this strain.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
And we call this one chocolate starfish.
Speaker 5 (25:56):
Oh yeah, because it's got some stink.
Speaker 3 (25:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (25:58):
Oh is that is that?
Speaker 2 (25:59):
Oh my god?
Speaker 5 (26:00):
What's the album?
Speaker 7 (26:00):
Biscuit?
Speaker 5 (26:01):
Let you lest.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Yeah, we like to have fun with the names and
stuff too.
Speaker 7 (26:08):
But yeah, man, the the Grandma, I've had some other
and then the super heater for the summer that we're
gonna start releasing.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Is this sneaker head.
Speaker 7 (26:21):
And if you've ever bought a pair of brand new Jays,
which I am an, it does stink like that.
Speaker 4 (26:28):
I'm an added sneaker collector.
Speaker 7 (26:31):
Like when when you you can't touch this weed without
like thinking.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
You just opened a brand new per What was this one?
Speaker 5 (26:38):
I'm sorry, sneaker head, that's what you're calling.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
Yeah, and it's like, have you ever walked into a
feel smell that like fresh rubbers? We're gonna definitely like.
Speaker 5 (26:51):
This one's I know what you're guy, you know exactly
the smell.
Speaker 7 (26:55):
Almost every person that's put their nose to it has
been like holy ship.
Speaker 5 (26:59):
See that's cool because when you can discover a news
strain and.
Speaker 7 (27:03):
It's a it's a Dante's Inferno cross too, it's prettier
than hell.
Speaker 5 (27:07):
I just think it's the coolest thing. It's like GMO
to me, right when you find the newest strain that
just tastes something else, like like there's no garlic terpene.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (27:16):
But then someone nailed it one day and they were like, oh, ship,
you know what I mean. So that's pretty cool that
you nailed something like that, something unique that someone would point.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
Flavors specific.
Speaker 7 (27:27):
If I'm going after something like right now, I'm doing
lemon banana pie. If I don't find something that tastes
like lemon banana pie, well lemon banana pie doesn't exist,
That's what you know.
Speaker 4 (27:38):
What I mean?
Speaker 7 (27:39):
Like, why would you call something so that doesn't taste like,
oh yeah, it's so weird to me.
Speaker 5 (27:43):
No, I get it. I get it. They off name
it just to name it.
Speaker 2 (27:46):
People put stuff out and like flavor you're.
Speaker 5 (27:49):
Gonna put in some carts like scottie S Eggs, like
I do this text it's better than.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
Your last and use pre rose moon rocks anything.
Speaker 5 (27:55):
This is better than your last one of rips.
Speaker 2 (27:57):
Oh dude, yeah, rips steady. Yeah.
Speaker 7 (28:01):
Then we also got a ros and drop with Lamb
chop coming in the next month.
Speaker 2 (28:06):
Cherry Gushers. It's Cherry Garcia Gushers mix wash.
Speaker 5 (28:11):
You say, with lamb chop like lamb chop melts.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
Yeah a word.
Speaker 5 (28:14):
Yeah, I know. They just got off of you know,
you know caregivers, they're on the metric. I mean I
try to say, like, you know, we all did. Yeah,
so it's pretty cool. It's cool to see him because
like I've I've heard of the you know, naming.
Speaker 7 (28:26):
But it's really cool right now because the market's at
a point where like legacy guys like me, we can
come start picking these goods off straight up.
Speaker 5 (28:35):
Like because all these people through so much money into
marketing that they think they're just gonna make handover, fist over.
We got people and they come in the market and
they see the volatility of it, you know, because that's
simply the fact is it's volatile. It's not like it's
just a shitty market. Sometimes you're eating sometimes you ain't,
you know, and that's that's kind of the game.
Speaker 7 (28:52):
Well, cost of business is high right now, and guys like.
Speaker 5 (28:56):
Right when the pounds low fist right.
Speaker 7 (28:58):
And guys like us, the reality for like someone that
came from a legacy market where like I don't have
teams of people, you know what I mean, Like yeah, uh,
we run a twelve thousand square foot facility with six people.
That's marketing, that's packaging, that's trimming, that's metric, that's janitorial,
(29:21):
that's like no days, that's.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
Uh, you know everything. And you see a lot of
guys sitting back and you.
Speaker 5 (29:30):
Know, sorry, Oh.
Speaker 7 (29:35):
I have like a.
Speaker 4 (29:37):
I tuned in our Awaken bakes every Saturday night.
Speaker 2 (29:40):
It's like tune in. They can't. Scott's got this like
just treasure trop fucking hash.
Speaker 5 (29:48):
Damn no. But I mean everyone's got her own. Since
we shout out best, I mean, since we're out seven
leads with Scottie winning, shout out to Apex too, because
he also won. And that's a clab, the cherry bombs
between the Apex and Scotti. I can't it be checking
out listen. I love I know, I love my solving list,
but I do swear by this stuff. I like dabs,
(30:09):
you know, rosent. If it's got the terpenes, that's what matters.
Go try this ship. I do.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
I do want to showcase on the can of.
Speaker 5 (30:17):
Camp just be resolventless.
Speaker 4 (30:19):
Two of these, uh, two of Scotty's products right here.
Speaker 3 (30:22):
Oh yeah, I got we got the cured resin, which
looks like that batter consistency and that's the weasel diesel
and wow, yeah, school Flower that's old school's flower.
Speaker 5 (30:30):
And then you got thet see.
Speaker 4 (30:33):
I love how Scotty, I love how you you guys collab.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
Oh my god, guys.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
I love that though.
Speaker 5 (30:39):
But you can see the diamond. I just wanted to
show thee.
Speaker 4 (30:42):
It just shows that, like those are the brands that
you trusted.
Speaker 3 (30:45):
Trust.
Speaker 6 (30:46):
It came from the caregiver market to he's uh, you know,
I like what he's doing with that living soil.
Speaker 2 (30:50):
You know, he's Jason, Like I said, shout out to him.
Speaker 7 (30:53):
He's killed living so again. I'm so deep. I'm so
deepn coke in Rockwell, it's like a mix. No, I'll
run like some stuff's running Coco, some stuff's running rock
will just yeah, I run.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
We got.
Speaker 5 (31:13):
I just don't know if I've heard that.
Speaker 7 (31:14):
I've got a crazy setup in which a lot of
guys aren't doing right now. Shout out Nobile Jay, dude
put me on tech you know, years before anybody else did.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
Just having like a brief conversation with him.
Speaker 4 (31:29):
And uh.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
Oh man, maybe forty years ago.
Speaker 7 (31:33):
I started running like mixed spectrum running Gavida LEDs with hids,
trying to figure it out. The checkerboarding and then like
you know, I started running the far reds and things
like that where we're bringing out.
Speaker 2 (31:47):
Crazy tech right now, where.
Speaker 7 (31:51):
Back then nobody was talking about it, and now everybody's
talking about it, we're.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
Already doing it.
Speaker 5 (31:55):
Listen, I'm all for vertical, and I understand it's awesome
vertical and everything. It works, especially if you have on
your team they can do both. But this is why
I truly think collabs are great between someone who like
is a mad scientist in the lab and then you
got someone who's like crazy you know, grower with all this,
like you said, all these unique techniques, and it's like,
I just think that that's why you get such beautiful
colabs sometimes.
Speaker 7 (32:13):
Well, and that's what makes the caregiver market really is
because there's so many people still honestly thriving and you're
able to have conversations with guys that can change their
check on a whim.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Frozen.
Speaker 7 (32:29):
That again, if you think about the overhead of like
wanting to like totally upend your grow and change how
you do stuff.
Speaker 2 (32:36):
A few people that went a couple of friends and
want business. Unfortunately some of them, I I bought out
their fresh frozen. They just frozen because they were closing
the doors.
Speaker 6 (32:47):
One guy that closed down, he actually his power got
shut down, and he was like, calls me up. He's like, dude,
he goes my power, he goes, I don't have the
money for my electric bill, shuts down and I bought
up his whole freaking garden for she just enough to
turn his lights on.
Speaker 2 (33:02):
Dude, damn.
Speaker 5 (33:03):
So, I mean, it's crazy that people are at these places,
you know, we're talking about like and that's the difference
in the market, right and like someone who's advancing technology
and someone who's got to sell everything, Like that's the
that's the volatility of the market. That that's how crazy
it is that people are some people are doing all
right and some people are not.
Speaker 6 (33:18):
And well, people went into the this with a business
plan that keeps changing.
Speaker 13 (33:23):
That's that's my exact you know what I mean, how
you how do you make a billion dollar investment their
potential says, Oh, I'm going to make this back in
three to five years, and then realize I'm not going
to make this back for twenty years. Yeah, because they're
probably we're never going to see a profit like.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
Salarays and things like that.
Speaker 7 (33:39):
Like you know, my business partner, Dan shout out Dan
Wise and Bollies. My business partner's out here right now.
He uh he, and I like we work our asses off,
you know, like one hundred hour week sometimes like there's
no stuff. And I got a one and a half
year old, I got a family life, you know what
(34:01):
I mean.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
And then I got this girl that I got to
take care of. And it's like it's a lot right now.
Speaker 7 (34:09):
And if you aren't putting your all in this, you're
not gonna make it.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
And that's the thing, passion that you have to be passionate.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
Think one of them.
Speaker 7 (34:20):
We're playing on not taking money for like two years
from the company, just putting it all back in everything
back in buying new building. I'm like, everybody, watch out
and bastard, because I'm coming for your building. If you're
out there and you're about to lose your building, I'm
a buy die a.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
Dollar dog, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 7 (34:39):
Like these dudes, these dudes build all these grows all
over the place, and like they're just collapsing left and right.
Speaker 2 (34:45):
They didn't know what they were doing in the buildouts.
Speaker 7 (34:47):
Their old school running you know these pots that are
massive or you know they're overheads insane because they have
seventy years.
Speaker 5 (34:54):
Well, like Scotty said, Scotty had the point is when
everyone got in, it's like what was it three grand
a pound?
Speaker 2 (34:59):
Everything?
Speaker 5 (34:59):
Yeah, look at this well and this is this is
the issue to people were sold on these false hopes
and it's like, yo, you had gas and it's like they didn't.
These were just like it was all right.
Speaker 6 (35:09):
But everyone everyone just thought it was like, oh, it's
I'm gonna grow, I can grow, I can grow.
Speaker 5 (35:14):
People don't why all these companies just got in. There's
no love and there's.
Speaker 6 (35:18):
A relationship you have with the plant. And if you're
lacking all those things in component, you're done. Your days
are done. You know, there's a difference when you smoke
weed and you know what's commercially growing or if it's
done with love.
Speaker 4 (35:30):
Oh there's a huge difference, right grower.
Speaker 6 (35:33):
So you know, so you've got a relationship with the
plant man and that's.
Speaker 2 (35:36):
What it is.
Speaker 3 (35:40):
And you can tell when brands are when they don't
do that, and they don't do that, it's just that.
Speaker 4 (35:44):
It just grow it and then you it shows that
the end.
Speaker 6 (35:47):
But I understand though, because people are not getting they're
not getting shown and known for growing good because they're
getting beat up for price. There's no like loyalty in
the market. Meaning if someone knows someone it's a good grower,
then why don't we support him so he could survive?
Because these are the guys that need to be into
business long term. I mean all these companies that are
(36:09):
mass producing, harvesting one thousand pounds a week.
Speaker 2 (36:12):
There's no love there.
Speaker 6 (36:13):
That's his three hundred four hundred, five hundred pound flooding
the market with garbage.
Speaker 3 (36:19):
Yeah, no, I know it's unfortunate.
Speaker 5 (36:23):
Sorry, no, well we'll just say that don't happen.
Speaker 2 (36:27):
I just want to roll a regular joint. These fucking
these things kill me.
Speaker 8 (36:31):
Man.
Speaker 5 (36:33):
Yeah, you're like, I love the cut is out, but
I'm leaving that.
Speaker 2 (36:39):
I like to be real, so so like just being honest.
Speaker 7 (36:42):
I smoked maybe like two grams of hash a day
on top of maybe two donuts with a handful of
pre roll joints sample and shit, man, I can't smoke
one more of these. I'll be sitting here dumb like
I can't.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
Right, it sounds like we need to spark off another one.
Speaker 2 (37:07):
Really like weed. Uh it is good.
Speaker 6 (37:12):
It would go the concentration of what's going on in
the slow burns.
Speaker 5 (37:16):
Ice I do like, yeah, slow, yeah, yeah, it was
really good.
Speaker 4 (37:18):
I got me pretty lit. I mean I haven't really
smoked all day.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
You haven't smoked all day.
Speaker 4 (37:22):
I smoked one joint like around three o'clock.
Speaker 2 (37:25):
Yeah, three o'clock.
Speaker 4 (37:26):
What are your guys thoughts on the owners that don't smoke.
Speaker 5 (37:32):
I think it's super confusing, Like unless you had some relationship.
Speaker 6 (37:36):
With especially if they're not calling the shots. If they
got a GM doing it for them, then that that's fine.
But don't call the shots and you know what you're doing.
Speaker 5 (37:45):
I think that's a little strange because I think what
it is is like, then how can you really be
accountable for your decisions if you're just like, yeah, I
don't know, well.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
Do you know what their decision is? What's selling the most?
The cheapest thing is what's selling the most.
Speaker 10 (37:57):
So an owner that doesn't really can is really going.
Speaker 6 (38:00):
To be like, oh, dude, this you know dollar store, Well,
you can make great money in a dollar store, but
is it really kind of sewers or is it really
medicinal at that point?
Speaker 3 (38:10):
I honestly, I honestly think in some in like a
couple of years from now, like a lot of people
are going to realize that this bad product, they're not
going to buy it. I think people will start paying
a little bit more because like eventually, over time, smoking
that stuff killed it.
Speaker 4 (38:25):
I can't I can't do any of it, can't breathe. Yeah,
it's ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (38:28):
So I literally think the consumers in time will start
educating themselves product and eventually I think those those brands
are just going to see their way out because it's
that that product's not gonna be able to stand up.
You'll have like one or two brands like you're five
o'clock vodka or you know those cheap brnanchs or something.
You're gonna have something like that, But I don't think
there'll be as many brands, which then in time you'll
stroll out gretting more people with who are more kind
(38:50):
of sewers, and they'll probably start buying more of the
higher end product a little bit, you know, that's for
their budget. I think once the consumers can get more educated,
I think that's when the industry can start making a
turn a little bit.
Speaker 5 (39:00):
But I mean, but even so, this is I mean
You're right, absolutely, education, but like I think it's also
just like you said, the lying, you can't eat the lying.
Speaker 3 (39:09):
But yeah, I meant in because like how people still
base off a lot of the stuff. You know.
Speaker 4 (39:12):
It's like says I might go up and sometimes you know,
based off of terpenes.
Speaker 6 (39:15):
It's so funny different hybrid gummies that are made with distillate.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
That's like, really.
Speaker 10 (39:24):
What makes it the teh It's got cherry in it?
Speaker 2 (39:26):
Oh really that makes blend of THHC.
Speaker 5 (39:32):
Well, it's almost like the more description I'm like, the
less I believe this with with this, with this, with this,
with this, and this, with this, with this, I saw
some it's like when you're like all right, you're like
this is too much selling, Like if it's chronic, like
this is good, this is good, it's most good.
Speaker 2 (39:47):
Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 7 (39:49):
So that's one of the things being Scott want to
focus on is doing like single source collapse.
Speaker 2 (39:53):
So like if I run Sneakerhead, we run out and
the key so the you get a.
Speaker 5 (40:00):
Moon rock.
Speaker 2 (40:02):
If you get a man full single source because it's
like we.
Speaker 5 (40:06):
Used to love finding like hash or like live rise
in or rising or whatever and then mix it with
whatever the strain was, we'd find with joints and throw
very hard.
Speaker 10 (40:16):
People want to do that because it's takes time to
build that.
Speaker 3 (40:19):
Oh yeah, because you got you gotta still get enough.
You got to build multiple plants for the flower, and
then you gotta get multiplants to make the concentrates.
Speaker 5 (40:26):
They have like two runs three.
Speaker 7 (40:28):
I've been extracting my whole career too, and so, like
I understand every aspect of Scott almost to an extent.
He's a damn wizard about these.
Speaker 5 (40:40):
I can't tell you how many people said wizard or
mad scientists, Like people call you a bad scientist, like
he's a mad scientist? Like really just like really is man?
I want to showcase. I want to show killer.
Speaker 3 (40:51):
Do you want to showcase any of the other collabs
that you have that you guys have. While we're talking
to uh pining up a fanto, this is a it's
a really good one. This is from one of my boys.
I don't want to say his name, but he unfortunately
went out of business.
Speaker 2 (41:06):
Damn I have them fans. That sounds fire. It's really good, dude,
it's tasty.
Speaker 6 (41:12):
That's completely different profile, but that we're putting on the
cadchocket is danke that there's just some more sweeter.
Speaker 2 (41:20):
Yeah, there's very sweet. Yeah, it's a sweet taste. But
that's interesting.
Speaker 3 (41:24):
How you got that to pull up everything in it? Yeah,
with the concert wrap, so it's a live resident wrapping in.
Speaker 5 (41:30):
There, like a Jack Carre too in there.
Speaker 2 (41:32):
I don't know why.
Speaker 5 (41:33):
It's interesting. That's cool.
Speaker 3 (41:36):
Are you entering this one too, or just just know
you only can enter one per category?
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Yeah, one category, so you can enter two per category.
Speaker 4 (41:48):
Okay, so you're doing okay.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
Three per category. I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (41:51):
So sorry, So we're doing or you're doing we're not entering.
So the best in grass upcoming? That the deadline you said,
the June sixteen.
Speaker 6 (42:01):
Sixteenth is the deadline for the submissions to be in,
and then it's it's a people's choice obviously, the people
the ones to vote on it. And it's distributed across
the whole state, all different bunch of different dispensaries, and
each depensary has a category a little bit of you know,
the eight or ten kids, and.
Speaker 4 (42:21):
So what categories are you in? Sorry to me to
cut you off, isn't it.
Speaker 7 (42:24):
From the same guys that did the one that's from
that magazine that doesn't exist anymore.
Speaker 3 (42:30):
That. Yeah, we had Mark actually on last year. It
tells us about the event.
Speaker 6 (42:38):
He was with very knowledgeable, you know. I think he's
doing amazing things with his awards. He creates award shows
with it. I mean, Mark, I think he's doing a
wonderful job.
Speaker 4 (42:50):
I see him crushing it at every state he's going.
He's really boots.
Speaker 3 (42:55):
On the ground trying to get it everywhere, going like
Michigan was his first state that he launched in last year,
and then he went to all the other different markets.
Speaker 4 (43:02):
I think he was just in Montana.
Speaker 2 (43:03):
I'm not mistaken.
Speaker 4 (43:04):
For some reason, I was thinking, I.
Speaker 2 (43:06):
Mean, shoot, he was Arizona. I mean it's all over.
Speaker 5 (43:09):
The markets are everywhere, right know.
Speaker 3 (43:11):
Yeah, So you're entered, You're entering the infused pre roll
with the crowd rocket, You're entering the moon Rock with
the crotch.
Speaker 2 (43:19):
Rocket.
Speaker 10 (43:20):
What else you entered anything else? And I'm doing concentrates.
Speaker 6 (43:26):
It looks like I'm going to one of the final
categories as Kinship collad is jealous, Jerry, I'm gonna do
the concentrates.
Speaker 2 (43:35):
It's so funny.
Speaker 6 (43:36):
As I made him send more because I was like
not happy with the first round because I tried to
do something with it. I was like, hey, man, you know,
if you want to do this, you know, and he
sent more like Tyler was on on boarding.
Speaker 2 (43:49):
Yeah to Tyler Man, I.
Speaker 5 (43:52):
Man, that was it? Lilac diesel like cookies for one,
which last time you did, yeah, cook that ship was slapped.
Speaker 4 (44:01):
Man.
Speaker 6 (44:01):
Yeah, that's actually we actually the jealous like diesel one
over the cookie correct.
Speaker 5 (44:10):
I really like that. But ye know that I remember that.
I remember that. I remember both the Lilacs and the.
Speaker 6 (44:15):
Sugar cones that won with Old School, with the sugar
cones placed for the High Times.
Speaker 3 (44:19):
That's you said, jealousy, Jerry Jealous, Jerry jealous, Jerry. Sorry,
we smoked that straight. That's that's the flower that he's
left us.
Speaker 5 (44:27):
We used to call it. What's it called? Cross has
something in there that we really like.
Speaker 6 (44:31):
I'm doing a live resident batter entry for that one.
It's gonna look like it's gonna look like Rosin And
then I'm doing.
Speaker 4 (44:38):
Uh, I love that frost.
Speaker 6 (44:41):
Farms the Burmese because I'm doing their frosted gelatto cake.
Speaker 4 (44:47):
Oh okay, the New might as let's talk about that
real sick.
Speaker 5 (44:51):
Yeah, new tax I enjoyed that. I enjoyed the new tech.
I feel like it rips more steady and like better
than the other one.
Speaker 6 (44:57):
So I've designed seven carts along the way, and I
was happy with all of them besides this one. This
one eventually got customized based on what I was liking
the first time around. What I tried to do is
go much lower heat. Uh, And they did the dual chambers.
But like something's happened when you had to suck it,
like you had to draw it a little.
Speaker 5 (45:18):
More and it clogged for a second and then you kind of.
Speaker 2 (45:22):
But it wouldn't it wouldn't clog.
Speaker 6 (45:24):
It would just it would like you would have to
hit on it harder and then then you would get
a smoke, but you would get more of the smoke
after then it.
Speaker 5 (45:32):
Starts starting interesting the start. Yeah, it was like a interesting.
Speaker 6 (45:36):
So this one here, if you notice right when you
drag it, boom and then it goes and it lasts
to the whole thing down. It's a lower it's actually
lower temperature and the other one. But the way the
heating at the low time. Man, Yeah, I like I
do a little tempt to have something about it. You're
about to pull it up on the cano camera like that.
I won't say the voltage because it took me, Like,
I don't want to put that out there. You gets
(45:58):
the perfect freaking everything is perfect on it for what
I do with the live resident period, Like it took
me seven freaking different ones to finally get that.
Speaker 4 (46:10):
That's what makes your stuff like a word winning.
Speaker 3 (46:11):
I mean, you got to find that unique which you
can your little twist on it.
Speaker 6 (46:15):
And what's the experience I want to give the you
know with the audience based on my experience.
Speaker 2 (46:20):
Over the years. That's pretty much.
Speaker 4 (46:23):
So series are four categories.
Speaker 3 (46:26):
And then is there any other competitions or anything upcoming
that you want to get them inside or anything? Any
cooler collabse that are dropping this summer.
Speaker 6 (46:34):
I'm doing I'm the full exclusive doing all the frosted
farms carts we've done. Yeah, we we're on a you know,
bubble bath. We've done Burmese cush, We've done frostage frosted
strawberry cake that we're going to be launching the Frostede
Gelatto frosted strawberry gelatto.
Speaker 5 (46:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (46:56):
The man.
Speaker 5 (46:59):
Dad, one of your guys, do you have one of these.
Speaker 4 (47:00):
Your guys, that's the batter.
Speaker 2 (47:02):
For which one you two?
Speaker 13 (47:06):
It's not done, Okay, let me try.
Speaker 4 (47:09):
This is the batter. That's the old school.
Speaker 2 (47:11):
This is old school.
Speaker 4 (47:12):
Yeah, okay, okay, Well.
Speaker 7 (47:13):
The Devil's Apple was so I don't think you have
any garlic guy sing with you.
Speaker 10 (47:17):
No, the Devil's apple was, you know, at the previous
girl he was at.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
But this is that's my favorite. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (47:25):
So this, this is the devile's apple.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
You guys talked about this, and I'll leave this with
you guys. You guys can have that. This is devils
the Devil's apple talk about it's diamonds.
Speaker 7 (47:38):
So it's double's apples, which I think at the end
of next week, like for six months and we're like
thirty stores.
Speaker 2 (47:44):
Oh well are you Like I have like three.
Speaker 7 (47:46):
Pounds left in my last harvest and we just finished
trimming the next one.
Speaker 2 (47:50):
So like.
Speaker 7 (47:52):
Michigan showing love, you know, like I came in swinging
and they responded and it's cool.
Speaker 5 (47:58):
What love trying like new stuff like we always and
but like the thing is, like it's it's because people
are I think it's because people are getting sick of
being sold on stuff, you know, the bullshit.
Speaker 2 (48:11):
So this is.
Speaker 14 (48:12):
Fire released and I think three weeks our Mac Daddy,
that's Mac one cap cut cross with GDP. So like
Mac One's notorious, I've had a flavor for me, GDP crosses.
Speaker 4 (48:32):
You. You have a couple of crosses with GDP, don't
you what we're saying?
Speaker 2 (48:35):
You like GDP old School like GDP too.
Speaker 4 (48:39):
That takes me back. It's like that school stuff.
Speaker 2 (48:41):
Yeah, go ahead, this free Uh that thorst hammer smell,
that's it.
Speaker 5 (48:50):
It's like Huckleberry probably only had it once. I don't
know why. It's nail, it's just sticking out. I haven't had.
Speaker 2 (49:06):
Yeah, that's one that we're dropping in a couple of weeks.
Speaker 7 (49:09):
They literally finished trimming that up this this last couple
of days, and it's like we're just looking at it.
Speaker 2 (49:15):
Like fuck, yeah, the cap cut.
Speaker 7 (49:18):
We we actually ran, like I called it attack of
Mac and I did Mac Daddy and Mac One next
to each other to kind of like see what I
was going.
Speaker 5 (49:25):
To keep this is I love pave. Yeah. I tried
it and I was just like, what the fuck is this?
It's just such a unique taste, man Nie. That's what
I mean. All that Yeah, it's just so beautiful.
Speaker 7 (49:39):
When you grow it cultivar like it has bluish tints.
It freaked out on trikes. The coloring that comes out
in the last couple of weeks is so unique that
you're like, wow.
Speaker 2 (49:51):
This is this is a one. Yeah. Same with like
the gasberry.
Speaker 7 (49:56):
It comes when it's done like that last final week,
it's like ink to dark purple. The whole bud structure,
Like it could be eighty four degrees in.
Speaker 2 (50:04):
The room and it's still.
Speaker 4 (50:06):
That that's legit.
Speaker 2 (50:08):
Yeah, Like like that's.
Speaker 7 (50:10):
Another when you look at any strain I have, I
don't fluctuate my tempts any more than five degrees. So
that's a natural expression of color. You're not getting a
bunch of weird anthocyon and because you know, you freak
the room out or iced the roots or yeah, you know,
(50:30):
twenty years of doing this, I've heard every trick on
the book, and.
Speaker 4 (50:34):
I didn't get that purple color.
Speaker 2 (50:35):
People used to love that.
Speaker 7 (50:36):
Well what sucks is like I hear like I still
love that purple color and planks.
Speaker 5 (50:41):
I just think it makes it look pretty. It's like,
what color its pretty?
Speaker 4 (50:46):
That's a pretty bud that tastes a lot of ship though.
Back in the day, I used to get so excited
with a.
Speaker 6 (50:57):
Like Nasty three, just like blackass, streaking ash and stuff.
Speaker 7 (51:03):
Yeah, so I got one of these if you guys
want to smoke it too.
Speaker 2 (51:10):
I've been doing a little collab work with Benny.
Speaker 4 (51:13):
Connas with uh Donuts.
Speaker 7 (51:19):
I'm solventless, and I believe it's coming from Josh over
at the Fifth Age.
Speaker 5 (51:24):
Okay, dude, I haven't we get Josh on a long
time ago. We haven't seen him in a minute though.
Speaker 15 (51:28):
Josh is another mad scientist in this industry.
Speaker 2 (51:33):
Actually that I know.
Speaker 7 (51:36):
All of Scott and Josh know each other from what
he told me a really funny story.
Speaker 2 (51:40):
We won't get into that, yeah button.
Speaker 15 (51:44):
But Josh, uh, he's working on some cool stuff. To
watch him the next year, I would say that, like
that dude disappeared for a reason, and when you see
him come back, you're gonna be.
Speaker 4 (51:56):
Like, whoa, Yeah, it was bunny here.
Speaker 5 (52:00):
I know, I know, I understand, I know what you're saying.
I just I'm sorry that was dumb.
Speaker 3 (52:05):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (52:05):
No, that's a really cool shout out Josh for the age.
You know, I really seeing hobbies in industry and like
people with that the family vibe, you know what I mean?
Speaker 7 (52:13):
Like, yeah, well, like I know him through the legacy
market too. You know, all of us are connected in
the web at some point. You know, the caregiving world
really built something cool here in Michigan that I actually
haven't really found in other places.
Speaker 2 (52:29):
For northern calf.
Speaker 3 (52:30):
That's why I think Michigan's community is one of the
best communities.
Speaker 4 (52:33):
I've said it the world. That's just me stated it.
But I honestly think it really is compared to a
lot of places.
Speaker 3 (52:37):
I think it's just we have a lot and I
think in time the quality will take over.
Speaker 4 (52:41):
And look, the market will eventually shake itself out. It
might not be in a year.
Speaker 6 (52:45):
But wild guy born Michigan, he travels, uh, he's in
big in the cannabis space, and he travels all over
to actually be a kindosewer to all the state market.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
He lives in Georgia.
Speaker 6 (52:57):
I talked to him yesterday and he's said straight up
us out of all the flower, he's been to every
state and has smoked it every state, all their legal
floweriess Michigan by far as number one out of every
the whole state that's right.
Speaker 4 (53:11):
That is right. Uh we go noble Wood.
Speaker 2 (53:16):
Whoa, jeez man, we're gonna get banned on that.
Speaker 5 (53:19):
For two seconds? Why did you know it's under two seconds?
You're good? That's why did that? Oh my god? Weed?
What do you mean what I said?
Speaker 4 (53:29):
Every day you have the sample and you've hit it.
Speaker 5 (53:31):
Yeah, why you're saying it now? You get away with
something and then you just ruined it, Dave, I got
to edit it out right. I got it fifty three,
it's even time marked in it.
Speaker 4 (53:51):
It's perfect.
Speaker 2 (53:53):
Great.
Speaker 3 (53:53):
Anything else you want to mention for Cannaby Scottie that
you got coming up through the year, or anything inside.
Speaker 6 (53:59):
Video the Boonie Bash that's coming up shout to uh couple, Yeah,
where the headline sponsored there?
Speaker 5 (54:06):
Help Hatches playing round?
Speaker 2 (54:08):
Yeah, my boy.
Speaker 6 (54:08):
Hatch is going to be playing He's going to be
the headline show for Saturday evenings.
Speaker 5 (54:13):
What days is it?
Speaker 4 (54:14):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (54:15):
It's the the last weekend of July.
Speaker 6 (54:20):
Twenty fix, twenty seventh, that weekend second and Uh, I'm
going to be doing the Big Fam coming up.
Speaker 2 (54:27):
I believe that's in September.
Speaker 5 (54:29):
The Fan Yeah, you look over there.
Speaker 2 (54:31):
We're talking about I'm not sure.
Speaker 5 (54:34):
They're my homie. Yeah, I can't. I can't speak of them.
I have their cigarette. There is one of my first
shows I played with them. I love there. They do
it well, they do it really odduction.
Speaker 6 (54:45):
Here's that one, not too much us Hazey holes with
Big Misson.
Speaker 2 (54:56):
Yeah, that's on the ninth.
Speaker 6 (54:59):
They got like a hundred fifty golfers lined up, so
a lot of golfers, yeah, for sure. And then something
that's Zip Cannabis. I'm I'm going to be involved in.
It's a consumption event down at ZIP Cannabis. It's, from
my understanding stuff the.
Speaker 2 (55:13):
Largest indoor consumption event. Zip. It's down in I think Buchanan.
I think it is slim thing, Yes, slim Yeah. He
hit me up about that too. Yeah, it's cool.
Speaker 7 (55:25):
The menu, yeah, well slim people, Slim chiefer is yeah,
slim chief Yeah.
Speaker 2 (55:31):
Yeah. When is it?
Speaker 10 (55:33):
It's actually in like June, it's like three weeks or something.
Speaker 6 (55:38):
And then meat Connect Tough. I'm still on the defensive
doing that one. I you know, I love hearing what
he's doing just right now. You know, I got a
lot of people the only money.
Speaker 3 (55:50):
Yeah we're talking about Yeah, pay up, Yeah, Para partner,
Jesus Christ effects.
Speaker 5 (55:55):
Us got the man's he's loyal and honorable. Like that's
what I'm saying. That's this one thing I think the
industry does need to take away from anything is that
it just needs to be a little bit more less snaky.
Speaker 3 (56:09):
I agree, we'll be we'll be at men afuff. So
definitely not why I chose.
Speaker 7 (56:14):
When I worked in music, they used to have long
sleeves and like bomber jackets, you know, and stuff, and
all of them were embroidered on the wrists as a
And I'm about to give my guys that go do
my billing work the same treatment on their sleeves.
Speaker 2 (56:32):
So when these.
Speaker 12 (56:33):
Guys start saying they don't have it, that can flip
their sleeves and say, fuck you pay me, because because
that means, you know, a little pressure is good.
Speaker 2 (56:44):
Makes diamonds sometimes, you know.
Speaker 10 (56:46):
It does the likeel diamonds.
Speaker 2 (56:49):
Though the one that I.
Speaker 6 (56:50):
Thought that I think so the batter is what everyone sees,
but the diamond idly small batch and not very many
people got their hands on it.
Speaker 5 (56:58):
I don't know you, I don't think.
Speaker 2 (57:01):
So that's when one first place in high times.
Speaker 3 (57:03):
This is.
Speaker 4 (57:06):
The fire what's that got that's got the Jack Carres.
Speaker 3 (57:10):
Yeah, that that that's you know, hazy tea hazy.
Speaker 2 (57:15):
I don't know that's a.
Speaker 4 (57:18):
I know.
Speaker 5 (57:19):
I was thinking, yeah, to keep it cool, I put
it away autom and like it's gonna get hot.
Speaker 4 (57:28):
I cry, I cry off, I cry probably right on there.
Speaker 2 (57:32):
That's it. That's all.
Speaker 7 (57:32):
I've been so hot and just been like so sorry.
Speaker 2 (57:39):
Yeah I know.
Speaker 5 (57:39):
No, I mean, I mean some people just you know,
you just don't think about but once you learn it,
you're like, oh ship, you know, some people do take
it super serious. Sign I don't take it like that slower.
You're not gonna lie.
Speaker 2 (57:50):
There's a whole science on like the ash and how
they cool.
Speaker 5 (57:54):
Keeps it cooler, that's what I And then also, yeah,
people waiting a seconds and people.
Speaker 2 (58:01):
I think it's like fifteen seconds between.
Speaker 5 (58:03):
Point that it was just like five cent seconds.
Speaker 7 (58:05):
But no, it's not one second. If you think about it,
you can watch the cherry cool. Actually, after a while
you see the amber low down and then it goes hot.
Speaker 5 (58:15):
Yeah, I don't know what you're seeing or smoking.
Speaker 2 (58:18):
That's crazy.
Speaker 5 (58:20):
It's super cool. No, no, no, I honestly I've heard
people say this, and I think it's just a really
cool like you.
Speaker 2 (58:26):
Just get it, like you get you get one of
those weeds. Now they get, they get pissed.
Speaker 4 (58:32):
You know.
Speaker 2 (58:32):
I have about how you shut out fat that dude rolls. Yeah,
motherfucking doink that ship.
Speaker 7 (58:44):
I had a ash as long as my finger curled
like this going on it and it was hanging off.
I was like just holding it in my mouth like
good trying to get a picture.
Speaker 5 (58:58):
Dude just held on to dear life old like his
smiley faces all to try one.
Speaker 2 (59:03):
Yeah, that's a unique skill.
Speaker 5 (59:05):
I didn't ever think, well, this is what we were
talking about kind of transition there. I like that transition
is because joints. Joint rolling has become such an art.
It's like even like what you do with your Canada canadagart, right.
Speaker 2 (59:15):
It's not launched.
Speaker 5 (59:15):
It has to be unique. I think, don't be wrong.
I love the donuts, but I think if you don't
have a good roller, you know me, donuts you smoke,
they don't sideburn, and then you're like, why did they
spend forty dollars and something that didn't even burn?
Speaker 4 (59:27):
Good?
Speaker 5 (59:28):
Listen, I love donuts, but you got to have a
good roller. So it's it's become like a that's if
it doesn't burn a new art form or definitely an
art or.
Speaker 7 (59:38):
I have like like Benny andy all By the role
to Alex.
Speaker 2 (59:43):
Alex kills it over the imprint too. Yeah, I don't know.
And he does all the ones for like high tech
and stuff like that, and all these guys are like
ry rolls.
Speaker 7 (59:56):
Rolling dudes, and you like, other than paying one for them.
At this point, I'm not buying a donut, yeah, because.
Speaker 2 (01:00:06):
I'll get it. I get it.
Speaker 5 (01:00:11):
What's that one? You said? What was that? When you're
talking about GMO and what?
Speaker 2 (01:00:13):
Yeah, try anything.
Speaker 5 (01:00:14):
I listened this new text and you said gm R
and I was like.
Speaker 2 (01:00:19):
I get Garla cake ry. Sorry it's not release. Ye,
we're releasing that. We do get a new one.
Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
Yeah, I's get more of a wedding cake, more of
wedding really.
Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
Yeah, you're trying to better days.
Speaker 5 (01:00:32):
It's almost like a darn rainbow.
Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
Let's go, man, So is the new tech officially launched
before we go?
Speaker 2 (01:00:40):
Yeah, we're coming. Let's launch. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (01:00:41):
It got launched around four twenty okay, so.
Speaker 4 (01:00:47):
So definitely check it out.
Speaker 3 (01:00:51):
Steve, So this is your first time out, we have
to ask you the question, and we can ask you
again to Scotty since you're on.
Speaker 5 (01:00:56):
Sorry, I always wonder if they vary. They've got a vary.
We should go check and see if the other there
are different, because I guarantee you this is ever evolving,
so it's always gonna.
Speaker 2 (01:01:05):
Mhm.
Speaker 4 (01:01:06):
I know you don't sorry him if.
Speaker 5 (01:01:08):
He answers the question. I'm saying if we had people
that redo the question, if we ever answered the question anyways,
that's a sidon.
Speaker 4 (01:01:14):
Not today. We're not gonna do it today. But I
don't think that's crazy. I don't think we am. So
we asked every guest since we started the podcast. You
like smoking your flower, So say you're grinding up some
mud and knock out it.
Speaker 3 (01:01:27):
Right, you knocked the grinder out a Godgia Genie pops
out and out.
Speaker 4 (01:01:34):
You would wish to change anything in the industry? What
would you change?
Speaker 2 (01:01:39):
Man, that's a loaded one in there.
Speaker 5 (01:01:42):
Yeah, you know that same thing goes.
Speaker 2 (01:01:45):
Can I take one second for that? Because I have
like twenty things. I got a whittle.
Speaker 5 (01:01:51):
One really really really really long run out sentence.
Speaker 16 (01:01:56):
I guess if I had to make one wish about
the industry of cannabis is that, you know, the forties
in cannabis never really happened.
Speaker 2 (01:02:10):
The reg administration never really happened.
Speaker 16 (01:02:12):
The government involvement in cannabis period never happened.
Speaker 4 (01:02:16):
You know, I don't think we've heard that one, because
that's good.
Speaker 2 (01:02:18):
I like it.
Speaker 5 (01:02:19):
Ultimately, you would avoided the whole stigma, the entire about
the higher system of.
Speaker 7 (01:02:30):
Criminals and people that have been incarcerated and put in
jail for marijuana and things alike, or you know that
led to other things, or however you look at it.
Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
All that would have changed if the government just got
the fuck out of our business. And that's that's that's
about money.
Speaker 6 (01:02:51):
I don't like the only thing that sucks about it
just about money, and that's about money for them. I
think it's still not fucking scheduled properly enter the level
of a cocaine and heroin for that.
Speaker 2 (01:03:02):
Yeah, makes you understand.
Speaker 4 (01:03:04):
Like, what would you what would you wish bees good?
Speaker 6 (01:03:08):
To be honest with you, I would I'd wish that, Uh,
there'd be a little more held integrity of way people
conduct business on the legal and illegal market. I think
they're you know, there's definitely a fine line, and I
think people are just kind of weaving and crossing over
to each other. And I think it's really affecting the
people that really kind of want to do good for
(01:03:30):
their family and have this long term five years, ten years,
fifteen years, or pay for us to retire one day.
I just think that's one thing that's lacking.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
I think, Well, I think you bring up a good point,
because loyalty is tough. Because right now, especially because people
are in desperate situations, I think that loyalty sometimes goes
out the window big time.
Speaker 6 (01:03:47):
A lot of bad avers and a lot of bad
actors with deep pockets.
Speaker 5 (01:03:51):
And a lot of these bad actors do have a
deep because like they're not making money from the canvas industry.
They're coming in and just be part of industry and
just because they want to make money.
Speaker 6 (01:03:59):
Well, they got businesses, very successful businesses by by all means,
there's some really great business people in this industry.
Speaker 5 (01:04:07):
I'm not saying this generalized, No, I'm not trying to generalize.
I'm saying a lot of times, so the bad actors
sometimes are they don't have their passion and they're not
roots are stuck in this isn't there everything I'm saying.
So sometimes you get these people who are just treating it.
It's like, ah, I'm just gonna try to make some money,
and they just do everything business wise and they don't
think it from the passion in the heart and putting
and putting in love and good quality stuff out there.
You know, That's all I was to.
Speaker 7 (01:04:29):
My partner will tell you the money is the last
thing at the day I care about. It's more about, Uh,
did I do the best job I could?
Speaker 5 (01:04:39):
Well?
Speaker 6 (01:04:39):
When you do something and you enjoy doing it too, man,
is it really like you're like, you get paid, that's secondary.
If you do something you enjoy doing it, then the
money can become secondary.
Speaker 2 (01:04:48):
And it's like you know what, Now you're just.
Speaker 6 (01:04:50):
Getting paid for what you put in, which is if
you put in good, you get good.
Speaker 2 (01:04:55):
Bad fell off.
Speaker 4 (01:04:55):
Where I tell my lab style Michigan style.
Speaker 2 (01:05:03):
Oh I want to say something about my girl. You
know something that like digging this Michigan markets.
Speaker 7 (01:05:09):
Of these guys rely on staples and they like build
this market on like a single strain or two or
three strains.
Speaker 2 (01:05:16):
Some of them have five trains, you know.
Speaker 7 (01:05:19):
I have seventy strains I don't run them more than
three or four times each in two years, and I
constantly changed out, like I killed six.
Speaker 2 (01:05:27):
Moms last week. I brought three news trains in this week.
Speaker 7 (01:05:30):
Nice and you know there's something that's not happening in
the keeping staples, but just your few.
Speaker 4 (01:05:37):
It's good though, good to mix it up.
Speaker 2 (01:05:40):
I mean, keep you.
Speaker 6 (01:05:42):
You can run a million plus dollars off of one
string if you have something.
Speaker 2 (01:05:46):
I mean, look like the g G four back in
the day, four f man G thirteen. I think it's
about keeping culture.
Speaker 3 (01:05:55):
And literally cookies, the cookie string and all the process
that team with that.
Speaker 6 (01:06:00):
Yeah, you know, I'm just saying that when you do
get that pheno, you get that, you cash in on that.
Speaker 2 (01:06:06):
Dude.
Speaker 5 (01:06:06):
I mean, look at runs.
Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Yeah, they're the idea.
Speaker 5 (01:06:09):
It's still I mean, I listen really good.
Speaker 2 (01:06:14):
Today.
Speaker 4 (01:06:17):
I grow my fire.
Speaker 7 (01:06:19):
Yeah, cherry pie sample and yeah, it's it's it's a
love hate relationship with runts here.
Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
You know. I enjoy the smoke.
Speaker 7 (01:06:30):
It's sweet, sticky, it hits the the highest grade. The
colors are always good. Yield almost always pisses me off.
Speaker 4 (01:06:39):
It's so small, so small.
Speaker 5 (01:06:44):
I could see them. I heard the pain in everyone's voice.
I just didn't get it.
Speaker 7 (01:06:47):
But it's so off though, Like it doesn't really matter
that it grows small, because it pays itself off good.
Speaker 4 (01:06:54):
It is flip man.
Speaker 7 (01:06:58):
I want like I come from a world of like
when I started growing, I actually was in like the
Death Star circle.
Speaker 4 (01:07:04):
Of guys in o'hat stars smacks, dude, I used to have.
I used to have the original dusk Star cut.
Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
We're going to release it again this summer.
Speaker 4 (01:07:12):
And the after I got raided, it was gone.
Speaker 5 (01:07:16):
The place I've only had, like I've had a couple
good like cuttings. There are a couple of good flavors
that started summers.
Speaker 7 (01:07:24):
I have the East Coast our diesel that was bred
with and the dust Star.
Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
That we're yeah, we're gonna do these for the culture
drops twice.
Speaker 5 (01:07:33):
Here you have that cut allegedly someone told you it
was the Ohio cut.
Speaker 2 (01:07:39):
What's Yeah, we're going to drop those where.
Speaker 5 (01:07:41):
Oh you're gonna drop it in with your new growth in metric.
Yeah a year.
Speaker 7 (01:07:46):
We're going to do like these for the culture drops,
where we take old strains from like the two thousands
and like seed stocks that you can't get anymore and
I'm gonna run him feno, hunt them, bring him back
his flower some kind of concentrate product and do like
box sets of them, where like you go into the
(01:08:06):
shop and you get like old heads can get the weird,
new heads can get the vapes, and.
Speaker 2 (01:08:12):
Maybe there's like a donut or a magar product, you
know that really accentuates the flavor.
Speaker 5 (01:08:19):
Those are graf You time it out that burned probably
longer than the donut.
Speaker 4 (01:08:25):
Yeah yeah, yeah, airflows tighter on that.
Speaker 2 (01:08:28):
And that mcgar rap is so nice, like, yeah, that's
the World Cup winner. He's the dude. Dude, he's the boss.
Speaker 5 (01:08:38):
I think over the years, they've just got better and
better and better.
Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
I mean, all the all the luck to you in
every all your competitions this year.
Speaker 4 (01:08:46):
You're good. You're gonna win.
Speaker 3 (01:08:51):
I have I'm visioning it, manifesting it for you, sending
good vibes.
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
You know we're gonna die. I think we got we're
gonnat least get at for sure.
Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
Yeah, I'm excited. You got some good stuff coming out.
I appreciate both of you coming on and they hanging
out having fun. Smoke slash has been great.
Speaker 2 (01:09:08):
Come out to the girl sometimes.
Speaker 4 (01:09:10):
Oh yeah, yeah, we're in a.
Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
Huge bass pond out the back. We fish all day about.
Speaker 5 (01:09:15):
You've been literally talking about.
Speaker 14 (01:09:19):
Like I got a fly on and spin reel there,
you can do it will more.
Speaker 5 (01:09:22):
As a kid, I was just like, man, I want.
Speaker 3 (01:09:24):
To do I love fishing, fishing too, to fish all
the time and the grow I'm not man.
Speaker 4 (01:09:35):
I have I've had my luck. There's fish and catch stuff.
Speaker 6 (01:09:38):
But dude, and some people they put these special lures
and they catch certain fish for.
Speaker 5 (01:09:42):
A good time. Man, I'm there. I caught Yeah. No,
I have my own.
Speaker 2 (01:09:51):
Up and gray ling and stuff. I thoroughly enjoyed that.
Speaker 5 (01:09:55):
You know, a new father, you got to have something
that just takes your mind. Something like everything not everything
should be money. You gotta have some stuff for piece pieces.
Speaker 7 (01:10:07):
The trapper turned to business owner and new father and
I started going into this.
Speaker 2 (01:10:13):
I had no fucking patience for anyone man. You know,
like I didn't live in a world where you had
to like accept.
Speaker 7 (01:10:21):
Anything in this space you got and between a kid
and a baby that doesn't talk and things like that
when they're young, you got to learn and and so
I could never fish as a kid, Like just wasn't
something I learned and I had adhd like you couldn't
catch me on a bank for two seconds?
Speaker 5 (01:10:42):
No, that's thing. I didn't enjoy it as a child,
but I went, yea, they made men badish.
Speaker 2 (01:10:50):
Isn't it better than any good day at work?
Speaker 7 (01:10:52):
I told myself if I could fly fish, I told
myself that if I could fly fish.
Speaker 4 (01:11:00):
Of the data.
Speaker 7 (01:11:01):
By the time I had a kid, I called a
twenty inch brown trout on the fly.
Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (01:11:09):
And like a lot of people think, twenty inch fish
ain't nothing, but man in brown trout world, that's that's like.
Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
The trouns Like.
Speaker 4 (01:11:19):
Yeah, yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 7 (01:11:23):
That was like a patience learning thing, learning fishing for
me to learn better practices in life, because like you're
sitting on a river, it's cold, your fingers are numb,
it's near dark. You want to catch a fish and
your line is tangled and you don't.
Speaker 2 (01:11:38):
Have an option with a fly rod and you haven't eaten.
Speaker 7 (01:11:43):
Yeah, in real life you know if you're but it
could be a life out there and you're in that
moment and you have.
Speaker 5 (01:11:53):
To Yeah, we had a whole in our hour podcast.
Speaker 3 (01:11:59):
No, No, honestly, I probably probably should jump out here
I think right, because we went over that. While it's
been fun for you guys both back on especially after.
Speaker 6 (01:12:14):
Because longer they are than you know, not to be
engage in them either, right, not too long?
Speaker 4 (01:12:19):
No no, no, no, no, no no, people will listen to them.
I mean we could continue going.
Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
I mean.
Speaker 5 (01:12:26):
You asked the question the future stuff just chilling.
Speaker 2 (01:12:30):

I love the podcast. That's why I love it because
eventually you're like, oh ship, right, we're talking. There's cameras
and stuff, right.
Speaker 4 (01:12:45):
Because I'm going to continue talking about Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:12:48):
It goes to say that a lot of this industry
supersedes into every part of our lives.
Speaker 5 (01:12:53):
It's the part of us.
Speaker 2 (01:12:55):
There's just a part of us.
Speaker 7 (01:12:55):
There's not one thing that I do that weed isn't
it involved in at this point, so.
Speaker 2 (01:13:04):
Conversations just natural.
Speaker 5 (01:13:06):

a screenshot at the beginning of emisode of the screenshot
of this, it's like completely.
Speaker 3 (01:13:33):
Often get videos or walk as I opened the door,
