Hello, Hello everyone, and welcomeback to Murder Squared. This has been
a long time coming. As youcan tell by the title, this is
a little Murder Squared update for you. So I have not been posting any
new episodes or anything for about amonth and a half. Life is very

busy. When I started this podcastin twenty twenty, it was the high
of COVID. I did not havea job. I was a stay at
home mom. I had a noteven one year old when I started this
podcast, so it was just somethingthat I wanted to do to keep my

self busy, something to focus myenergy on, and it did that for
I mean, the two year anniversaryof this podcast is coming up in early
December. So I have been sograteful and thankful for all of you all
that tuned in to listen every week. It probably sounds like you're getting ready
to hear a goodbye from me,like goodbye forever. That is not it

(01:22):
at all. I have just decidedhow I need to balance my priorities.
And you know, I'm not astay at home mom anymore. My kids
getting ready to be three in January. So I just have a lot going
on, a lot on my plateand I wanted to just post a little
update on here for you. SoI have officially decided that I am no

longer going to do a Patreon page. I think that's where a lot of
the mindset that kind of held meback was from, was from the fact
that I had to get episodes outto you all. I had to get
episodes out to them and over there. It was supposed to be two episodes
a month, creepy pasta and aregular and things just got really behind because

of once again, life happens.So I have officially decided that I'm no
longer going to do Patreon. Sothat won't affect the majority of you,
really, but what I have decidedto do is that I'm going to be
releasing those Patreon episodes over the nextmonth and a half. So today,
after you hear this update, youwill get to start listening to the Patreon

episodes. There are some creepy pastasin there. There are some really heavy
cases that I didn't originally want toput out on the regular podcast feed,
so this is your trigger warning forthose. But yeah, there is some
really great interesting content that is goingto become in your way the next month

and a half. And while theseare rolling out, I am going to
be working on some new stuff foryou. Big part of my break was
focusing on my mental health. Itwas something that I needed to just take
a break from this to do.I took a break from my podcast I
took a break from all of thewonderful podcasts that I listened to regularly.

While I have been on this break, I hope that you got to check
out some other podcast over on stoveLike Media, the network that I'm a
part of. There are some reallygreat podcasts that you can listen to on
this network. But yeah, Itook a break from everything podcast related for
the past two months almost and Ithink I'm ready to start diving back in.

But with that being said, Ithink I'm going to start doing some
cases that maybe aren't as heavy aswhat I have done in the past.
