And, also, he is author of the book, healthy, rich, and happy.
Hi, Yokopo.
Hello, ma'am.
Thank you to invite me to the show, and I'mhappy to share to your audience my knowledge
(00:51):
based on the business, based on real estate, what I am, and the book of healthy, rich, and
happy.
Yes.
You're most welcome.
Tell us a little bit about you, your story, howyou became so successful, how all started, and
what helped you to discover what success is foryou.
Yeah.
(01:11):
Like, the word success, I think, is somethingso unique for everybody.
For me, success is means have the possibilityto create more in the business, travel the
world, enjoy my family, have time to spend withmy family when I want, where I want, and decide
where I wanna go.
(01:31):
Everything start in my city, Napoli, where I goback every couple of months, you know, and I
live the majority of time in Miami, eightmonths.
And coming really from young age when I havethis desire to becoming a professional soccer,
but life is nothing now every time is not alinear path, but you have some moment where
(01:56):
something happening in your life.
In my life, what's happening, you know, I havea big injury, everything changed.
From that moment, I realized that, you know, Iwanna becoming an a businessman, an
entrepreneur where I want create more.
And this desire is coming really in young age.
Already eleven years old, I read a lot of bookbased on entrepreneur people, based on people
(02:21):
that obtain success.
And, 18 years old, all after this, really biginjury, I starting my chain of jewelry from
zero without any kind of spirit, any kind ofknowledge, nothing.
My family coming from different background.
I create this company, with themultimillionaire success model one twenty shop.
(02:42):
At 22, I started to invest in real estate inItaly.
At 28, I'm moving in Florida where I started toinvest in Florida.
Because in Florida, what's happening in02/2011, market changed completely as
superimortgage, you know, create bigopportunity for investor like me, and I decided
(03:05):
to go over there, started to invest.
I do more than 350 flipping, create a 6 figurecash flow, with real estate and continue to
create.
And for this reason, I create a book calledHealth, Rich, and Happy, and the part I'm part
of the Forbes Italy where I share knowledge, related to business, fair, and, you know,
(03:28):
multimillionaire billionaire.
Wow.
Such a great success story you have, and youbecame successful in totally different, areas.
And as you said, you never had experience inneither of them.
So, what helped you to get that courage and seethat big picture?
Yes.
(03:49):
And see yourself successful even before youknew how to do it.
Yeah.
Really easy.
I believe in four aspect in our life.
I believe in 12 aspect of our life where weneed becoming successful, not only business.
I believe in becoming successful in in arelationship, in love, in friendship, in
(04:12):
family, and in business and career.
And the four pillar is the most important part.
Starting to research, grow, action, and afteryou will have contribution.
This is the four pillar to create in everyfield you want something successful.
The most important part is do action.
(04:34):
And every time I try to, you know, obtain someyou know, obtain a success in some field, what
I do, I started to research with reallyadrenaline to understand everything related to
what I wanna do after I grow my knowledge.
And the third part, the most important, Istarted to do action.
(04:55):
Without action, nothing coming in in my life, like nothing coming in your life or the life of
the audience.
So important to action because action will bebetter respect to don't don't do action.
And this is the only way how you possiblemeasurement, and I do I measurement every part
(05:16):
of my life from food to mind, to business, tonumber, and everything to understand where I'm
going.
You know?
Yes.
Great.
So what were the turning point in your life?
Yeah.
The turning point is when, you know, I have twoturning point.
(05:37):
The one, is when I have 17 years old.
I dedicate all my life, all my morning, all mynight, all my afternoon, all my life from seven
years or so to 17 to becoming professionalsoccer.
And for fourteen years or so to seventeen yearsor so, I leave my city in Napoli to try to play
(05:58):
professionally in other team around.
And what's happening, this is the first turningpoint.
Means so at that time, happening something Inever realized in my life, you know, the the
injury where I need to change, I need toreinvent myself.
I have the scary part.
I have no I don't know what I need to do, andI'm really confused.
(06:19):
But at that time, I really, really have a bigsupport for my family, in particular my mother,
where she support me with good word to movingmy life in the correct direction.
And the second part of the turn point is whenmy business in Italy started to lose revenue,
some, my partner, take advantage from myperson.
(06:43):
I took one my company really successful with$15,000,000 of revenue.
And at that point, you know, I feel really, youknow, frustrated, really unsatisfied, and I
need to find something new.
And what's happening, you know, I really createa a possibility to to invest, and I started to
(07:04):
see the market in United States.
And, you know, the first time in United Statesis the turning point where I feel different
kind emotion.
And at that point, my life changed completelybecause I find this method, the called MPBE,
and I share inside the book called meditationmorning prey, biohacking, and exercise, where
(07:25):
every day I recharge my battery when I have thepower or when I don't have the power.
You know?
Yes.
Could you please tell us more about thismethod?
Yeah.
The method is something is coming how I sharewith the turning point because all good point
in our life is arrive when you have, like, really difficult moment.
(07:48):
And this method is coming from different partof life.
From morning, like, wake up really in the earlyin the morning where I I have the correct
energy because everybody have different kind ofprototype of human being.
And for me, the morning is so important.
Wake up from 04:30 in the morning until 2PM,where I am really energized.
(08:11):
I have a lot of clarity in the mind.
And this morning, you know, pillar is comingfrom one book called the miracle morning from
Hallero.
Now he's one person I know personally, reallynice human being.
And meditation is coming from one my friend, you know, really have this energy inside him,
(08:35):
and he share his secret.
When I am down, I tell him, hey.
What's happening?
Why do you have this energy every day, thiscapacity to moving forward?
And the other pillar, they are pre preactivation, biohacking, and exercise.
They are three pillar I utilize every day toimprove myself.
Means the pre I utilize pre activation is theway to pray different.
(08:58):
It's not only pray with for something, but it'spray with clear intention.
Means pray to somebody near you, some friends, somebody give you love, and after ask for
something really clear and visualize this withclarity.
The biohacking, utilize different kind ofdevice or different kind of device to
(09:21):
measurement, like, something like this aura, you know, the quality of the mind, energy,
body, HRV, and everything in my body.
And exercise is the part most important becauseeach person need to be different kind exercise,
and I utilize my body, my age, in my advancedto do to utilize the correct exercise.
(09:44):
You know?
Mhmm.
Yeah.
Thank you so much for sharing.
So as you said, the first is energy.
Yes.
To make sure that the energy is in the rightplace.
Yes.
Correct.
And, as you shared, success is always relatedto, like, I saw many people what is in common
(10:04):
when they wake up early.
As Mhmm.
Did I hear it well that you wake up at 04:30?
Mhmm.
Yeah.
I I wake up I wake up every day, you know,04:30, five, AM, because this is I realized in
myself, you know, I my prototype of, human isreally good from this time until 2PM.
(10:31):
But we are completely everybody different.
What this means, everybody, they need to tryfor twenty one day to understand if it's
working for them something.
And after, after, you know, decide based on theresult they receive if it's working.
I wake up every day at 04:30 because I feelenergized.
(10:52):
I feel it's the best moment to create.
At that time, I create.
I don't have anybody call me.
It's not the store, nor in, people.
They want something nothing to me.
No?
So you block this time for do what you want todo and focus on that.
Yes.
So I Got it.
Mhmm.
Yeah.
I blocked the time, technically, with first ofall, the first one hour, you know, to do my
(11:19):
method, MPB, and after to create to put myselfin the position where I possible organize the
the project creativity creativity project
at
you know, early in the morning.
And after, started to working in the otherfield because I am an investor in real estate.
I need to check the worker if what they do, thecontrol of the material, how it's going in the
(11:43):
project, how it's going in the property in onthe market, send, you know, offer for other
property.
This is what I do.
But first of all, in the morning, I do the MPBmethod.
And after, some task related to creativity foranother couple of hours to have the possibility
to create more.
And after these two hour, I dedicate for thethe business I am involved with real estate.
(12:09):
Mhmm.
Yeah.
Thank you for sharing your routine.
The question is that, you started totally newbusiness.
Yes?
Mhmm.
And you used, like, time when you had, like, experience where your company was, stolen on
that?
(12:29):
You said, if your first company, somebody tookadvantage of that.
So One of my company because I have been onModua.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So here, it is very important that you had thatmindset to turn negative into positive.
Yes.
Like, you you instead of being victim andthinking, oh, why this happened now?
(12:51):
I lost everything.
You just could create that energy and createtotally new business, like, new fields starting
from scratch.
Mhmm.
So, who gave you that confidence and vision?
How you could see that vision?
Like, how to start something that you had neverdone before?
Did you have mentor?
(13:12):
How you choose your mentor?
Who guided you through the way?
Or you did totally yourself?
No.
Like, the vision is already inside me.
You know, from really young age, I have thevision to create more.
I possible be satisfied twenty eight yearsbecause I already obtained economic success,
respect people from my age.
(13:32):
But in reality, I have this desire to createmore.
To now, 41 years old, I want to create more, not to create more to have more money only, but
to give more money to other people to createmore.
This is my mantra.
This is my routine.
This is my goal.
And how I change the vision?
(13:52):
Every time something happening to me, I don'thave the possibility to go back and see in the
back.
Because if you started to look what's happeningin your life in the back, you have only the one
direction.
You will go and you don't moving from oneposition to another one.
The best way when something happening in whileI in our life is try to create something more.
(14:16):
Now to create more, you need to have some kindof characteristic.
Can you possible, you know, create it yourself, but you need to have some kind of
characteristic.
And the same characteristic, one word reallyimportant, be resilient.
When frustration coming in your life, try tounderstand.
(14:37):
It's only one moment.
And after moving forward to understand thatthis moment will change, like, in life.
And for me, I have different book mentor.
I have, like you know, I love Tony Robbins,Robert Kiyosaki, and other kind of people.
And after, when I grow I grow up likeentrepreneur, I started to have real, you know,
(15:04):
mentor, friend.
They are billionaire.
Friend, they are multimillion where they sharewith me their trick, their success.
But before I arrive at this kind ofrelationship, I create for them really big
value because people, they forgot.
People, they have obtained success in theirlife.
(15:27):
Now how you wanna define success is differentfor everybody.
But if we wanna define success related tobusiness, they don't wanna waste time.
They won't have something where you add thevalue to their life.
And if you give a value to their life and youconnect in the right way, you will the world
(15:48):
will open to you.
The worst thing you possible do when you meetsomebody, when you are in connection for the
first time, ask something.
Don't ask.
Give, and after you will receive.
You know?
Yes.
Yes.
It is more blessing in giving than inreceiving.
(16:08):
Yeah.
Because, yeah, you create this vacuum.
Yeah.
Vacuum, and there is no vacuum in universe.
So when you create that vacuum, it is filled.
Yeah.
So you always will receive, but when you notexpect to receive.
Yeah.
Mhmm.
Yeah.
Great.
So let's speak a little bit about your book, healthy, rich, and healthy.
(16:29):
What was the like, what is behind that book?
Why you wrote it?
And maybe you share with us a little bit whatis it about and the principles which you in
that and for whom this book, who can it help?
Yeah.
Like, why I wrote this book for only onereason, the word contribution.
Contribution is the more meaningful word in thein the world because give the possibility to
(16:53):
contribute to other human being.
And this is the reason why it's coming.
Coming in a period where, in my life, I decideto give more to other humanity.
And I know this book have, you know, really bigvalue to the people they will read.
Why?
First of all, I am the pleasure, the honor tobe endorsed this book from one billionaire,
(17:18):
he's my best friend, and another twomultimillionaire in the real estate space,
other to my friend.
And they are really put their name on top ofthe book because they believe in what I tell.
And the book inside is really something unique, something is not easy to find in other book,
not because it's my book, because I am apragmatic, sensible investor.
(17:42):
I want I understand now it's important tocreate inner abundance and after the external.
But at the same time, I realized that you needto be practical.
And for this reason, I create inside the bookthis method, the MPB, where I explain where
it's coming from, the study of the university, all the people they utilize this kind of
(18:05):
technique and the people with success.
And the second part of the book, I explain whyit's so important to utilize the vehicle of
real estate.
Because in particular, United States where Iinvest and where I am an expert in the,
Florida, in Miami Dade, Broward, Palm BeachCounty, it's really important to utilize real
(18:28):
estate like a vehicle to generate wealthbecause it's the more easily to create a
generate wealth respect other kind of businessbecause you have the possibility to anticipate
in some way the market and to understand thepossibility to sell property with number.
Inside the book, I explain how go through zeroto multimillionaire without knowledge and
(18:54):
experience.
And the reason why I share not only theknowledge inside, but to website, what I do
every day, Because I believe in create more.
When you give more, you create more.
You know?
Yes.
Yes.
This is such a great attitude, yeah, towardslife to give and create more for other people.
(19:16):
Yes.
This is how you achieve your goals.
Yes.
So, what you would recommend, before we wrap upthis episode, what you would recommend to
people who listen to us, as somebody who havedream, but maybe don't know exactly what they
have do, what they have start with.
Because, as you've showed from your life, wecan achieve anything.
(19:40):
Yes.
Like, we can achieve anything what we can seethe picture, that clear pictures you said have
that clarity in our mind first, and thenbelieve that it is possible.
Have faith that if we do right think we canachieve that.
So what from your perspective can help peopleto build that belief and knowing that it is
(20:02):
possible?
Yes.
That it is not only that success is justpreserved for some people, but that it everyone
can do if they know and do it in certain way.
Yes.
First of all, you know, realize what this meansfor your success.
Understand.
Ask the correct question to yourself.
Tell what this means for me success and definewhat this means for your success.
(20:26):
Second of all, create, you know, a clear planwhere you wanna go and ask the correct
question.
I have the fortune to be with a billionaire.
A billionaire, they are create the correctquestion.
Last week, I've been in Amalfi Coast with,Naveen Jane.
He's a, you know, billionaire create one the,you know, one most profitable company in United
(20:51):
States.
And what when I asked to him which question heask every day, he asked some good question.
I never listening from other people.
How I possible change billion people through myjob, through service, through my product,
through what I wanna do?
When you started to ask this question, the mindstarted to find solution where you possible
(21:13):
apply in life to help other human being.
And I think so.
People, they believe they want to createsomething.
They need the, first of all, do the sameprocess.
Every people, they never do the business.
Every multibillionaire, every millionaire, every multimillionaire, do.
First of all, research what I wanna do.
(21:35):
Second of all, grow.
Third of all, do action every day.
Small thing, create big thing.
And the fourth one, when you achieve success, contribute to other human being.
Reality is this one.
We create our reality with what we wanna doevery day.
If you think about how you utilize your dayevery day, you will realize where is your life.
(22:02):
If you utilize your day to scrolling inInstagram, Facebook, or other social media, you
will stop in this.
If you utilize your time to research, grow inwhat you wanna research and you wanna create,
you will nobody stop you because you will be somuch information about what you want, and you
(22:24):
will achieve your result.
It's important to clarify what you want and thesuccess for you what this means.
Yes.
Thank you so much, Jacobo.
It was really so powerful episode and so muchto learn from it.
And I'm sure that, people who are listening tous would love to read your book and me also.
(22:44):
I got so interested to read your book and learnabout, the process.
Thank you so much.
You're welcome, ma'am.
I really appreciate.
Yeah.
So have a great day.
Bye, sir.
The same to you, ma'am.
