And your healthy boundaries area plus if someone is weighing

(05:55):
And you can remove yourselffrom toxic individuals and take
a look at your inner circle.
It is okay to not overindulgewith the toxic individuals.
Practice gratitude.
Three things that you'regrateful for daily can be your
(06:16):
life, your health, yourtoughness of spirit.
You can practice gratitudedaily and you can build on
gratitude daily.
Also, opinions and worries.
Don't let others, theirthoughts, affect yourself.
Love, because those individualsoften don't love themselves and
(06:40):
there is no need to worry aboutthem.
Worry about yourself, trustyourself, taking a time.
If others are not on board withyour life changes, it's okay,
they will be.

If you're not kind to yourself, then how are you showing
yourself stuff?
(07:01):

Maintaining the daily exerciseroutine is critical for your
healthy lifestyle.
One of the most common andeffective ways to achieve this
is daily exercising for 30minutes.
Fortunately, there are severalforms of physical activity.
(07:26):
If you cannot run, you can walk, you can do speed walking,
karate, different meditationwith stretching and yoga
activities, and many more.
With such a diverse range ofoptions.
Finding activity that fits yourfitness level and personal
(07:48):
practices is easy, and make sureyou can consult with a
physician if needed.
In your weekly goal you want todo at least five days a week
and if you cannot, you make sureyou build yourself up for those
five days of exercising.
Meditation is powerful.
It will boost your mood, decrease stressors, improve
(08:12):
sleep habits and you can try tomeditate for three minutes and I
also have a YouTube video witha short meditation guide and
make sure you schedule thoseyearly.
Twice in your appointments canbe for your dental, your
physician, ladies, our OBGYNappointments, any internal
(08:36):
medicine, therapists andanything that you missed and I'm
talking about your appointmentsbecause you're doing for your
family too and others.
Track and get enough rest.
It is hard when you're jugglingmore many things in your day,
but you can do it.
Drink enough water and staytrack on it, and make sure that
(08:59):
you're adding some lemon or somebicarbonate or some water, some
different little flavors toyour water so we can make it go
down easier, because I know it'shard to drink a ton of water,
but maintaining the properhydration by drinking enough
water is great for our overallhealth, being and wellbeing and
(09:24):
it's also assistance with weightloss and healthy eating.
It will boost our appetite, ourmetabolism, and sometimes it
can suppress your appetite, where, if you're hungry,
sometimes you're just thirstyand you can reduce your calorie
(09:44):
intake.
And it adds great digestion soyou can get the toxins out your
body, regulate some bodytemperature, improve your skin
health and if you try to drinkat least eight to 10 glasses of
water daily I know it's a lot,but you try to do it it can help
(10:07):
with your hydration levels anda healthy lifestyle and with
meal preparation.
I know that can be help, sometimes helpful or stressful
to people, but definitely thinkof those meals throughout the
week so you can eat healthy.
And I know I share some greattips so far.
(10:29):
So make sure you share thethings that you're doing for
self-love on my YouTube channelor podcast channels.
It will be helpful.
Also, with self-love, you canjournal.
I do have my yearly gratitudejournal.
It has 366 pages on my websiteand my Amazon website, so you
(10:56):
can try journaling and you wantto be authentic to yourself.
If you're unhappy, make yourselfhappy, because happiness is
within and achieving self-loveis the key to happiness and it
is great to prioritize yourneeds, especially when you're
spending time with others.
(11:17):
If someone is bringing you joyand happiness in your life,
maybe spend more time with thatperson and make sure you're
carving out time to make timefor yourself so you can do
spending time with that person, maybe like a coffee date or a
virtual date or weekly dinner.
(11:39):
Just make sure you spend timewith that person.
That can strengthen yourrelationship and boost your
overall wellbeing.
And don't hesitate toprioritize things with your
loved ones.
It can be nurturing andcritical with those connections
(12:00):
and make sure that you're takingcare of your needs.
If needed, seek professionalhelp and if you don't own up to
your emotions, make sure you doit, because it will help with
yourself, love and you can lookin a mirror at yourself and say
positive things, such as I ambeautiful, I am somebody, I am
(12:25):
fierce, and anything that makeyou feel better about yourself.
You can do this.
You want to treat yourself withsome well-deserved relaxation.
Just a day off, sitting on thecouch drinking your favorite
beverage, having a nice glass ofwater, going to the spa,
(12:48):
anything that you can do foryourself, do it.
Maybe a lovely lunch, a prettycool movie to unwind.
If you're having a bad day.
Maybe put on some good music, maybe spray some lavender in the
air and smell it and reallyboost your mood.
(13:09):
Maybe calling that great friendthat make you laugh, taking the
time.
It's critical for yourwell-being.
So go ahead and indulge in thatself-care activity and enjoy
yourself.
When you take that time off, don't tell others, just take it
and enjoy it and you will thankme later.
(13:29):
Schedule that time for yourself.
Some me time in the morning, the afternoon, pm, just some
time so you can enjoy yourselfand reflect on your day.
And don't compare yourself toanyone, but make yourself happy.
It's healthy.
(13:50):
You want to ensure you'remaking yourself healthy and
believe in yourself.
Stop asking others for theirapproval.
Just do your positive thingsand people would see it.
And, most of all, forgiveyourself.
That is just so important.
We have so much on ourselves.
(14:12):
Forgive yourself and justletting that weight go that
you've placed on yourself.
And with your journaling youcan journal for about 10 minutes
a day.
I have a motivational journalyou can buy on my website,
gratitude journal, amazon.
com, and track your progress.
(14:34):
You can look at your journalsfrom last year or the previous
years and reflect on them andwatch how your self-love unfold
in front of you every week, andthe most of all is writing
yourself a love letter, which isfirst in gratitude and
(14:55):
appreciation all the things thatyou do for yourself, and
remember to be kind andcompassionate and loving towards
yourself.
I know self-love may not happenovernight, but the time it will
