A hiking trip in Colorado for a friend's birthday planted a seed that eventually led Brandi Aulston MHA/MHE to found Hike+Heal, a women’s hiking hive offering grounding experiences to increase overall wellness, help eliminate health disparities and increase diversity in outdoor spaces for women of color.
