Tracy Kelly, a Client Experience Manager and former Marketing Recruiter for Celarity, talked with our host, Taylor Karg, about the various staffing trends in the marketing industry today. We get to hear what he's seeing from a recruiter's point of view to help job candidates find their next marketing role. One in five workers plan to quit their current position in 2022. Although most candidates are seeking higher salaries in the industry, over two-thirds say they are seeking more fulfillment in the workplace today. A study conducted by PwC surveyed over 52,000 current employed individuals in the workforce.
