Watching what you eat seems to become exponentially harder once Halloween hits, and that added pressure doesn't subside until the New Year. The holidays are festive. There will be more social gatherings and communal fun, with it, reasons to stuff that face. I do not recommend abstaining from the increased culinary fun, but I also dislike the heightened shame cycle that can come with it. The holiday struggles can be devastatingly painful if you’ve spent nine months monitoring what you’re eating and training with intent. Here, I will provide my five most significant tips to help you positively get through the holidays. Here is to a New Year without regrets of overindulgence or lack of visceral fun.
