Knives Out Is Back and Proves Mystery Movies Aren’t Dead Yet!

The cast is stacked top to bottom, and everyone clearly understands the assignment. No weak links here — every performance adds suspicion or straight-up chaos to the mystery. Daniel Craig continues to be the MVP, fully settled into Blanc’s eccentric brilliance. The mystery itself is twisty, layered, and fun, constantly nudging you to rethink what you think you know. While it doesn’t completely reinvent the franchise, it proves that strong characters, sharp dialogue, and confident performances can still carry the weight. Is it the best Knives Out? That’s debatable but I think so.
