make sure you have your goodinternet connection so you can
save it as you go and when youdo it.
You can save maybe a screenshotto your cell phone.
You can have it there, yourtablet or your computer.
And another great thing wouldbe any digital boards.
With the digital ones, thoseare where you can save it to

(04:17):
your cell phone, tablet orcomputer and access it when you
need it.
But if you're making it onpaper, you can take a picture
and save it to your pictures inyour cell phone.
So some of the tools that youcan use, of course, any of your
paper devices.
You do have some things whereon the website, like Pinterest,

your boats on your, your visionboard and you don't want to use

(05:27):
any like copyright images.
So make sure that you havepermissions for those images and
you can create a vision boardfrom scratch which is on the
internet or with certainwebsites.
You can pay for templates ifthey're not free and if you're

(05:53):
starting from scratch, youdefinitely can have it on your,
your vision board and you canput different pictures on it.
If you're starting from atemplate, you might be limited
to the things that you can placeon your vision board.
Now with your images, you canhave a variety of images.

(06:16):
Just make sure you're takingyour time to look up the images
and ensure you can place theimages on your, your vision
board so you can see it.
So when you're creating yourvision board from scratch,
definitely don't get overwhelmedwith it.
Take your time figuring outwhat you want to include.

(06:40):
You can have different items onthere.
When you're thinking about yourcareer aspirations, consider
adding images for magazines thatcan showcase, you know, your
different visions.
You can use the tools that caninspire you different pictures.

(07:01):
If you're looking into finances, maybe stacks of money or
someone living like a lavishlifestyle can be on your vision
board and remember you want todo at your self care, able to do
your vision boards, like yourinspiring quotes that can help
you motivate yourself.

(07:22):
You can also have remindersthat can encourage you to slow
down, relax, such as sunsets andnature scenes really purity
birds.
You know different animals youcan place on your vision board

(07:43):
and definitely into your fitness.
You can look at workoutinspiration such as running,
exercising, meditation, and youcan also put love and
relationships on your visionboard and any quotes that they

(08:06):
can remind you when you'relooking for a partner.
It can be images of long-lovingrelationships, maybe couples
that's holding hands or spendingtime with their family.
That can definitely keep youmotivated and positivity is a

(08:27):
critical component of success.
It's essential to haverepresentation on your vision
board that encourages you andmotivates you and it might spark
you know, choice, such aspictures of animals, nature,
your favorite food, differentquotes for your positivity, your

(08:47):
mental state.
And get some travel on there.
You want to.
Maybe you want to go over toGermany and London, japan, maybe
you want to travel sightseeingthe United States, you know, put
those pictures on there andthey can be even your dream

(09:10):
vacation postcards travelingwith friends.
You can even put pictures ofyour friends on it, and even
images if you want to ride aplane or train, and it can
remind you of the adventure thatawaits you.
And if you're uncomfortable fordoing the digital platforms to

(09:33):
create your vision board, youcan definitely look into that
more traditional state whereyou're doing it on paper and you
can follow the tips that Ishared on my podcast, and it
will still unleash yourcreativity and design your

(09:54):
vision board that inspires andmotivates you towards achieving
your goals.
Now, definitely, you want tohave updates to your vision
board, so think about your goalswithin you and the vision board
that can really look into yourgoals and how you're going to

(10:17):
achieve them.
But it only starts with themagic that happens within your
effort on your part.
So think of your vision boardas a living thing.
You can customize, you can add, remove, start over from scratch
if necessary, and it's alsoessential to open up the

(10:38):
variations of what you want toachieve and definitely be kind
to yourself if you need toadjust your plan.
One of my examples were if Iwanted to finish up a degree
within a year.
I want to keep going.
I have to revise my worksometimes if I need to send it

(11:01):
over to my professor and theywasn't grading it as fast as I
want to.
So I definitely took the timeto contact my professor for an
update on a grading timeframeand it definitely coordinated
with my vision board and youdefinitely want to spend a good

(11:25):
amount of time on it.
Some days you might have tostart and it might not go as
planned.
So it's okay to revise itmultiple times, removing some
items from it, adding things, even starting over, and I
definitely have done this in thepast because I wanted to have a

(11:47):
clear and focused vision on mygoals, which is critical for me,
and I want to ensure that myvision accurately represents my
aspirations.
So I definitely wanted to sharethat with you.
And a vision board is definitelya powerful tool to help you

(12:08):
achieve your dreams and any ofyour goals, and it can serve as
a visual reminder of what youwant to accomplish and help you
stay motivated and on track andI know it's a personal goal and
it could be a professional oneso you can put everything on

(12:29):
your vision board and make sureyou keep up with it and it can
make a way where you canorganize your vision board to
reflect your journey, whatmatters most, and because of
these successes, it can meandifferent things to different
people.

(12:50):
I know that your vision board isfor your eyes only, so no one
else is going to see if you'rerevising it or you're adding
things or taking away a thing.
So just make sure that you planyour goals and make it
successful for you, and the keyto success is visioning.

(13:14):
Building a vision board is yoursuccess story and no one else.
So make sure you take thesetips and use them for your
vision board, because it hashelped me along my journey
within life and I can look backinto the vision of personal,

(13:40):
profession, professionaltraveling relationships and make
sure if you need to rewind orstop or start again with the
updates for the vision board andmake sure I always say it patch
yourself on the back and giveyourself space and time to

(14:03):
really take that deeper diveinto your vision board, because
you can do it.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
