Welcoming Danielle to the show again.
Hi, Danielle. Hi, Melissa.

(01:25):
Returning guest and with the podcast focus Changing to
healing, I just had to have you back on to share what you've
been doing, what's new with you and these new healing modalities
that you're getting into in hopes that there's somebody out
there that it might be part of their healing combination.
So thanks for coming on the showtoday.
Yeah, thank you so much for having me.

(01:45):
I love to talk all things healing, so I'm excited.
Awesome. So can you share a little bit
about your healing journey? What is an emotional Healing
coach and what led you to becomeone?
Yes, good questions. So yeah, I'm calling myself an
emotional healing coach right now.
I mean, what the, the beginning of my journey is me desperately

(02:10):
needing emotional healing, whichis just learning how to manage,
process, clear my emotions so that I wasn't in such a state of
extreme back then. I'm talking like 25 years ago,
which is really the beginning. It was extreme anxiety, fears,
worry, I mean, but I was like under the wave.

(02:33):
So, you know, people say, Oh yeah, sometimes I get emotional
or I sometimes I feel anxious. No, I could hardly function.
I could hardly function at that time of my life.
I had, I tried therapy, you know, therapist hit or miss for
me. I had one person who I loved and
then later a person who I didn'tresonate with.

(02:54):
And I just at that moment when Iwas in deep need, I was like,
I'm going to have to kind of, I don't know why I had this
intuition, but I was like, I'm going to have to go within and
solve this. So that was the beginning of my
journey. And I got really deeply involved
in mind, body spirit work, whichintroduced me also to the world

(03:17):
of energy work, which I know some people are familiar, maybe
some people not as much, but it was so new back then.
It was totally new to me. The, and the big thing was that
that was really helping me shiftlike being under a dark cloud
kind of feeling. So I, I got deeply involved in

(03:38):
that. And then as time went by, I
started to really feel like thisis sort of my niche area emotion
because I struggled with it. And I want to help people
understand their mind, their body, their energy, the
connection, and that there are tools and shortcuts to be able

(03:58):
to manage your emotion. You don't have to live in such,
like drowning in a dark space the way that I did.
So, you know, I got more and more interested in that aspect
because it was so closely related to me.
And that's what led me to this moment.
I love what you said about feeling like you are under the

(04:19):
wave. So many people do feel like
they're drowning in whatever they're going through, and so I
love that analogy, feeling like you were under the wave.
What is emotional healing taughtyou about yourself?
I mean, it's kind of taught me everything.
I didn't know that I needed emotional healing then.
I just wanted calm and peace andquiet inside, right?

(04:43):
But on the journey, I mean, I'velearned, as I said, about energy
and the imbalance of energy and how that causes me to be more
emotional. It very much helped me face.
I learned about facing emotions.I feel like and that it's OK to
feel and it's OK to face and learning how to accept.

(05:06):
And I mean the whole journey haslike awoken the sense of this is
the feeling of accepting and this is the feeling of letting
go. And this is the feeling of
trusting myself. This is the feeling of empowered
choice making that I have. It's like long journey of
awakening those senses, which really also opened up

(05:30):
spirituality for me and connecting to my essence.
So all that pain and suffering has been like such a great
teacher and has taught me even about my own ego, the nature of
the ego. I feel like I've learned.
I've learned so much. Everything that's important to

(05:51):
me now has been discovered through finding my way out of
that like deep suffering state. Yeah, we just really don't know
how much power we have. We don't know, you know, like
you were talking about the connection, mind, body, spirit,
what that we, we just have so much power inside of us to heal

(06:15):
ourselves and we give that poweraway so much to doctors and
therapists and other people whenwe have to look.
And, you know, and those people are great and they, you know,
obviously can help us and guide us, but we have to really go
within first. And step there and be.
Curious about what's out there? Be curious about what's on the

(06:37):
other side of healing because healing a lot of times can feel
like a prison. That.
We're afraid to step out of, youknow, you were talking about
energy a lot. So what role does energy play in
emotional healing? Yeah.
So I feel like energy is really the key piece that I like to
talk about and present because just understanding that emotions

(07:01):
are energy, right? So before I understood that I
just got the emotions are everything.
They're my whole world. They're you know, they're my
like bane of my existence. They're like they're I believed
in every feeling. It was the end of the world,
every feeling, every thought, you know, like the wave, right?

(07:23):
But when I'm, when I discovered,oh, emotions are actually just
energy. So now emotions started losing
their power. And then if you do any kind of
practice that helps you move energy, whether that's tapping,
yoga, breath work, meditate, there's so many Reiki,

(07:46):
acupuncture, there's so much that helps you move energy,
you're moving the emotion and you start to realize, oh, the,
the emotion is worse when the energy is stuck, right?
Like if you think about water that's stuck, it gets all swampy
and dark. So when we have that heavy

(08:07):
energy stuck, we're going to have heavy emotion, dark stuck,
like hitting your head against awall kind of feelings.
Once you start to circulate thatenergy, those feelings get
lighter naturally when you bringthe energy into balance.
And now you're coming out of your head and all the crazy
thoughts that accompany emotionsand keep feeding emotions.

(08:30):
And now you feel calmer, more grounded, more centered in the
moment just through learning howto circulate and balance energy.
So I feel like energy is a really important help helper,
like a helping tool for emotional management that I
really wish people understood. There's like there's a helper,

(08:51):
there's a shortcut out there. You don't have to be drowning in
it as you said. Yeah, I love, again, that
analogy of water getting stuck and it just getting swampy and
more yuck. And that water isn't going to go
anywhere. It's just going to keep
festering and getting worse and worse unless you deal with it.

(09:12):
And that's when things really manifest into mental illness and
physical, you know, physical things that that need to be
looked at. But it's just going to get where
your body, your subconscious andyour body and your spirit aren't
going to let that go. They want you to heal.
And so they're going to keep making you feel uncomfortable
until you look at it. Yeah, for sure.

(09:32):
And if you think of energy like what could be an allergy of
water, if you can just find the tool that's helps you some of
that flow and circulate and move, water purifies itself when
it starts to flow. So the emotions, if they can

(09:53):
move, they're going to start to purify.
It gets easier and easier. It becomes more and more
natural. But when we're holding them,
that stuck swamp you're talking about, that's going to lead to
more mental, emotional, physical, even sickness,
darkness, yeah. I mean, and let's be real, a lot

(10:13):
of times in the healing process, especially in the beginning when
we do kind of start looking at things, it can be painful and
sure, not pretty, and it can andit can be a little more painful
in the beginning, But once things start flowing, you will
definitely start feeling better. But that's true.
I just want to say that little caveat there that it's not.

(10:36):
It's true. It's.
Not always a fun journey, but it's always totally worth it.
You do something called EFT. So for those who are unfamiliar,
what is EFT and how does it work?
So EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and I came to
love it because it was so complementary to the mind, body,

(10:56):
spirit energy stuff that I was getting involved in that I was
deeply involved in. So emotional freedom techniques
is using energy. So it's like, so spoke to my
heart when I started working with it about, I would say more
than 10 years, 10 to 15 years ago that I started dabbling in

(11:16):
it and working with it for myself.
Because you're tapping differentenergy points around the head,
face, chest, and I use hands andfingers.
Different practitioners can bring a slightly different
flavor. There's like a standard set of

(11:38):
points that we tap in EFT, and there's also alternative ones.
So I have my own little like mixture that I use, which
includes the hands. And all these points are
connected to different energy lines.
So they're opening up that energy flow, they're helping
that water to flow. It's like if I know not
everybody knows acupuncture either, but it's like

(12:00):
acupuncture uses needle, EFT uses fingers, stimulating the
same points and the same system. When you stimulate those points,
if there's stuck energy there, it starts to help it flow.
This is one of the way to start to clear stuck energy.
And now those energy lines and systems are also connected to

(12:23):
organs and all these different parts of us hold emotion and
they hold different emotion. Like for instance liver holds
anger, it's greatly affected by anger, or lungs is affected by
sadness, and all the organs are like kidneys, fear.
So when you're tapping those systems, you're clearing the

(12:46):
emotions that are stuck in thosesystems and those organs.
And so EFT is just, it blends. It's like a great little circuit
that you tap that hits all thosepoints.
So starts to help you clear all that stuff.
And at the same time you're talking.
So whatever coach practitioner is guiding you, they're they're

(13:10):
giving you prompts. And if you feel comfortable with
doing it on your own, you can give yourself the prompts where
you're sort of talking through whatever your issue is at the
moment. You're talking and tapping at
the same time. So in doing that, you're both
moving the energy through those lines and you're facing it.

(13:31):
You're allowing it. You're not you're, you're taking
it out from being suppressed, you're taking it out from being
unconscious and something that'shidden and you're bringing it
into your conscious awareness and even just speaking it,
allowing it starts to help it flow and really move you into a
state of acceptance and self love.

(13:54):
So EFT is a really nurturing, it's a sort of simple tool to
help you move into a state of deeper acceptance, self love,
self forgiveness, like into a letting go state.
How important is it to feel those emotions when they come up

(14:14):
and kind of let them flow and just kind of ride that wave, if
you know what I'm talking about?Because so many people, they
don't want to, they don't want to feel those emotions.
But how important is it to let that out?
Yeah, so actually there are other techniques that you don't
have to let them flow. So there there can be ways to

(14:38):
work on healing where you don't Actually.
I meet so many people and for methe expression itself was hugely
healing and empowering. Everyone can be slightly
different. Some things can be really deep
and hard to access and I get that.
But when I'm working with EFT, usually the clients like, I

(15:03):
don't know, fifty, 6080% of the process is being able to speak
it out because when you're scared to speak something out,
it has huge power over you. And once you start to feel
comfortable with yeah, I feel this.
I feel angry, I feel really angry.
I feel hurt. I feel like you're also an

(15:25):
opening, a clearing and like courage is rising, empowerment
is rising and validation is happening.
Like, yeah, it's OK that I feel that I don't have to hold it
anymore because I think a lot ofwhat we do is we fight with it
inside, right? It's not OK to feel that.
So that's why it's not OK to sayit.
So with EFTI think, you know, and then it'll have to resonate,

(15:48):
like you can't drag it out of someone.
But some people can feel like, oh, it felt really good just to
say that out, just to hear it reflected back to me and to
validate it. And then I could like, let it be
on its way. This is the huge part of
emotional healing. Yeah, I feel like it's getting
the infection out, you know, like it's.
It's kind of. Cleaning out that wound, letting

(16:10):
it flow out so that you can refill with something nourishing
and good in that space. Can you share a story or an
example of how EFT made a significant difference either
with a client or yourself? Sure.
Well, so for myself, I just feellike it's been a long process
and it's been it. It's like taking me to a next

(16:30):
level for my own process in terms of addressing some deeper
issues. Sometimes I think that EFT is
kind of like, if you think of healing, like cleaning, EFT is
kind of like getting on the ground and like scrubbing out in
between the cracks on the floor because it's very micro level.

(16:50):
We can address like deep specific, very specific issues
that weren't addressed. So I had a lot of things like
that that were hidden that I use.
And it's been a long process of just like, just like lifting me
up to a new place of healthier, more loving relationship with

(17:11):
myself because I don't have to have those things like hiding
under there. So my, my experience has been a
very general one over time, but I did have one experience with a
client where they had a very painful memory.
Something happened to them. It was a very intense, visceral,

(17:31):
vivid incident that frightened them.
It was like a trauma that frightened them in their adult
life, that frightened them deeply and caused like a lot of
repercussions. They were afraid of the dark and
afraid to be alone and jumpy andkind of constantly perseverating

(17:51):
over that incident. And they like lost.
They kind of lost themselves in that very scary experience.
So I did a session on that person just to kind of go back
through the incident. Now, this person was comfortable
with talking about it, which is an important part of it.
You have to feel safe. They were safe with me to kind

(18:12):
of tell me what happened. But we went in and we sort of
tapped on all the different places where emotion was hiding.
And, you know, you can put that kind of experience in like 1,
you know, one category, or you can break it down and be like,
here I felt scared and here I felt shocked and here I felt

(18:36):
hurt. And, you know, and we cleared in
one session all the different. And he experienced a huge shift
to the to the degree that the next day he said, or I think it
was several days later, he said,I'm not.
I'm noticing like I'm different.Like I don't feel the fear.

(18:56):
I hear noises. I don't get jumpy, like dark.
Being alone in the house isn't bothering me.
I feel like I see the world differently.
So that was so, you know, happy for me to see him have such a
big shift from one experience. Yeah, that's awesome.

(19:16):
So quick too. I know that always doesn't
happen in one session, but. That's right.
It can, it totally can. I know it's the same with the
somatic stuff that I do. You mentioned that you have an
exciting new project, Transformative Art Healing.
What inspired this modality and what is Transformative Art
Healing? Yeah, so, so transformative art

(19:38):
healing is a 12 step process that combines EFT with creative
expression, which means, well, it doesn't necessarily mean that
you have to be an artist. It's not art related.

(20:00):
The creative expression pieces like drawing and scribbling and
doodling and scribbling is what I usually say to people because
you don't have to know anything about art.
But it combines EFT, that kind of creative expression, guided
meditation, and some somatic work.
And there's a spiritual element to it as well.

(20:21):
So when you put it all together,it's really activating the left
and right brain and getting intothe subconscious in a really
deep way. And how I came to discover it is
I was involved with my EFT course and my mentor there, she
had been an EFT practitioner fora long time and she kind of got

(20:44):
like a download from the universe to put these modalities
together. And so at first I was like, I'm
not interested because I'm, I'm not interested in art.
I'm not an artist, I'm not an expert in it.
But I tried it and I was really surprised by what I felt.

(21:06):
I mean, I felt a huge shift in that session that I was like, I
love this. I want to know more.
So I went on to get certification.
So I'm just part of a beta group.
Actually. There's just like four of us at
this moment, 5 who are certifiedin it.
And I've been so amazed at the benefits that people feel from

(21:26):
it. It's it's really deep.
Yeah. Wow.
That sounds amazing. How does it differ from
traditional art therapy? Yeah.
So again, you know, I was reluctant.
I'm not an art therapist. I researched a little and heard
a little bit from someone who was involved in art therapy that

(21:48):
I think art therapy is. It's obviously a therapeutic
activities using art to help people, you know, get out of
anxiety or shift their emotionalstate.
I think the activities obviouslyinvolve art and some meditation,
but it's not comprehensive like this one, which is adding in the

(22:12):
EFT, which I think is a huge piece because EFT alone is
powerful. So we keep, we keep alternating
like there's meditating, art EFTand then another art activity,
another meditation, another EFT.So as we keep alternating those,
we're clearing energy. So it's got that energy piece as

(22:34):
well. We're activating left and right
brain. And then at the end there's like
a very deep meditation that connects you spiritually.
So I know that's not for everyone, but for those who
resonate with that, that's a really big powerful healing
element at the end, which I don't think art therapy brings

(22:54):
in that element. So I just feel like it kind of
just a little bit more comprehensive.
It just brings a lot of different aspects, alternative
aspects, right? I know with the somatic mindful
guided imagery, it's kind of thesame thing that that my teacher
did. She took a little bit from a
bunch of different modalities and made medic mindful guided
imagery. So how long are the sessions?

(23:16):
Because it sounds like there's alot of steps.
So, you know, people are used tohaving an hour.
I know for me, I put out two hours for a session because you
just don't know how much time you're going to need.
Is it longer than an hour usually?
It can be an hour, we can do it in an hour.
If it's their first time, I may say an hour and 15 to an hour

(23:38):
and a half just for a little bitmore like prepping them and then
we just go. And so all of it, like the, the
process itself can be done within an hour.
It can be done in less than an hour.
So it gives the person a little bit of time to share.
Now, of course that depends on the client, but yeah, yeah.

(23:58):
How do you decide which healing approach to use on somebody?
Whether it's EFT or you know thedrawing or what do you how do
you decide what what a person needs?
Yeah, that's a good question too.
So it kind of goes back to what we were saying.
All right, another piece here isthe transformative art.
Healing can be non verbal. In fact, it's meant to be non

(24:21):
verbal. The person can pick an issue and
I I'm just there to guide them through the steps.
I don't we're EFT. There's a lot of talking.
I need to know as much as I can about the issue and prompt and
help move them through that. So we just talked about the

(24:41):
importance of expression. Some people, they need that.
They want that. That's really important for them
and they're right there. You know, it's right there.
They just need to be able to getit out.
Other people, they just, they don't want to talk about it.
They it's really deep and maybe like it's too hard to talk
about, it's too painful or they don't even know.

(25:07):
It's like a feeling. Transformative art healing is
good for that can just process those feelings, just stick them
into the process. And it's really amazing what
what the subconscious does when you keep mixing those things
back and forth, what people see and realize and what comes out

(25:30):
to be cleared. It can be cleared without any
talking. So if they don't want talking
for whatever reason or talking is not working for, you know,
some people when they talk, theystart fighting with themselves,
like they're talking and judgingwhat they're saying and there's
like a big fight. So also transformative iron
healing can be good. So that's my job as a coach to

(25:52):
really connect with people, listen to where they're at,
listen to what they want and then kind of suggest what I
think might be the best for them.
I also, you know, add in there just general coaching, sometimes
helping people communicate with their parts, like parts work.
I bring all of that to the coaching.

(26:14):
It really just depends on what aperson is needing.
OK. So it's kind of almost an
intuitive thing between you and your client then, which is great
because it's very personalized then it's not like I have the
script. Now you're gonna do this.
Now you're gonna. Do.
Oh yeah. No, no, it's very personalized.
I mean, that's where I bring in my 25 years of practicing with,

(26:37):
with energy work and mind body stuff.
I can just kind of listen and get a feel for it and it's
fluid. So if I'm doing several sessions
with a person, let's say we try transformative art, but it
brought up this thing and we've got to talk about it now.
We've got to unpack it. So next time we can tap on that
like it's there's like a lot of possibility, there's a lot of

(26:59):
room and flexibility. And that's great too, for
people. I had a client that had a really
huge trauma that had happened toher a few months prior.
And she was like, I don't know if I can talk about it.
And I was like, you don't even have to tell me what happened.
It's not necessary. You know, she did feel like she
needed to get that out. And so she did, but it wasn't

(27:22):
necessary to get benefit from, you know, and I love that those
kind of modalities because I think it helps the fear come
down a few notches for people that that you don't have to
relive it, you know, you. Don't have to go back and.
Yeah, I mean like that. I love that too.
I love that there's these modalities now that we can, we

(27:44):
can choose. So like we just get to tune in
to what a person's wants and needs That because I also feel
like this is a big part of emotional healing.
Like people just need to be feltand heard and understood and met
where they're at. Because if you're trying to
force it, it's emotional healingis gonna be out the door.

(28:05):
Resistance just causes more resistance.
Exactly, exactly. Newton's law.
That's just the way it works. So in your experience, do you
feel there is a deeper spiritualpurpose behind emotional pain,
and how can we begin to embrace it as part of our growth?

(28:25):
I do feel that. And and that has almost been one
of the most healing aspects of all right, always like
recognizing what emotion is and just emotion is energy and
emotion is not like the truth. Like the things that my emotions
tell me are not the truth of me and that there is something on

(28:51):
the other side of that. That is where there is no
emotion, right? There's just peace and
stillness. And for me, I experienced that
as light or connecting to the purity of life.
But I really think that's I, I'mnot here to tell people what
what they need to believe, but it's such a beautiful journey to

(29:14):
be able to use the pain through facing the hardship and the pain
of the emotion. The emotions are kind of become
like teachers and guides to get to that part that's on the other
side. And that's where you really
start tapping into your own inner wisdom or, you know,

(29:34):
universal wisdom. And that is so healing and
relieving. So it's true, like what you said
earlier, you know, sometimes youhave to walk through the sticky,
dark, uncertain place for a little bit of time.
But I think it requires, you know, making a choice to commit

(29:59):
to it, to the process, like think, find a process and just
try, give it a solid try, right?Maybe find her a coach you like,
give them a solid try. Like whatever is resonating for
you at this moment. Give yourself some time with it.
And then you may see, oh, not not really a fit for me.

(30:21):
Oh, but I learned this other thing as you follow that you're
building your own self trust andit's taking you to that place,
that light on the other side. Yeah, to the.
Next, I mean, I have learned over the last 15 years of
working on myself that what works for me for six months and

(30:43):
then I'm, you know, might be done with that and then it leads
me to something else. And, and so the healing
combination changes all the timeas you grow and work through
whatever it is you need to work through.
And then as far as you were talking about emotions and
whatever we might pain we might be feeling in our bodies,
whatever signals that our bodiesare giving us, even anxiety and

(31:06):
things like that, they're just kind of like the idiot light in
your car. It's like trying to point you to
the problem. So how big is just being, having
a big curiosity when your anxiety comes up or emotion
comes up and just kind of almostbeing an observer of it and just
being curious how big is that inthe healing and what you do?

(31:30):
That's really big important part.
I feel like I've heard you use that word curious before.
I like that word because it it means that you are no longer
under the control of that feeling to the degree that you
can separate enough and be curious and observe.
And this is like very important piece because now you're

(31:53):
recognizing this emotion is not me and there's another self that
can observe and that, you know, that's the healing self that you
want to be aligned with. Part of the work I'm doing is
like helping people get to that place because a lot of people
are like curious about my emotions.
Like I can barely live the day, you know, So when they're

(32:15):
drowning, how to get them from drowning to what you're talking
about that place of separation observation, because that
observer is not emotional at all.
It's just peace centered in the present moment, and it can be
now. Like, what is this anger, this
fear? Oh, yeah.

(32:37):
So we're like big pieces learning how to detach like that
from the emotion. Yeah.
So many people are super afraid to just even take a first step,
you know, and, and healing, any healing process.
How can we begin to trust the healing process even when we
can't see where it's leading us?Yeah.

(33:01):
I mean, I feel like you have to feel like a kind of certain
amount of either desperation or like fed up with your own
suffering to be like, no choice. There's no other choice.
I have to do something, right? Like you said earlier, you can
hold on to that stuff and it's going to make, it's going to get

(33:21):
worse and worse and sicker and sicker and crazier and crazier
inside. So that's a starting point,
right? Like you can't take it anymore.
Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, that's what I say.
Yeah, yeah, can't. I don't want to, right.
So already something powerful ishappening inside because like
you're starting to realize like I there's a choice here.

(33:43):
I have to make a different choice because I how do you know
what this choice like leads to? So how to trust that?
Well, first of all, you know, you have like you have to it's
like you have a choice and there's no choice at the same
time, right? Like can't, can't keep going
that way, can't go back. So all right, I have to listen

(34:04):
to that voice and then, you know, start looking around, find
a person who you feel comfortable with, a coach that
resonates for you, what they're saying, you know, a modality
that calms you, that comforts you.
I mean, we have the Internet, like there's so much access to
that. If you only just want to type
into YouTube. Like, how can I heal my emotion?

(34:27):
Like how can I heal my sad whatever you're dealing with and
just begin. So you're learning to trust.
All right, let me, as I said, like, let me try this for I'll
give it three months, I'll give it 6, give it a period of time.
So the trust process is like little by little, now that you
know that you can't go back, youjust keep going forward,

(34:48):
following your feeling and giving things enough time
because there is that wave, right?
That healing wave where it's just like, if you're gonna clean
a room, when you open the door first you're like, Oh yeah, it's
a mess. It's almost like you have to
make a mess 1st to get it cleaned up right?
Exactly. So I understand that that is a
natural part of healing. And then that's why you need to

(35:12):
give it a little bit of time before you're gonna like, shift
to another. Yeah.
I know for me it was when the discomfort became greater than
the fear. That's that's.
A good way of saying it, yeah. That's when I was like, OK, I'm
done. I'm.
Done. That's when she feels like no

(35:32):
choice, right? Like, OK, scary or miserable?
Like afraid or? Yeah, it's like going back to
the water stuck, you know, I just, I just see a pipe that's
ready to burst because it's. Just.
Building and building and it's going to burst whether you want
it to or not. So either you get on board and
you start being curious about itand trying to fix it.

(35:56):
Yeah. It's gonna burst anyway, and
then that's and you're gonna feel totally out of control at
that point. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's right.
Sometimes when someone's really stuck and they can't move
forward, I, I feel like, oh, I hate to say this, like in my own
mind, but like, I hate to say this, but I think this person
unfortunately needs more suffering.

(36:16):
Like they haven't suffered enough yet.
Like, they didn't hit that bottom point.
I I hit that point. I was living in like blackness.
I was like, I can't live. I was young too.
I was like, I can't live my lifelike this.
Like it is no more, right? Yeah.
And this might be a weird thing to say, but you're lucky that

(36:36):
you hit that point early in lifeand kind of made that connection
where it takes most of us longer.
So you know. Yeah, yeah.
That, that goes to show it was big.
It was big suffering. That goes to show it was really
big suffering. Yeah, yeah.
Yeah. What do you wish more people

(36:57):
understood about emotional healing?
Well, I think it's sort of related, but I, I wish that they
OK. I wish that we lived in a world
where this was not, this is not only for people who have a
mental problem. And this is not only like, you

(37:20):
know, at the very tail end of your list, like a luxury like of
your list of things that you have to do.
You know, people often just put it way on the back burner cause
life is busy. But I have so many things or
they're afraid or they're high. I wish we lived in a world where
people just accepted like, yeah,we're human.

(37:43):
We have emotions. Let's care for them.
Let's learn about them in a healthy way.
How can I have a healthy relationship with my emotions?
Like, you know, we're not teaching kids that.
We're still not in a society that is.
I wish for that at least adults, the world where adults kind of

(38:04):
wake up and realize I have emotions.
I that doesn't mean I need to take medication or go, you know,
be checked into. It's not that kind of time
that's it's a time for us to realize this is a very normal
thing. It helps me physically, it helps
me work better. It helps my family, it helps my

(38:27):
relationship. It helps everyone, every aspect
of me, by knowing how to heal orcare for my emotions in a
healthy, empowering way. That's what I wish, yeah.
And for those people that think some of this stuff sounds super
woo woo, I am a totally left brained person.

(38:52):
You know, I'm, I come from the scientific background in medical
fields and it was really hard for me to kind of open up to
these kind of modalities. But again, it was kind of like
my discomfort was more than my fear.
And so, you know, I just kind ofstepped in and once and even

(39:14):
still to this day, when I'm doing my somatic work or
someone's guiding me, my left brain steps in and it just, and
it tries to take over. It's like what this, this is
making no sense. But I've learned from just
trusting the process that it does work.
Just trust the process, even though it feels weird, it's

(39:35):
uncomfortable, it sounds crazy, it doesn't matter.
Like I have learned and have healed so much from opening that
right side of my brain that it'sbeen incredible.
So I just do it because I know. I love that from that
perspective, you're like a greatexample because I think most

(39:56):
people struggle with that, that left brain.
So that's like we can speak on behalf, you know.
Definitely, yes, it works. Just just try it.
Just be curious. Just be curious.
So what is the most exciting thing about you as you look
ahead for your work with the Transformative Heart healing?
Yeah, I'm really excited to share that.

(40:17):
It's the, the way that, that modality sort of, I mean, in the
experience I've had with it personally and through guiding
others for the past couple of months, what I've seen is the
nature it, it, the nature of that process.
Like it kind of sneaks around. This is how I want to describe

(40:37):
it. It sneaks around the back.
It sneaks around the back door of the left brain, right.
And it like gets into your subconscious and starts clearing
something at a deeply subconscious level where then
now I've I personally have experienced like even like
things in my life changed. Like I see direct, immediate

(41:02):
feedback, like, OK, that person's not calling me back.
Like I'm gonna do transfer. I'm gonna clear whatever's
blocking communication these days.
I feel like I'm in a communication vortex these days.
Sometimes it happens phone starts ringing, emails popping
up, the person more like that's a very small example.

(41:24):
I mean, I've, I've done the process on like bigger problems
and I will often see like an immediate feedback because I
cleared something at a subconscious level that I don't
even know how I got in there or I don't even know what it was a
lot of times. So I'm so excited to see that
other people get benefit from that.

(41:45):
And I continue to use it for myself too.
It's really it's that's new for me to work at such a deeply
subconscious level. So I'm really excited to see how
that goes. Yeah, so for anyone out there
that is feeling stuck and all the idiot lights are on on the
dashboard, what would you say tothem?

(42:08):
Yeah, so if they are not familiar with this work, but
they're feeling really desperate, just like hop on the
Internet and just literally typein like your thoughts, like I'm
stuck, help me. Like what can help me?
Modalities are going to start popping up, coaches, coaches,
speakers and start listening andstart trying and try out some

(42:32):
techniques. If you're worried about
investment in that, you can try so you can sample so many things
on the Internet these days. Find what you like, the people
you like and just dedicate yourself to it.
It's just something that you need to give it time and
practice, just like learning anyskill.

(42:54):
So I guess another thing I want people to know is, you know, you
don't need to be burdened by that practice.
It's very normal, natural part. Enjoy the process, but know that
you're not alone and that there is tons of help out there.
You just need to reach out for it.
Yeah. And I know there is a lot of

(43:15):
free stuff out there and you cando tons of research obviously on
things. But I also want people to think
about what does it cost you already, not just monetarily
could be monetarily, but what does it cost you already
emotionally, you know, physically in so many different
ways, I can't even list. And so if you're at that point

(43:35):
where you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, you'll
figure out a way if you find that modality that you really
are clicking with, that's right, you know, find a way to to to
figure it out because, yeah, it doesn't come into your awareness
unless it might be something that you need to look at.
So. Yeah, I agree completely.
And I feel like as we, you know, start once it gets a little

(43:59):
little bit of light, a little bit of hope, we're like, it's
possible. It's worthy, like it deserves my
investment. It's not on the bottom list of
the things that people do only when they're blah, blah, blah,
blah. It suddenly like rises to like
the most important thing that I can do.
Especially when you see how it affects yourself, happiness,

(44:23):
your relationships, your health.It is.
It's like the most important thing that we can do with my
opinion, everything. When you said it was, it is
possible, I just got the chills in my whole body because it just
is. It is possible.
Stop giving your power away because you really do.
There's so much out there. Just start, just start, just

(44:44):
start the process. Just take that first step.
