Decades ago, the city with the most serial killers per capita was London…Ontario! In a mere 25 years, 29 people were murdered in the area, of which 16 remain unsolved. A minimum of three serial killers were identified, however, the true number may never be known.
Today, I bring you Murder City.
Plus another cold case has been solved!
