It’s no secret that as we age, our bodies change and everything starts to look and feel a little different than it used to. As we age our skin begins to lose its elasticity, due to a breakdown in the connective tissue and while aging is inevitable, it’s true that none of us want to look or feel old. Fortunately, we can put measures in place from an early age to keep our brains active and slow down the visible signs of aging.

Today I am speaking to the wonderful Dr Camille Howard-Verovic, a physician, New York based dermatologist and the founder of multicultural hair care brand, Girl+Hair. I ask her all about the impact on our skin and mind as we age and whether there are any lifestyle changes we can make to set us up for a healthier, happier and more youthful life.
