How can we, as leaders, cultivate a deeper understanding of Scripture in our congregations? Pastors Aaron and Trent tackle the challenges of ministering to a generation that often knows more about Christian culture than the biblical narratives themselves. They discuss the need to move beyond surface-level teaching, create space for questions, and embrace the growth that comes from wrestling with the whole counsel of God. They also dive into the vital role of education—both formal and lifelong—in equipping ministers with the skill sets and knowledge needed for a lifetime of effective, resilient ministry.
