Momma’s Motivational Messages is a podcast that encourages stressed Gen X women to put their needs first so they can better support their children and aging parents who depend on them for their care. The goal of this podcast is to provide strategies and tips that will inspire these women to be intentional about making self-care a priority. Most importantly, listeners will learn to do so before they have a mental, physical, psychological, spiritual, financial, social or professional crisis. So if you're 40+, this podcast is for you.
