Boredom in Mindfulness | Focused Attention | October 16th, 2024

Today's post-recording exploration of boredom was fascinating, from the experience of boredom including a sense of desolation of interest, as well as the responses to that: irritation, frustration, and a host of other feelings that show boredom rarely occurs in a vacuum. The community live attendees also shared how to work with boredom when it comes up, including key factors of our Expectations and our Intentions -- leading to a portfolio of "active exploration" in the unique ways in which we can make those yellow dots appear (if you know, you know)!
