In this episode of "MCLAHIGTI", I address dealing with negative thoughts and emotions.  Negative thoughts and emotions are unpleasant and disruptive emotional reactions.  Those disruptions can often interfere with your personal, physical, and emotional life.  It is very important to note that not all emotions are bad and this can include the negative ones.  Learning how to deal with the emotions are what can help individuals to become better.  If you are dealing with negative emotions, find out how to cope with them.
