It is a must for both parties to be effective communicators. Communication plays a vital role in the success of a relationship. Communication nourishes and grows the relationship for both participants. If you do not communicate with your partner you can lose touch with them and the relationship will slowly start to decline. It is better for both parties to communicate in order to keep the relationship healthy.
